Took my truck in for engine codes, they were extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I scheduled an appointment and my truck was fixed that day. Took the truck for a drive after the repair and it felt brand new off the lot. They even followed up a couple of days later asking if everything was ok and if I had any questions or concerns. I will never step foot at a dealership for services again now that I found this place. I will refer out to friends and family for sure. This is the second time I have used Arrowhead Imports. The 1st time a battery for my BMW. Beat the dealer by 50% and the same type with a going over of the vehicle finding out that my A/C only had .7 lbs of freon and it should have 1.3. No wonder it was not that cold. Tommy, no big deal just come back when Im ready next summer. Today had A/C fixed, new brakes on rear and oil change. AGAIN over 50% lower than Dealer. OH, Im sorry they didnt wash my car for $200. No B.S. just good old fashioned service. Dealership has to remember You cant put a price on word of mouth advertising! Guess who I will recommend and continue to use?

If you want an honest auto repair servicer, Arrowhead Imports is the place to go. I brought my car in expecting to pay $1,600 as quoted by another repair shop. Arrowhead Imports looked into the issue and the final bill was $1,000 less AND they determined the other repair shop was incorrect in their diagnosis. Just awesome! I had my Schedule A routine service for my 2018 Mercedes GLC300 yesterday and I wanted to share my very positive experience! I cant say enough about Tommy the Owner - he performed the service himself and was very thorough and professional. Tommy has years of experience working on German made cars. Tommy is amazing. I was referred to this shop by a co worker and couldnt be happier with the service I got. My car got worked on and Tommy provided me a list of things that needed to be done with the price it will be to fix. He also showed me visual of what needed to be fixed and how the part works with the car. Very detailed, friendly and quick. I usually spend 3 to 4 hours for an oil change at the dealer, I spent less then an hour with him.

I want to thank Tommy and his staff for a outstanding job on the new transmission on my wife’s car. I’ve always have had a problem with trust when it comes to auto mechanics as they tend to be a bit dishonest and over priced. My 2007 Audi A4 has been running badly for several months. The Audi dealer at home in Canada made several attempts to repair the problem but it didnt solve the misfire issue. After I spent $2000.00 on the failed repair, they recommended a new cam shaft for another $3000.00 but no guarantee that would fix the problem. I decided against that and drove it to Arizona where we spend our winters. the misfire got continually worse.I searched the Phoenix area for an Audi specialist and found Tommy and Arrowhead Imports. He had some ideas on what the problem might be so I brought the car in. They ran many tests and finally determined that an injector in the manifold must be the problem. Tommy ordered the parts and a few days later, I had my car back running like new. I went from planning to get rid of my old Audi to now planning to keep it for a few more years. Thanks Tommy.

It’s always so hard to find a mechanic you can trust but here they will take good care of you. They are very knowledgeable and servicing is prompt. Actually I wish they would take a little longer next time so I can stay and enjoy all the complimentary snacks and drinks they have available in the waiting area. If you have kids, no problem! An Extraordinary service experience! I took my 10-year old Mini for minor maintenance and got what I requested. Sure, I want to make sure any unforeseen safety issue is addressed, any needed repairs completed. It was refreshing, however, to NOT get the usual list of items that could be done... Tommy and his wife are fantastic. They took great care of me and my car from start to finish. They have the nicest office with cozy couches, free snacks and drinks. They fixed my AC compressor and my car is literally freezing cold. It was never this cold! It’s so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I promise you can trust him. He is a family man who has been working on cars since he was a kid with his dad! Oh...and they have a kids play area with tables, coloring books and toys. I would highly recommend him.

First time going to Arrowhead Imports to get a engine warning light issue checked out on my 2012 Porsche Cayenne. The issue got real complicated because the computer does not give a correct diagnosis of the problem, it just gives fault codes and the mechanic has to figure out what is correct and what is not. Not easy!!Tommy and team figured out the problem, repaired it and my Cayenne is running great. Great first experience with Arrowhead Imports, I will be bringing my car back for future service.

I had the opportunity to Arrowhead Imports and meet Tommy and his wife. They are the owners of the shop. They were referred to me from Nextdoor along with several other companies. I called the majority of these companies to get a feel for their customer service and pricing. Tommy answered the phone and he was extremely kind and professional. I explained I needed to have my tail light bulbs replaced and asked him what the cost would be. Tommy indicated the bulbs were just a few dollars, however, if the light boards needed to be replaced as it was common for them to burn out it would cost me $164. I proceeded to tell Tommy I would stop by the next day. From the moment I walked thru the door, I was greeted by a very kind and professional lady. The lobby is huge, extremely clean and a very comfortable place to wait for service. Tommy came out and he said let me take a look at your brake lights. He immediately told me the bulbs were the only thing that needed replaced. There were only a few bulbs that needed to be replaced so he went ahead and installed the new ones. It was time to ring up my transaction and I said what do I owe you. He said nothing, I said, let me pay you something. He insisted it was an even exchange as I did not have the right size of bulbs. He kept mine and felt there was no need to charge me. I was blown away! His professionalism, kindness and honesty was non-other. Tommy could have said oh yeah your boards needed to be replaced and charged me a whole lot more and I would have not blinked an eye to have him replace them. I will be referring my family and friends to him and I will be returning for my my future services for my Mercedes with ArrowheadImports. It is so refreshing to have found an auto repair that is competent AND honest! I took my BMW in after having a diagnostic test done at the dealership about a check engine light. The dealer told me I needed 2 O2 sensors replaced and that it would cost me $1300.00. Right from the beginning Tommy said hmmm, that doesnt sound right He did another diagnostic test and found that all 4 of my O2 sensors were just fine. He spent a great deal of time speaking with me and did not charge me a dime! The BMW dealer charged me $109.00 for bad and potentially very expensive information. Thanks Tommy and Arrowhead Imports!

This place is amazing! After being told by the Toyota dealership that I had a blown head gasket and recommended I replace the entire engine with a used one. Which would have cost almost $5k...A friend suggested I go to Arrowhead Imports for a second opinion. Im So glad I did! The problem wasnt a head gasket and I definitely didnt need a new engine. This place not only saved me money, they were professional, friendly, and took the time to not only explain to me the problem with my car, they also showed me first hand.Excellent customer service!!! I saw an ad for Arrowhead Imports and thought I would give them a try. I had a very good experience. Tommy and his wife were very professional and honest. I took my BMW to them for an oil change and to fix a problem with my windshield washers. They had the part in stock and I was up and running within two hours. I will be back.

I replaced the compressor on my 2000 Mercedes e430. The system ended up having leaks in it. The folks at Arrowhead imports got me back on the road with ice cold AC and a two-year warranty!They even provided me with a ride to and from my house which was about 3 miles away.

My BMW 550i was being serviced by another shop, but I wasnt comfortable there anymore. I was doing the Google thing, checking reviews, etc and had yet to find a place I wanted to try. I happened to drive by Arrowhead Imports and did some research and finally called. I knew my car was due for some work in regards to the turbo coolant lines and an oil leak, so I gave them a call. Tommy took my car in quickly, and did a thorough inspection on it. Turns out it needed some other work as well, including some suspension and differential mount stuff. He not only completed the work as promised, but did it in record time. He even found me a great deal on a new set of tires! All for a very reasonable price. The car actually now drives better than ever!I was so impressed with the quality of work and the character of Tommy and his wife, the I put my daughters car in their care the following week. She had some suspension and tire issues as well as a few other general maintenance things to be done. Again, record time, great price. She absolutely loves driving it again. She says it drives like new. He went way above and beyond with her car.We are so very thankful that we found Arrowhead Imports. If I can find complete trust in someone to take care of us and our cars with such care, skill and price, Ill refer there without question. This my new go to place.

Top Notch A1 service, couldnt be happier, walked in and showed them my paperwork from the dealer diagnostics that i had a Evap System Slow Leak, i had a cracked hose in the engine compartment which caused my engine light to come on on my VW Jetta, the dealer quoted me 10 more for the repair then Arrowhead Imports did and the car was done in a fraction of the time then the dealer quoted me, even reset my tire pressure and sensor, gave me some good tips and advice about the car, No Bull Here, Honest Service, Highly Recommended !!!
