Me and my significant other bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Ken Dickinson and I would have nothing but nice things to say about this dealer. Ken was great and the finance dept was quite helpful in getting it financed with the lowest rate possible! Definitely wouldnt have a problem with buying from them again in the future!

Took car in because of message about steering kept popping up. Paid 728.00 . Less than 4hours later same message, but they were closed or close to closing. Got up the next morning and car would not start. Called them and service guy got defensive asking me why did I not come back the day before. Never apologize for maybe making a mistake. Also said if they had to tow car I would have to pay. They decided it was battery another 238.00 after the day before they said battery was good.makes me wonder did they check battery and any thing else on paper. No apologize. Not concerned with my issue. Never responded to emails. I have purchased 5 cars or more from them but they just lost a customer.

I called and spoke with the service department because my car needed a new alternator. They quoted me a price around 900 for parts and labor. I asked if I could purchase an aftermarket part and have them install it, they said yes but it would not be guaranteed, I was fine with that and told them I would have the car towed and with the weather I would bring the part on Wednesday, she said she would have to check with the manager, after a brief hold, I was told they were not interested in working on my car. Very unprofessional, I will not bring anything to them nor will I recommend them to anyone.
