Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I need help because there is product everywhere and its just easier to ask than to hunt.If you want great deals, subscribe to their email. You get great coupons in the mail and notices of specials, some that last only a day. Just be prepared for a flood of emails.

Greeted by friendly staff as soon as you walk in. Went there to pick up an order and was in and out quick (although it smells so good in there you dont want to leave right away). Very excited to try these hand soaps and will definitely be back!

I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Northern Ave Bath & Body Works. They employees were bright, cheery, and very helpful. I also appreciated the fact that they KNEW the scents. They knew what contributed to each scent (more than citrus or flower smell), and compared very similar scents for the Retired Favorites. They were also very helpful and kind towards each other and I like that. One of my BEST EXPERIENCES IN A STORE I ABSOLUTELY ADORE.

This is my favorite place to come shop for candles, body wash,plug ins, I always over spend when I come into this store.

Asked an employee if they had any fruity scents in a body wash and she gave me attitude telling me it was fall so not really an appropriate time of year for fruity scents.

You gotta love sales!!! During this visit staff was attentive happy and showed willingness to help. They were available if you needed help and provide as much information about the sales as needed. This location always appears to be organized and clean

I recently visited Park West shopping center in Peoria and I stopped by bath & body works they had a great deal going on and I was able to find some nice products. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly I do recommend coming by and shopping here.

Dont waste your time going to the Bath and Body store at Arrowhead Mall in Glendale AZ. Website, even a few minutes ago, says they open at 9am. Went, wasted a trip because they dont open until 11am. If they cant treat their customers with decency and respect by providing them good information on the website, they dont deserve my business.

Arrived a few minutes before opening. There was a line already. No issues getting in, but they were limiting the number of people. Found some nice hand soaps and left. Employees were super nice and very helpful.

This location is amazing! The ladys in the morning were all so helpful! I have a two-year-old and sometimes its hard to shop, but they made it easy. They were keeping her busy and I was able to get what I needed. I really appreciate all the help.

A place full of opulent scents, many of which easily penetrated my mask. Spending too much time in store would result in headaches. Kudos to the workers.

I can’t explain how great the staff is here. I won’t go to another bath and body’s work because it’s just not the same. There’s this one woman in particular who’s just fantastic. Once I find out her name I’ll edit this and add her name because she’s honestly the best.

We visited this location to purchase lip gloss only to find a very low and limited stick. I do love the mint lip glosses however they are very popular and they just cant keep up with the demand, very disappointed to say the least. The customer service was great as USUAL and I look forward to returning.

Whats not to love? Great store, great products and coupons galore....this location is our favorite and luckily the staff doesnt turn over so quickly here. There is the nicest older lady who works here and she is just awesome....greets everyone and is cheerful every single time we see her.

I love the fragrances they have for men. They just need more... & to bring Alpine back. 😥I stopped in to get some cologne and wouldnt you know they had a sale going on so naturally I had to get something for The Lady. 😁 I couldve spe t my whole check in this store but alas... I had to exercise some control. I will be back.

The ladies there are very friendly. I love this store because I dont have to fight the mall crowd and parking space if its only place I need to go. They got great deal around Christmas, so make sure you sign up for their email list. Theres always coupon or sales in different items.

I love the Bath & Body Works right there by Westgate. Close to home. The store is always super clean and well-organized. The staff is amazing! They know me by name, and they always know what Im looking for. If they dont have it on the floor they are more than willing to check in the back or call another store for me. One of my favorite stores!

Went yesterday for the 75% off sale. Very disappointed when I got some of my favorite items out of the 75% off bin to learn they were only 50% off because an associate had stocked incorrectly. The store would not honor the 75% off. In addition they had bath sponges on 50% off shelf but said it was just for filler decoration and they were not on sale. Both of these were very misleading and I was shocked they wouldn’t honor the sale price based on them being in the wrong locations. Deceptive if you ask me.

The assistant manager Dezi is a complete delight. She was so knowledgeable about the products and introduced me to products I didnt even know about ( that I will never go without from now on) I didnt feel pressured and I got some killer coupons. All in all my shopping experience was relaxed and easy! I will be coming back. They are all so stinking nice

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works products and they have really great sales along with online coupons. I would say they save me money but I have a tendency to take the savings and apply it to more products becuase I love their stuff! I do a lot of Christmas shopping here because my friends and family love Bath and Body Works as much as I do! Great products and good prices!

Always fun to go here. It always smells good and usually there is a good sale. The staff is friendly but sometimes a little too pushy.

I just walked around this time, to see what they had, because I hadnt been in there in a very long time. The staff was very nice. They have so many scents, in candles and wall fresheners, and lotions and body sprays,etc. Its almost too much to choose from! You really need to spend some time in this store!

I use to buy a lot of cologne and body wash back in the days, but not so much anymore. That being said, I still like coming in here just to smell stuff.

Always a pleasant experience going there. But do know when it is busy, it is BUSY. You can be in line for a good 15-20 minutes despite when they create two additional mobile registers.

I love it here. Theres a variety and the other reviews are just stupid. Its ur opinion if u dont like the scents dont get them. And dont order scents you never smelled before and expect to like it like seriously. The staff is super nice and are very willing to help. I visit quite often and I bring my friends and even when we come with like 12 people there still friendly.

Employees are super helpful... but super sad they discontinued Tangelo woods... BRING IT BACK.
