The Staff Members are highly skilled and trained in the area they are working in its nice to know theyre cross trained in all aspects of their positions and you dont have to go looking around for a item because theyre trained in every area of the store. Im always doing the store serveys and they deserve getting the highest score. I have a great relationship with the staff members and I appreciate everything that they do for myself and Maecee Grey my Service Dog.Im in the store almost every day.Its quite and clean throughout the store.

I waited 10 min in line. I come here every day the manager could have easily grabbed a bag of ice for me during my check out so I would not have to wait so long again in line. Wow so rude. Ill take my shopping to CVS down the street from now on.

Fix the trees in your parking lot that are growing out into the parking lot. Backed into the parking space and since there is a tree growing out into the parking lot, I put a nice dent into the tailgate of my truck.

Went to get prescription, was in drive thru for over 30 minutes. This store is ALWAYS understaffed. They have a pharmacist and 1 technician on Sunday work them as if this is the days of slavery. Shame on Walgreens.

Filled a prescription here and they where very nice had helpful. The pharmacist answered all my questions with respect even though he has probably answered these exact questions a million times. Also bought a drink and they where what I would expect from retail staff. Questionable area though, its next door to a welfare office so interesting people hanging around outside.

I have not shopped at this location or ANY other Walgreens locations since the pharmacist denied a woman who was suffering a miscarriage the medication she needed to heal. I took my prescriptions elsewhere and I have blatantly drove right past Walgreens in order to visit the competition.

August 31st Approximately 9:30am I approached the checkout counter after using the ATM an heading to the coolers to grab a monster no one welcomed me into the store. With only one customer ahead of myself I stood right next to the candy/soda cooler as Cecelia the cashier was in the middle of the transaction. I patiently waited an when she handed the customer her receipt I put my monster on the counter.Cecelia did not acknowledge my presence, she did scan the monster as I put my number in an the proceeded to pay for my order. 1st an only sentence she stated was to ‘remove your card’ with attitude.I acknowledged her by giving a small smile an nodding an when presented with my receipt I grabbed it an turned to leave.As I stepped on the mat just left of the ATM at the door Cecelia yelled out accusing myself an exclaiming that I had snatched the receipt from her hand about 10-15 seconds after walking away.I immediately stopped an turned towards the cashier Cecelia who was in the middle of an order with the next customer an asked ‘excuse me’ in complete shock as I genuinely had no ill will towards her an was surprised.Cecelia then exclaimed that I did not have to snatch the receipt out of her hand an that I was rude in front of 5 other customers insinuating that I may have caused harm in any way towards herself.I then asked for her manger in which she continued her verbal assault directed towards myself for grabbing my receipt.I then stood in between the checkout an photo when a blonde woman claiming to be a manager walked to the front an then back to me after Cecelia continued her onslaught disrespect towards myself.I expressed the altercation that had just occurred an she stood there blank face listening not once apologizing on behalf of her employee for the altercation but did let me know that she would talk to her about it. Not okay.I filled out the survey as well, an will be filing a formal complaint against her with corporate due to the nature of this altercation.Nothing was resolved an I feel like I was attacked while shopping/working in my own community. I am aware of the security measures put in place an ask that this be reviewed. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service an respect that was displayed. As well as the clear allowed verbal assault shown in this Walgreens on the corner of 91st AVE an Peoria.I have interacted with this same Cashier before an had zero issues inside of the store, even having been scratched with her long fake finger nails in the past letting it go, then randomly I am being attacked by your employees an no follow up occurs.This same employee was a passenger in a vehicle driving recklessly an that almost plowed into my car heading north bound from a street just east of the circle k on the south side of the street into the walgreen parking lot three to five days previously arriving for work.I had 3 small children ranging 3 months to 3 years old in my car traveling westbound on Peoria stopping at the light on 91st Ave.I want BOTH of these investigated and resolved, an I promise you lost a customer as I refuse to shop at this location again out of fear of retaliation.She doesn’t scare me the fact that she may do this to my clients I work with in the area scares me for them. Or my own children simply buying them a toy while we waited on prescriptions.I work daily with veterans an their families, she would have caused a major altercation had I had any of my patients/clients in the store with me an she had done that in front of them. We will take our prescriptions an business elsewhere where this type of behavior is not tolerated nor accepted. I rely on safe and welcoming environments to ensure my clients live the best life they can after serving our country an THIS Walgreens proved how opposite that can be.I did a survey my email an phone number are included.

Per your own company policy that hack of a pharmacist needs to be fired. It clearly states in your company policy that while that pharmacist could refuse service he was required to find another pharmacist or manager to come fill the prescription in a timely manner. Failure to follow company guidelines should lead to termination. Especially when it involves denying another persons medication!!!!!

Pulled up to the window with one car in front of me. It was 4:53. The car in front of me apparently took about 10 minutes so once I got to the window at 5:03, they “conveniently” shut the shades and the lady proceeds to tell me they took her registers and they can no longer supply any medications because they took her registers. Thanks a lot to Walgreens Pharmacy on Peoria/91st that provided absolutely nothing BUT horrible service when I KNOW they saw me sitting behind that car in the drive-thru waaaay before 5:00. My 80 year old mother in law was in dyer need of her antibiotic and you guys provided this horrible customer service. I will never go back and use this pharmacy and I’ve been using you guys for a long time

Pharmacists are rude. Not very friendly. The staff on El Mirage and Cactus are much nicer and even though it is a farther drive, I will go there from now on, would never go here again.

If your views conflict with your job then get a new job.She needed the medication to get ride of a dead fetus so it doesnt lead to an infection!!! She shouldnt have to tell someone who is not her family that!I work in the medical field and if one of our doctors doesnt feel comfortable taking on a case for personal opinion they offer it to another doctor who would feel comfortable!He should be fired just for not follow the procedure and not giving it to another pharmacist. Im glad this story came out because Im moving to Arizona in a few months and now I know what Walgreens to avoid. Brian Hrenuic, I will never get my prescription from you or any practice you work from.Oh, and bad reviews for the pharmacy have been going on for years (look at the reviews). This place is a lost cause. If they didnt care two years ago when they messed up prescriptions, they wont care now.

Seems like people will surely go out of their way and make a marked effort to write a review if they have a complaint, but not nearly enough people take the time to say anything positive. Even if the grievance is minor, people will go out of their way, but on the flip side, even if their POSITIVE experience was minor... silence. I find this inexcusable and sad. The employees at this location have never failed to treat me anything less than like family, and it seems to me like people simply want to be negative and unreasonable. Boo.

Pharmacist Brian Hrenuic took it upon himself to deny a prescription to a woman who was suffering a miscarriage. This is not a case of a woman who was seeking to abort a live fetus or even a deformed one, but a woman who was seeking to expel a fetus that had already died within her womb. Why would anyone put an already distraught woman through such torment? I can only assume that this man in his infinite wisdom assumed that the woman somehow brought this upon herself or that this was an elaborate scheme to procure an abortion. Or perhaps hes simply a misogynist who enjoys seeing women suffer. Either way, he should be working someplace else.

This place is a mess. And I dont know why, but the landscape always irritates me. Everything is overgrown with trash everywhere. I feel like Im going to the hood to pick up my meds. The store staff is nice enough, but dont get me started on the pharmacy staff. Yuck. Self righteous and too busy for us peasants.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! None of them know how to count which is disturbing when you are counting pills. They have a girl with long dark hair who is horrific! Plus, she was wearing a Dead Pool sweatshirt. Now how professional is that? My doctors office contacted this pharmacy and then she had the nerve to tell me they didnt and it wasnt documented on my profile when I know for a fact my doctors office called them. Dont go to this pharmacy unless you want rude and horrible customer service!

My wife car was broken into this morning on 10/23/12 at 7am and are lifes was changed, Her purse was taken, credit cards, wedding rings and other items. The rings mean alot to us :(I called the manager RUSSELL BALLANGER and he would not help me out, He said I should let the ploice do there job and was very rude and not helpful, Made me feel like I was criminal. All I needed him to do was to check his POS to see if someone use my credit card at his store I had the exact amount. When I went to the store he didnt wanta help and agian was been very rude, talking over me, making me feel worse like I was the criminal. I called three other stores to check the amount on there POS which only takes a few mins and they were very helpful and courteous. I just wanted to see if the thief used it there so I could called Peoria PD to watch the vdeo to catch this guy. This store is my local pharmacy and now I will change to CVS which is closer to my house.I would like to thank these managers from other stores Cori 75/Tbird,Brooke and Drake for having a heart and helping me, May god bless you guys.
