Would NOT recommend for military moving in/around Pensacola. Paid for them to box up and pack some of our stuff and on move day NOTHING that we paid to have packed was moved for us. We were given the excuse that there was a misunderstanding with the dispatcher that we only needed furniture moved and that we would move all boxes and smaller items ourselves in personal vehicles and did not know this until they moved our larger items and said they were done. Notes left by the dispatcher of our initial conversation with them were not accurate and contributed to this. We are now having to rent a van ourselves to move the remainder of everything in the house and management has not answered the phone today. Most items were damaged as well. Not a dependable company.

This company is not only effective and efficient but they are so generous to the Pensacola Humane Society! Their movers were extremely friendly and provided superior customer service. Our organization will continue to partner with them in the future!

I was quoted for a 3.5 hour local move. The guys that showed up were super quick and efficient. They managed to do it in 2.5 hours instead. They were so kind and polite. They readjusted the height of my bed and managed to get my chunky loveseat through a narrow hallway. Never once did they complain or say something negative. They were even sweet to my dog. I couldn’t imagine having better movers. These guys are top notch. Unfortunately management tried to charge me for the full 3.5 hours but after a few minutes on the phone we were able to clear things up and I was charged the correct rate.

My second time using Two Men and a Truck for a move, and they did not disappoint! Professional through the entire process, and the quote I was given was pretty accurate for the final price. The team from Two Men and a truck were awesome. The were very careful with breaking down the furniture and then re-assembling the furniture. There were very thorough. I would use them again and recommend them. They were also cost effective. Awesome value.

The crew were so quick and careful. It was a hot day and large furniture pieces had to be moved up 2-3 stories. They wrapped all pieces, and I have no broken pieces. They moved all furniture and over 100 items that were Ina pod that I had packed. Jermall was the manager of the crew, and he was very professional. I highly recommend 2 Men and A Truck. You can hire more men per hour, as I had 4 men. Willie helped me coordinate the best way to do my move, and gave me a quote from the office sent to my email. These guys are the best. I’ve moved many times over the years and I must say this company is the real deal from top to bottom. The crew was professional from the moment they arrived on time. Wayne walked through the house and took a thorough inventory of exactly what we needed to have moved. Marcus, Trevon, Blake, Andrew, and Dre immediately set to work loading our boxes and furniture with great care. They treated us and our possessions like they would treat their own family. I felt like they really cared about their job and wanted to make us happy. When we arrived to the new house, I could tell it was getting late, yet they stayed until every box was exactly where we wanted it to be. They truly went above and beyond what any other moving company has done for me in the past. I cannot recommend this team more strongly.

This crew rocks. My move was scheduled on 7/20/21 at 0900. I rolled into Fl from Wa state in a 26 Penske to Extra Storage. My team was Allen, John and Tyler. The job was slotted for 8 hours. They did it in 2.5 saving me nearly a thousand dollars. I want this team again when I move from the storage container to my new home. You guys rocked it.

Not a bad price when you call and get a quote but, what they dont tell you is that they dont re-assemble any furniture that they take apart and your lucky if you get the the bolts, screws etc. back since they dont tape them to what they take apart. Didnt use blankets on hardwood floors, left scratches, knocked chips of paint off of corners in houses moving out of and into. They dont take furniture upstairs unless you sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for any possible damage, so everything gets left downstairs and up for you to move. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else.

We had a bedroom set moved and couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. I called to get a quote and they were able to get us on the schedule for the following day. Movers communicated very well and arrived at the scheduled time. They thoroughly wrapped all the pieces very securely and everything arrived in perfect condition. The price was exactly as quoted. Damien, Evan, and Marcus met us at our storage unit and loaded everything neatly and professionally. They then stopped where we had been staying and loaded everything there. Do not use them!!The broke a peace of furniture 6 months ago and they haven’t fixed it or replace it.Be aware that on the contract that you sign, it said they will only pay .60 per pund of whatever they break, so now my head board is $160.00 when I payed over $500.00Also one box with wine glasses was broken and I hire them to pack everything. 6 months and they haven’t pay for that either.So, do not use this company!

From the gentleman in the office, Willie, to the four gentlemen who completed the move, Damien, LD, Cory, and Dre, this company surpassed my expectations. Willie was always quick to explain and answer any questions I had, and never acted like I was a bother. Damien, LD, Cory, and Dre treated me and all of my CRAZY HEAVY furniture with the utmost respect. My situation was a strange one that required several stops and moving most of my items into storage and not once did any one of them complain or seem upset by the craziness of the situation. I was so pleased with their help that I told my family we will be using this company (and the guys, if they are willing!) for any and every move we have going forward. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little easier! If I could give them 20+ stars, I would!

They moved us a short distance. They wrapped almost everything. Almost everything was damaged one way or the other. Dressers had large damaged legs. Almost everything had scratches on it. This was all fairly new furniture. When I complained they said they would fix it. I even sent pics. Never heard anything from them again. And of course I trusted them and didn’t get the expensive insurance. I would not recommend them

Excellent customer service, they arrived on time and wrapped furniture very well, they padded the front door to avoid damage, they put a runner on floor not to bring dirt into house, they finished the job ahead of the estimate, this guys did not stop or fool around waisting time. I believe it was LD and Willie with are exceptional, professional, polite and courteous. I am very impressed with this company and I would recommend to anyone that asks me. If I need to move again I know who I will call. Oh and all of this during the pandemic where the guys were masks and kept social distancing and right after a hurricane

I have a flip on two refrigerators located in residences about a mile apart. What was estimated to be an hour job, ending being a two hour job. It was not an easy task to accomplish. I was great to the guys from Two Men And A Truck. They did a super job.

A great move by two men and a truck! It was a challenging move from a three story house to three story house on the hottest day of the year. The crew Deon, Richard, and Dee were so hard working, efficient, and kept a great attitude and sense of humor throughout. Furniture was wrapped and well protected. We walked through the house to make certain everything was in the truck and at end of move through the truck to ensure nothing left behind. Highly recommended.

I had high expectations after reading reviews online.First I think they were slow at times and I had to hand them some items to help speed up.Next they didnt have tools that were required to disassemble the bed. I had to give them tools.3rd one guy was smoking a cigarrett inside the truck with my furniture and items inside. Im allergic to cigarrette smoke and nicotine is impossible to get out of fabric etc . I felt this was disrespectful as he didnt even ask if it was okay. I signed the waivers etc not noticing some damage to my desk. I have a big rip off the back of my wooden desk that I am certsin they caused. I saw them many times bumping my walls as moving furniture. They didnt seem very capable strong or efficient. One guy complained for a while about trying to disassemble one of my pieces. Would not recommend. After I talked abd gave my feedback I received a lengthy email that was not helpful. This isnt professional. I should have received a phone call . I also tipped them well for the sake of doing so during these hard times. I will never contact them again.

CJ, Deon, and Dee were awesome in helping me move a 100+ year old piano. Trust me when I say that this piano was HEAVY and tough to move, but these guys did a great job and were super careful when working with the piano. Great attitude, very friendly, and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone.

LD, Von and Johnny were great! I guess my only issue was with the $150 trip charge, I was less than 10 miles from their office and I dont think I even moved more than 15 miles. So for me that took the value out of the move. But the guys were absolutely great and if you can afford it I would definitely recommend using them!

The team I had : Dre, Deon, and Richard; they worked great together. Very quick with the move. Very informative about what was going on with the move. They plan out the move in the first 10 minutes to save time, which in term saves the mover money. They were all professonal with great senses of humor. I had the pleasure of have 3 amazing young men assist with my move (Deon,Richard, & Isaiah). They were very prompt & paid close attention to detail. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment & into my new home within 4hrs (less time than I was quoted & I ended up having more items than I actually listed). Even though I lived on the 2nd floor they never complained about all of the stairs or the amount of heavy items that had to be moved. It was a pleasure to get service from them. Thanks again!

I have used this company before and loved it. This time, not so much.I I had a move scheduled between 3:30 and 6 on a Monday. They called me to confirm my appointment and someone had moved it to 1 without reaching out to me. They were able to get it fixed.The day of the move, the movers called me at 4 telling me that they had one more job and they would be at my house in a few hours. They arrived a little after 7 which caused my move to last until shortly before 10. They also used my restroom and didnt flush the toilet.I reached out to the office and was told a manager would be contacting me. This was a week ago and nothing so far. I spent almost $500 and will NOT be using yall again or recommending you to anyone.They are supposed to make the move stress free and this wasnt at all.Edit: I posted this on a survey two men and a truck sent me. That was the end if September and it is now November 12th. I never heard anything back.

The movers Joshua & Deveon were very professional & careful with my furniture / boxed items during the move. The cooperation among us; with my requests and concerns was quite good. Kimberly thoroughly set up the move and went over the details with me. She did a special job of arranging to have a marble table top moved on short notice. I have high-end modern furniture that had to be carefully handled & packed. All pieces arrived in perfect condition. I’ll note that it was worth getting the PACK SERVICE. I had more stuff that had to be packed, though I did much of it myself. They were fast at it and it was worth the extra cost. My only complaint was the cost factor. I think my move could have been 1.5K to 2K less than the total. The distance multiplier is high. Move from VA to FL.Overall..great!!

Two Men and a Truck must have sent us the A Team. I cannot not express the kindness and can do attitude given to us as a elderly couple to make this hard move any easier. These young men were very careful and took the extra measure to take care of moving our household goods so that there would be no damage to what is precious to us.All of these young men were outstanding and easy to talk to and able communicate our wishes concerning the move. If I had to select one out of the team that went above and beyond, it would have to be Josh. He was the most positive person Ive met in years and the perfect attitude for working with people. Overall, I believe from my business experience Josh needs to be put into a more supervision or managerial role within the company.The whole team was Top Notch, what else can anyone say!

Dustin and Dre helped move some furniture for me last week to a storage unit and they were awesome! They took great care of all my furniture by wrapping everything up, doing several walkthroughs to make sure they had all the furniture loaded and then unloaded, and were just a kick butt team together.

Monte and Josh gave excellent service! They moved all of my furniture with ease, and so careful with all of my belongings. 100/10 recommendation for these men. I would ask them to do my move anytime!! They were so polite and so quick! They even made my grandmother and I laugh and kept conversation with us the entire time! Our previously planned unloaders were cancelled prior to our arrival date and the next arranged unloading service would not be available for >2 weeks after our move-in date. We called around, and Two Men and a Truck were very flexible with their time and were able to assist us right away. Unloading went smoothly. The moving staff were courteous and professional, and the office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely consider using their services again in the future.

To start and the reason I gave two men a truck a 1 star was because Anthony was a excellent customer care representative all though their movers weren’t. They did not have plastic rap to wrap my stuff to ensure protection. To ensure my stuff was protected I put blankets on my stuff and they removed each one except on a fire place. They packed my stuff in the truck without the blankets. And had luckily one thing damaged and not to mention sweat was all over my stuff. Bring a towel!!! One guy had a attitude before he showed up I guess he did not want to be there. Thirdly they did not know how to pack a storage shed or a truck. Thankfully we got rid of some stuff before the movers came and a two bedroom storage was fit to put exactly that and they put a bedroom and a half inside with no room to put the other stuff. Definitely no worth paying them 14 dollars an hour to do the job. I packed it personally two weeks later and now we have room to spare. I would not recommend them at all. Next time I am packing my own storage shed and moving it myself for cheaper than 1800 hundred dollars to go from Pensacola to Panama City fl. I guess they are not careful with your stuff after being through hurricane Michael. They assume everything will be fine. Very Unhappy with their motto it does not stand the test of time.

Ive never had a moving company that wrapped and padded all of my furniture before removing it from the house like these guys did. They took tremendous care of my items and I was thoroughly impressed. Without a doubt the best moving company I’ve ever used! Not one thing was damaged both in to and from! Not one wall was even touched! I’m military, with a robust flying schedule, and I was helping my boyfriend (who’s away at military training) move across state lines. I had very specific dates I needed to move. Initially I thought I was going to have to rearrange my flying schedule (which is not easy) - but Matt worked with me, moved his schedule around and made the move happen on my timeline. This was my first move with Two men and a truck from one city to another city. My first contact was with Mathew he did a good job in explaining things and how move will work, he was very easy to work with and was very helpful.Rachael did good job on calling day before and than calling day after to make sure move was smooth. Three guys who helped me physically move was JT, Damien and Josh, they were the nicest guy, very respectful and very humble and hard working guys, they made the move very smooth.One thing I noticed that you have to do your own inventory what went out and what went in, other than that very good move.

Two Men & A Truck have been my go-to movers for several years now. They’ve never let me down. Professional and courteous movers have always been on time and taken care to be sure things are moved speedily while not sacrificing safety. As a local Realtor, I also recommend them to my clients. This time around, Neil and Will were exceptional as always.

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that they didnt show up when they said they would. Some jobs take longer than expected, though, and I get that. Once they got started they worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Even though my job took until 1AM to complete, they were still very pleasant to deal with. They wrapped all unboxed items to minimize damage and I liked that. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We were in a pinch and needed some heavy furniture moved to our new home across town. Even though it was almost closing time when I called, Anthony made me fell I was his only and most important customer. He was even able to give me a move date of just two days away. Maurice and Devonte showed up right on time on the move day. They worked tirelessly and efficiently and moved our furniture with care and detail. We are 100% satisfied with the work and cost. Money well spent.

Crew arrived on time and were very efficient. Crew chief Marcus was well-experienced and immediately put us at ease concerning our move. The crew handled our furniture with great care. Delivery at our new location in central Florida was timely and was also handled with care. The two gentlemen that were sent out to handle our furniture during our move were professional, efficient and fast! They arrived around 8:15 and were done around 11:15. The price was quite reasonable as well! My husband and I were very impressed by their work and we will definitely utilize their services again!

I had them move me 5 yrs ago and they did a great job. This past April I moved again and 7 months later they have not resolved the damage that they incurred with my floor or my bed.

We needed 3 guys to move us from a 3200sq ft house to a 1200sq ft apt on the 3rd floor. Man I thought would be a nightmare but they were great. Well worth the money. Very polite, professional, and down to earth dudes.

We wanted to out all our furniture in a pod so we could do new carpeting, we explained to them the timeline we had, they came out Dion and Von they wrapped up all our stuff and so carefully moved it into the pod in our driveway, and then when the carpeting was done Dion and Von were there within 1 hour after the carpet guys left and Dion and Von even laid runners down on our new carpeting so no dirt could happen and put everything back.i cant thank them enough for all they did and Dion and Von ask for themthey were fantastic.

The guys were on time, competent, and careful. They were also very friendly during the entire process. I was particularly pleased with how they handled the unexpected inconveniences like a mail truck parked in the loading zone and access/elevator issues due to ongoing construction around the destination property. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck (Pensacola) to friends and Im very likely to use them again in the future.

We moved long distance from Florida to Georgia and Monte and his crew were awesome! They were easy to get a long with and treated our stuff like it was their own. We will definitely be using their services in the future on our next big move!

We had Willie, Napoleon, and Miguel. They arrived in the estimated window and got right to work. They were efficient, very personable, and wrapped all of our furniture before they moved it. It was a tight turn coming down the stairs and they got everything down without any scratches. They got the job done in half of the estimated time...and charged us half of the estimated cost. We got a call about 2 hours from Brittany at the office to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them 100%.

Look elsewhere for a Mover. thought from their reviews they would be fine for a move where I was going to be out of town, leaving my wife to manage the move. Was expecting experienced movers and a company that would back up their product. Got none of that from this company.Instead of 2 men and a truck we got 3 boys and a truck. These guys were very inexperienced and because of that took much longer to make the move than it should have adding to the expense of the move. At $165 per hour we expected more professional movers. They left stuff off the truck broke a few items and basically dumped off the stuff, not listening to directions where the items should have been placed. Left a rolling tool box in the rain and hid damage to other items that were later discovered. To their credit they were courteous and polite.Called to discuss and was connected with their office manager (Meagan?) and all she said was that the wife had signed the paper work only noting the broken glass in the china cabinet so there was nothing more they could do. The signatures were there and that is that. When pressed, she said that she would talk to the operations manager and get back with us the following business day. No phone calls now 2 weeks later. I made numerous requests to talk to the owner and was told that her and the operations guy ran the show there. Too bad because they need to be a little more customer oriented to work on solutions to improve their service

The three gentlemen who unloaded our truck were very professional and courteous. They came at the end of a long, hot work day and unloaded our truck quickly. They were sure to ask where we wanted each item placed in our home. Awesome job! Thank you so much for helping us move into our new home!
