Started out great. $.99 a month for cooler and $5.99 for 5 gallon bottles. Then a fee for not being paperless, which I was paperless from the getgo because that was all they offered. Then a environmental fee, now I find the water went up to $6.49 and cooler up to $2.49 with no notice at all. Canceling delivery tomorrow.
Terrible customer service! As a new customer who was awaiting a first delivery, customer service was very rude. The woman talked to me like I was a child and was so worried about pointing blame at her peers instead of finding solutions. I will stick with my Puritan Springs service where Im treated with respect.
If I could give negative stars, I would. They continually delivered the wrong amount of water to my door. When I called to tell them to hold delivery, they continued to deliver bottles of water to my house. I have seven bottles in my garage filled with water that they are going to charge me for and I cant use. I paid them for all of this and they sent me to collections. This company either has a huge communication problem or an even bigger management problem as someone isnt paying attention to their employees. NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE.
