Brendan and Matt have gone above and beyond in assisting me with my move. These guys work hard and are very efficient, and bend over backwards to try to help. I highly recommend this office for your next move!!!

Almost a bad experience due to miscommunication between corporate and local office but Brandon, manager in training, fixed it. He saw how stressed I was and assured me he would take care of it. Staff here was very polite, accommodating and willing to help with all your moving needs, call Brandon, he can help! There fleet is much newer than other big name rental trucks with a much better long distance price. Truck not only had a usb plug for your phone but also a normal plug for other devices. Unlimited miles and great on gas! They even had specials since people were going back to work after Covid and Florida specials. If you have to move it yourself, call Penske.

Good guys works over there but they charge way extra from what they say, and it’s no control of management.

God awrful service at the fuel isle...everytime. i dont think it is the attendents fault. I just think they have the attendent over tasked doing other things that the fuel isle gets neglected.I would advise getting fuel elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and never go to Uhaul again. These guys are much friendlier, helpful and overall customer service is the best.

Had truck available last minute when another company called to tell us truck reserved for us was broken down. Rates were reasonable, truck was reliable, and service was excellent. Hope I dont have to move again for a long time, but will definitely use Penske if I do.

Got a truck there to move from Pensacola to Birmingham. Young associate Chris helped us with everything! Extremely satisfied. He was very helpful, let us have the truck a night before our reservation day, explained all about the vehicle and answered all our questions. Absolutely happy with his job! He also extended our reservation for extra hours for free so we can drop it off a little later. That gave us more time to unload our belongings. Definitely recommend this company and this branch specifically. Great job!

I would of given a 5 stars, but due to the lack of professionalism at this location, I won’t. I interacted with an employee yesterday when I picked up a moving truck without any issue. My husband stopped by later and this specific employee bad mouthed me to my husband about our experience at Penske. I won’t be using this company again due to this unprofessionalism.

Always a good experience with Penske. New dependable vehicles and if there ever is a problem the support is over the top. One time I had a loaded truck breakdown and they towed it over 500 miles to my destination.

Was charged for some corner piece inside the cargo area at the top when I returned the truck. I did not stack anything high enough to reach the top corner of the truck. Also the agent mysteriously could not find the picture he took of that section of the truck. I paid for something I was not responsible for. I told the lady @ corporate I would never rent anything from Penske again.

Called ahead of time and as soon I arrived spoke to service manager and had headlight replaced. Very exceptional place.

YOU BETTER GET THE TRUCK INSURANCE. I had trouble with the brakes fading- caused me to rear-end another vehicle. Fortunately I never hit the road without insurance.
