I emailed MazdaSwag about an issue with my order (received two rear left mats instead of one left, one right) on 4/17. After 2 weeks of no response I tried their phone number and the chat feature on the website, still no response. Apparently business is so good they dont need to ship the correct items.

Simply put, they suck. Anyone not getting a reasonable response should just file a credit card dispute with their credit card company and avoid the hassle. The company will get charged a dispute fee by PayPal for each dispute won and maybe they will rethink their poor service. I ordered an item from them and returned it using their policy. Tracking shows they received it. No refund, no response despite multiple emails. I will let my credit card company fight it out with them.

Update on 4/6/2021 - The Mazda Swag owner contacted me and genuinely wished to rectify the issue. He personally found out the right part numbers and then shipped them without shipping fee. We all make mistakes but few accept their mistake and take corrective action. I did lose some time due to the mix up but at the end my customer is very happy with the repair. For me that means a lot. So, I am changing my review to reflect Mazda Swags corrective action and excellent customer service.Placed an order on 3/9/2021 over the phone. I supplied all the information needed for 2015 Mazda CX-5. The person gave me the part numbers and also placed an order. The parts arrived on 3/12/2021 which was awesome. However, when I opened the box, all the parts were wrong. I tried calling Mazda Swag multiple times a day but always got a recorded message that they were not taking phone calls. I email them with my issue with pictures of parts they sent and the parts on the vehicle. No response. Then I went to their website and filled out the contact form. Got an email shortly to return the parts if I wished to do so. Absolutely, no customer service! I shipped the parts back at my own expense. So, I ended up with an unhappy customer and paying shipping both ways plus 15% restocking fee. I dont know if I will ever do business with Mazda Swag.

Local dealership told me they couldnt get OEM parts for my 2007 Mazda 3. But I was able to get what I need here. Got my floor mats in and they look great. And, I had an issue ordering something else with the shipping costs but their customer service was on it and fixed the shipping costs so I could get what I wanted at a reasonable rate. Thanks!!

I have own a few Mazda cars - first years Mazda RX-8, first years Mazda Mellenia S and Mazda 626. To keep my Mazda cars up, I use genuine Mazda parts for most key component during repairs. I used to buy these parts from a local Mazda dealer. After found a few out of state Mazda dealers sell these genuine Mazda parts in big discounts and without local taxes. I started to order these genuine Mazda parts from these out of state dealers. After dealing a few, I found Mazda Swag in Peoria, IL is the BEST one I have ordered these genuine Mazda parts from. I get best discount for the parts plus low cost S+H comparing to other dealers. If you want to expedite your order. There is option there, which you dont find in some other dealers. I appreciate most is the guys handle my orders. I receive very help communications from them about the order status for my repair planning when time is tight. They treat you with great respect and help out every steps way to make sure the parts getting to you well. It is greatly pleased to do the business with them. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a part over a month ago. when it FINALLY showed up, it showed up broken, its been 2 weeks of me and the employees of the shop where my car is, calling and emailing with no luck. I finally get someone on the phone today (Trevor) who informs me that all he needs to do is email me a return label. WHY DID THIS TAKE TWO WEEKS?! I will never ever be buying from them again and will deter anyone else who even considers it.

Ordered from these guys hoping to get the parts I needed asap. Unfortunately, I didnt get any parts at all and very poor communication. I emailed, no response. I tried the chat function, no response from that either. Tried to call, nobody picked up. Had to call my bank to stop payment ultimately. Will not reccomend or use these people again.

Honestly, Ive never had this much trouble with any order before. I placed my order late July with priority shipping. Order didnt ship in time, which is expected cause of Covid but after waiting a week (after estimated shipping date) it took 2 days for them to reply to my email about when it will ship, saying it would ship that day. It didnt. It took TWELVE more days for my order to ship and when it finally arrived (about a month+ now) my moldings were bent.I emailed them again, waited a couple days and didnt get a response about replacement. So I called and finally got through to one of the guys saying theyd replace it for free and send me a shipping number. I wait another week....and absolutely nothing with no communication, reply or picking up the phone. So here I am almost 2 months after placing my order with no idea of when Im getting my parts or if I can even get a refund. Its not even email or phone tag, Im getting ghosted out of money right now.

Initially I was a bit skeptical from buying OEM parts online, but I did my research and MazdaSwag had good reviews and they are actually a Mazda dealer. Received my parts today to do my water pump, timing chain and tuneup on a CX-9. Not only did I received all 36 OEM parts (big order and they got it right!), I got them at a good price compare to the local dealer and shipping was fast. Thank you MazdaSwag!

Horrible customer service to a first time customer inquiring about other parts interest. Dismissive and acted like my questions about other parts being offered in other colors was nothing but a burden. Had to ask the simple question with a part # offered multiple times for a simple yes or no. Great way to start off with a first time customer who just ordered something else from you. Ill just use the site to make sure the part is compatible with my vehicle and order from elsewhere.I found this in another low review here and Im sure this guy is on to something about their current high rating:Randy Koch that indicates that he is Randy the owner. It doesnt seem appropriate for an owner to give a rating and makes me suspicious of the other 5 star reviews.

As of September 2, 2020, the phone number listed on their site is disconnected and they do not respond to emails at all.Either they have gone out of business, not told anyone and kept all money received, or this was always a scam company.BE VERY WARY.

Update: upgrading to 4 star. Spoke to the owner who resolved things immediately. He explained the staffing situation they are in and I get that, but there needs to be a better reaction time though.Frustrating. Ordered hubs, they arrived with no issues. Took to shop to install. After installing, found one hub had a bad spot and was very noisy (no big deal, it happens on mass produced parts). Called about getting a replacement and I paid for overnight shipping. Well, after pulling up the tracking, they shipped it ground. This caused me to have to purchase a 3rd hub in order to get the one replaced.Been trying to get a refund on one hub because they didnt ship properly. Yes, they refunded my shipping fee, but thats it. I cannot get anyone to return my emails or answer the phone. This will be the last time I deal with them

They are friendly and nice, but clearly need more help to handle their orders. My overall experience was good, but exchanging a part proved to be a challenge.The website has a handy feature to verify your VIN, so when I ordered a part I expected to get the right part unless there was an issue. The part arrived, and it has a connector that was physically different than the part Im replacing. I contacted MazdaSwag, and got a strange response that didnt answer my question. More emails from me over the next week and a half with no response. Finally, I decided to call them. The person running the show apologized as he does almost everything by himself. Long story short, he sent me the correct part and paid the postage to return the other part with no questions asked. Apparently, I had entered the VIN incorrectly and the person who verified it, didnt actually verify the VIN. But they made good and all is fine. If you have issues in the near future I recommend calling. Hope they get help soon!

Great Prices, Lightning Fast Shipping! I was not sure where to buy Mazda parts and accessories online, and then found out about MazdaSwag. I placed an order on a Sunday night, and had it via USPS by Wednesday afternoon. Shipping was incredibly fast. The parts arrived in clean well kept boxes, and everything was as described. I got a pair of crossbars and the required ditch moldings with access windows for the stud. I saved a great amount, something like 30% less than a dealership cost. Definitely recommend these guys!

UPDATE to below review: Upon emailing Randy Koch I heard back from him in 5 minutes. Apologized profusely, refunded my money, didnt make me send back the old mats. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was unusual and change my rating from one star to two stars.On 6/20/20 I ordered floor mats for a Mazda CX5. I received mats for a Mazda6 instead. When I first contacted them about this error, Jake promptly sent a return label. Unfortunately, that, and the subsequent label, expired in one or two days, before I could print them out (I work in a grocery store and have odd hours not to mention the stress of being abused by non-mask wearers).After that, all subsequent emails were ignored. I tried calling but there was either no answer or the line was busy. As Mazda Swag is part of Scherer Mazda, I left a couple voicemails for the President, Jim Scherer. Crickets. I used the Scherer Mazda contact form to request help. Nada (in fairness, this was yesterday).I put a hold on the credit card charge (I know, what took me so long?) I wrote one last email to Jake this morning, copying the President and the parts manager, notifying them of the charge dispute and requesting a refund so I could close the dispute. I will update this if I get a reply or have a refund processed.UPDATE: It wasnt until I read this thread that I realized the owner of Mazda Swag is Randy Koch. I suppose I could try to call him but, as they dont seem to answer the phone, whats the point? I believe Ive figured out the email format ([email protected]) so will send him a copy of the email thread.

I would have given them a 10 if possible! I ordered rails and crossbars for my 2018 Mazda CX5. Four hours after ordering them, I got an email saying they had shipped. The boxes arrived neatly packaged and look great! Oh and did i mention, I saved 150 dollars from not ordering from my local dealership. I will definitely be using MazdaSwag again.

Purchased roof moldings and a roof rack for my 2015 Mazda 3. Sent them a question on Saturday about the product and received a response quickly. Purchased everything that day and had it shipped with there cheapest shipping (they should look at offering cheaper methods of shipping even if it takes longer). Everything arrived on Wednesday, unfortunately the roof moldings where bent. Since the box was bent It could have been the shippers fault. Simply taped the new and old moldings together and it eventually straightened out.Overall it was a great experience.

Appalling customer service! Order a part from them online which required returning. I emailed the return request to which I didnt get a response. When calling the dealer to discuss the person on the phone was patronizing and had no desire to help. Happy to respond quickly if they are taking your money but no desire to assist after the sale. They are trying charge a 15% restocking fee which is ridiculous in this age of online ordering.

I personally never review a website, but the experience I had with Mazda swag was amazing, I had ordered parts from another website only to find out they put my whole order on stand by for a single part to come in, so I came Mazda swag and reordered all the parts I needed, they came in before the original order on the ther site 1 week faster! Not only were their prices rock bottom but the all-weather mats I bought for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 I just bought shipped super fast to my home and were packaged well and in brand new condition, just as I had expected. Ordered part on a Thursday afternoon. Email response from MazdaSwag states shipped the next day (Friday). Checked again the following Monday and status shows as processing. No reply from MazdaSwag when I requested an update. Well see what happens and adjust my rating up or down depending on how they resolve this. Update: received an update next day after posting this review and my purchase has now been shipped out. I will up from 2 stars to 3 for the quick action and revise rating once item is received. Update: Freight arrived on the updated date in good condition. Raised to 4 stars as they did come through in the end. Cant give them 5 stars as nobody communicated with me one time when trying to resolve the not shipped yet issue from the date of order, 5/31, up to and including day of delivery 6/7. Not saying I wont give them another shot, after all....mistakes happen.

I ordered a replacement window motor for my Fiances car through them. They called me to make sure I had ordered the right part and they were very polite on the phone. Most places I have dealt with dont care and wont take the time to look it up. I have gotten into a place where I do all the work to make sure I am getting the right part, mainly because when I relied on the parts dept at other places; they usually screw up. I was really impressed with them and if I need any other parts, I will most definitely go through them.

I placed an order for all-weather floor mats and the rubber cargo mat for our CX-5 on Wednesday. This was after sending and email and getting confirmation of the shipping costs first thing in the morning after sending a late night email Tuesday night. I was concerned the cargo mat might cost more for an oversized item. I placed my order and had confirmation it had been shipped out less than 2 hours later. My order arrived on Friday. Everything is brand new and with tags just as expected. I couldnt have asked for a better transaction and at an excellent price. I saved over $50 even with shipping versus my dealer. Ill order anything else we need for our new CX-5 from MazdaSwag. Thanks.

I had a poor customer experience requesting a receipt, the items also failed to ship; Im left with no option but to dispute and got the run around. Shipping cost is obscene (especially since items did not ship).The website e-commerce is Paypal. I used guest checkout. At some point during the checkout, probably from their website that was transferred data over to Paypal, I mistyped my email. I noticed the mistake during Paypal confirmation, which meant I didnt get a receipt. For an unknown reason, I didnt receive a redirect back to the Mazdaswag website; the info available was the same as during the checkout. I immediately copy-pasted the checkout info and explained the email misspelling to the customer service email.What I wanted was to confirm the order and receive tracking information.Its been 2 1/2 weeks. Customer service does not provide a name, nor do they thread their emails, so I began to do this after trying of explaining that an order number was not provided. I eventually created email account for the misspelled email. I was told that no order could be located without the order number; when I challenged this, I was told that my name, email, address, etc., didnt match; which I explained (again) the misspelling email, explained my billing (POB) and shipping address are different, etc. After this point, they ceased to answer and no items have arrived.The items ordered were the paint pen and two small plastic squares, the shipping was over $11 for these, the total order wasnt more than $34. Im left thinking the whole thing is a scam and was thankful that Paypal verified that the charge did go through their system (because otherwise I began to think this was entirely a scam.I supremely regret choosing them.I wish I took seriously the other low reviews that describe customer service issues.It concerns me that there is a review here with 5-stars byRandy Koch that indicates that he is Randy the owner. It doesnt seem appropriate for an owner to give a rating and makes me suspicious of the other 5 star reviews.If Randy would like to resolve, the email threads are there. Im sure that Im identifiable. 22SEP18After spotty communication, Mazda swag contacted me personally by phone explaining the situation with staffing issues due to health. They refunded me for the product and expressed their apologies. Ill likely consider giving them a second attempt provided they seemed genuine on reaching back out to me to earn my business.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------There a ton of fake reviews written up by their department. They sent me a bogus sunscreen protector that doesnt fit my Miata (yes, I searched specific part # etc). Ive reached out to them several times about fixing the issue now with no response. I will be reporting the charge to my credit card company. I own a 2018 Mazda Miata ND.
