Very cool place. They guy quoted me a price well under median for the job and stuck to it. He had my car repaired in a few hours. Friendly service. They use a cool text system where they will discuss your car via a texted webpage so there is no playing phone tag to discuss your car unless its needed.

I came out to see my parents and thought I would have my car looked at while I was here. Because of their reviews, I went here. Im very happy I did. Though they werent able to help me due to my time constraints, they were so friendly and spent more time than they needed to put me in a better direction with my car. I might drive back from California just so they can take car of me. Thank you

I had bought brand new brakes months ago. Turns out I didnt need them yet. I needed them done asap so I called around, was referred to this shop by AZ Tire Co. I called they said they would, gave me a quote and scheduled me in same day. He was very nice, got to the job right away and was fast. Done in 27mins! I would most definitely come back to them!!!

I will tell as a shop owner, I cant believe that if you provide a product and a service, that you wouldt stand be hind it, This company sold this customer a part, she has moved back to Kansas, and the part has failed, not there fault, but I have called them for over two months, they have only called back one time, and there was a question on who was responsible for paying to get part back, not to mention no labor coverage, they told me that they (she) I believe one of the family owners, would call back, no call back, I have called back a multitude times, they let it go to voice mail I leave messages with no call back, at this point the customer is going to have to pay again, which it not right!!, we are going to provide labor at no cost, to help her out. All because they dont care enough about there customers to help them out, In my opinion its because they dont live there any more.

I would not take my truck to Hurley if it was the last place on earth. Jessy said I needed Lower Ball Joints $292.59 He said then I would need Alignment $79.99. He never put the truck on the left. I got a 2nd opinion, Kings Auto and they showed me the Ball joints did not need replacing.Jorden never returned my calls in a week and half. Turns out that was a good thing

Ive known Jesse now for about 10 months, since my 98 Honda Civic was starting to overheat as the summer months were approaching last year. He flushed the radiator to resolve the problem and gave me a great price for the work that was done. Since that time all of my repairs on both vehicles are taken exclusively to Hurley Family Auto Repair. Jesse is truly an Old Soul when it comes to customer service: honesty, listening to what the customer has to say, great prices, and backing up His work with a warranty! He recently had to change my catalytic converters on the P/S of my Nissan Frontier 06,(which is a known flaw to a great little truck) and as a consequence the O2 sensor went out. It took several tries to truly fix the problem as the service engine soon light would repeatedly come on. But Jesse stuck with it every time I had to come back to His shop for Him, (JD his Son) or Joe to look at it. After the third time there it was discovered that I had a small part of the exhaust manifold gasket that broke off. They replaced, didnt charge me for it even though it wasnt part of the original job! And all those visits in between He never asked for Anything. In these days that we live in it is hard to find professionals that you can trust and have Your best interest in mind! I would highly recommend Hurley Family Auto, especially in these challenging times where it is hard to find someone you CAN TRUST with your automotive needs!

Had taken my 2000 Buick to three other shops. There was several things wrong with it but each shop was going to charge between $3000–$4000 to repair it. Was referred to Hurley’s and there charge was $1200. They did the work and my car has been running and working perfectly and they even worked out a payment plan with me!!!! I went here yesterday for new rear brakes, one of my company vehicles had really bad brakes. I decided to also get the oil changed, and because I had to pick up the other driver, I also had my personal vehicle serviced also. When they were done they brought the vehicle over to my shop, and the bill for everything was really reasonable, just over $200. Not bad for two oil changes and all new rear brakes. We dropped it off at 930 am and they were done within 3 hours. Great service. Thanks.

I can honestly say without a doubt in my mind Im going to be a customer for life. Ive always had a fear of mechanics not doing the job right or them charging you literally over a $1000 in just labor. So when I seen a flyer that said they started there own shop because of the ridiculous prices of other shops I went in to get a quote for some new rotors, shocks, struts, oil change and new brake pads. So you could say I had a lot of work to be done. They were EXTREMELY FAIR on the pricing so much so I called some other shops for some quotes and they were well over a $1000 more than what I paid. They had my truck done in a few hours and its been driving smoother than ever before. They have my loyalty.

I got lucky to hear about Jesse and his shop while at an auto store. The man overheard me talking about how much Wilhelm Auto wanted to charge me and gave my the number for Hurley Family Auto. Wilhelm wanted to charge me $600 and Jesse charged me $190 to do it! Since then I have brought both my cars in. These guys are nice, efficient, and cheap!

Definitely would bring my car here again. Once you are a customer you are part of the family. Great prices, great workmanship. You wont find a better place for less anywhere in the valley. I wont take my car to anyone else.

Even though I caught them when they were extremely busy, they always answered the phone when I called to check in and gave me an update. The quality of the work done is great, and at an amazing price too! I called about 4 other shops before calling these guys and was shocked at the difference in price so it was a no-brainer. First, I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you, to the guys and gal at Hurley’s. Both of my vehicles have been a pain in my butt with one thing after another mechanicaly prior to my first visit. Hurely’s service is amazing when it comes to getting the job done right and fast survice. They worked with me when my budget was tight and broke everything down, when it came to an explanation on what was broke on the vehicles. Their prices beat any of the big auto shops around, at least on my case. I trust no one else to fix my vehicles, hands down.

I was really surprised about how cheap it was compared to my usual place I go not gonna mention any names (Fire stone ). The professionalism was top notch, definitely recommending this to my friends and family.

3rd time using Hurley for an oil change. I am soooo glad I finally found a mechanic that I know is not trying to rip me off or upsell everything under the sun (hood 😀). Jesse at Hurley really knows how to treat his customers. Up until I found Hurley Family Auto I had been getting an oil change at one of those gas station/car wash/oil change/Hey harassed by window chip repair guy places. It was the only place close to my house and they had the worst customer service. I hated giving them any money, not to mention how expensive it was even with a coupon. I can not express how elated I am to have a family place like Hurley Family Auto to take my car to. If its just an oil change, brakes, or some weird noise youve never heard a car make Hurleys can fix it. Great customer service, great reasonable prices and a pleasure to deal with. Just real people like the rest of us, no pretentious attitude. They are flexible too. I get whatever I need done on my lunchbreak or in the morning on a weekend. Love, love, love this place!!! I started going here when my mother-in-law told us about Hurley s auto repair. Got our AC fixed and thought this place was great but when i used the AC notice my car started to overheat took it in a few months after thinking my car just needed somthing eles fix. When they look into it said was a knock sensor said ok and paid my bill it full, not even 24 hrs later still doing the samething. Jesse told us to bring it back if we had the same problem with it. Little did I know his wife Jordans communication skills were lacking. My car torn apart and no-one to put it back together and her telling me shell call back but never does. After me beging for my one and only car to given back to me was finaly in my possession was left out front of the shop by Jesse unlock and keys left in gas tank door even though i was 10 minutes away. No apology no nothing. Jordan said their was a lack of communication problem between her and the tech who was supposedly was out of town, not to mention she left early and so did her tech during business hours.Im only writing this because Ive paid my bills on time with them if not full and is very disappointed with the lack of professionalism which was shown by way we were treated.
