A truly relaxing experience. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Jeff was honest and sincere through the entire process. A very gracious host. Justin was a complete professional in the paperwork end making sure we understood and received all the products we needed to ensure we have many years in our new car. Had a very good experience with the Lincoln dealer if you’re Illinois Shire Lincoln mobile my hats off to them they have excellent service got the call box properly interviewed with the mechanic explain things very well very appreciate it will buy another car from that dealership thank you

Bill Morton and Jeff Wahfeld were awesome to deal with and made the entire experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody .I also have to mention a couple people in the service department. Nicole is the service manager and does a wonderful job of keeping you informed of the progress on your vehicle along with taking care of everyone else. In other words, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.Andy is a service tech who takes the time to explain things and answer questions. When it comes to anything Volvo, he is the go-to guy.

I really like the service I get at Scherer. I have never taken my Lincoln Navigator anywhere else and have bought my care there for 30 years.However, I am not happy that I meet a different new person every time I come into the service department or even the sales department.As a previous Service Manager for Caterpillar, I know the importance of relationships with service people.Nigel Wilkinson

Very pleased. My car was checked in on our agreed upon schedule and the servicing was completed promptly while I watched TV in their waiting room and as usual browsed the new cars on the showroom floor.

Friendly service dept. Did the work quickly. Car was even cleaned inside and out. Waiting area had snacks, coffee, soda and wifi!

They sold me a 2018 xc60 with just 20k miles with a bad tire/wheel. Car was vibrating and pulling to the right when I drove over 60mph as soon as I drove it off the lot on my way home from the dealership. When I tried to schedule an appointment to have it checked. They ignored me. Didnt return my calls. They didnt call me back until a month later. Then when they did take a look they totally blamed it on me said I hit the rims or something and told me the car had passed certified inspection so they wont take responsibility.I knew theyre lying because when buying the car, the advertisement online didnt say certified pre-owed but just used. I wanted a certified car so when I called and asked if it can be certified they said they can get that done no problem at no additional cost. When I got there they said its late today they cant submit paperwork to volvo for certification but they did all the certified inspection so I dont need to worry about it. They told me theyll send in the paperwork to volvo on Monday, 2 days after I buy it. I didnt think much of it since I thought they were an honest business. But I forgot I was dealing with a car dealership.My advice to anyone in a similar situation. Dont buy a used car if its not certified from a dealership even if they convince you they did the same inspection thats on a certified car.This is the worst buying experience Ive had ever. Regret it big time!Ive registered a complaint with BBB. Hope they can resolve this.

I purchased my Volvo s60 here a year and a half ago. The car runs beautifully and the service here is always pleasant and thorough. Im considering my next vehicle purchase from this family run business again because of the excellent customer service and great brand of vehicles.

We purchased a 2017 Continental from this dealership and have taken it to Peoria (we live an hour away) for oil changes except for one time. At the 15,000 mile oil change, I was told there was tire wear, which I found hard to believe. Now at 30,000, all the tires need to be replaced. Since they were 45,000-mile tires, I offered to pay 2/3 of the replacement tire price if the dealership paid 1/3, as I thought this was a fair deal, as the tires needed to be replaced way too soon and I would happily pay for what we have used to date. I was told no to the offer, but they would kindly give me 15% off of the alignment if I purchased a set of four of the best tires for the car at full price. No thank you. I will be taking my car elsewhere and purchasing my next Lincoln in Davenport, which apparently is where I should have purchased this one.

My car broke down on a Friday and I had to drive to Detroit by the next morning. They got me in at 2:00 that afternoon, and had my car fixed and me on my way by 4:00. The staff was incredibly kind and the quick service un-ruined my weekend.
