Great place to rent a unit. Clean and well maintained. Lindsay the rental agent was AWESOME!!!! I needed to get my stuff into a unit quickly and the online system was malfunctioning. She took care of me right away and was friendly, and knew exactly what I needed. She was thorough in explaining how everything worked from lease to the gate code to the door and lock on unit. She is definitely an asset to the company.

The staff is great!! I came in 10 minutes before close to rent a storage unit. I was greeted cheerfully and didnt feel rushed. The unit was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. The 24hr access was perfect I was able to move in without watching the clock. Love the gate entry security you feel your belongings are safe. Would definitely recommend.

Nice friendly staff. My unit is supposed to be climate controlled but Im not sure why its super hot in there. Hopefully it will be better when summer gets here for real. I really like the convenience of the 24 hour gate.

The customer service at Pensacola was so awesome. My only issue was when I reserved it over the phone the gentleman told me he was gonna wave the admin. Fee by once I got there the last wouldnt honor that. My husband was in the hospital at the time so money was really tight for us. I was really disappointed.orher than that Ive had great experience so far

Jason in the office does a great job. They have made several changes since they took over, which are all good. However, the security gate has not been working since the new owners took over in February 2019. I dont like paying for a secure facility when it is not secure. I know it is not Jason (The Mangers) fault. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concern.

They treated us cordially, and answered all questions to the point. Which is rare this day and time. We were out and finished in a acceptable period of time without waiting a long time.Even though there was a couple ahead of us. The person waiting on us was a nice gentleman.

Getting set up in the unit that was perfect for my needs was easy and affordable.

Havent been to see my stuff and almost three years its still in good shape it was clean inside cool enough and it will be warm enough during the winter overall its a good place very trustworthy.

All of my family members have had storage units here at one time or another. I had four units myself, with them filled with everything I owned. The office staff went over and beyond working with me, and taking care of my needs. All of us have had the most wonderful experience and would recommend them to everyone. 24/7 access was another plus.
