The crew was great. But make sure you get an All In quote and not just the price per hour. Lots of extra charges like fuel surcharge even though they are not transporting plus extra packaging materials. Labor rates start from their shop and dont end until they return to their shop, so it is not just loading time you are paying for. Once you know the total cost and you are good with that - then use them - they will get the job done.

We had a 2 story move. Not an easy job. They showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. When you are moving it’s expected to have some items broken or scratched. Not one thing was damaged. They did an amazing job. We will definitely use again.Thank you Fir a job well done.

My Mom and Dad hired ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE to move their belongings from Alexandria, LA to Mobile, AL. They purchased the TOP TIER moving package Which was supposed to be a ‘stress-free’ experience. Well… it was anything BUT stress free. Here is how it was handled: The movers showed up hours late each day. They took two hour lunch breaks along with other extended breaks throughout the day. The 1 1/2 Day expectation to pack their home took three days. And as shown by the pictures they obviously did not take their time to carefully packaged handle their belongings. They literally dumped drawers of stuff in the boxes with no cushion, Did not wrap any of the appliances, decor items, etc.; They just shove them into unlabeled boxes. My mothers beloved grand piano was wrapped in a single layer of Shrink wrap only, The legs were not removed in the body was not protected with anything sturdy. The piano is put in the back of the truck and became very damaged. While moving furniture, every piece was Marred, gouged, scraped.. Along with the wooden floors in their newly- built and designed house. Their front door was damaged in the hole was caused in the ceiling. My dad has been collecting porcelain elephants for 30+ years, And they all are broken because they were not wrapped, Just put in a cardboard box. My parents are stressed, heartbroken, and angry. The chaos, distraction, and sheer apathy displayed By the movers of this company, is, in my mind, near criminal. My mom and dad will now acquire the cost of repairing the piano, the door, the ceiling, And the pine floors that were damaged. What was supposed to be a pleasant move to the next chapter of their Has instead become a depressing and stressful time, to say the least! I am angry for them. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING CO! There are quite a few pics of the damage that I wish I could post. It’s absolutely appalling.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had. I had to reschedule a couple times due to closing on my house and their customer service was just amazing. They were more than willing to accommodate.When moving day came around, Anthony, Jerry, and Reggie were awesome. They arrived right on schedule and were in and out in an hour. They were fast (yet careful), extremely nice and easy to chat with. I highly recommend anyone using this company, and if I ever move again, I will happily reuse them.

Easy and accurate walk through and quote (facetime) and then Anthony, Steven, & Andrew turned a 30 day notice relocation (FL to SD) into the smoothest part of the move - good with contact/info, meticulous packing,and helpful in the unload. Would DEF recommend. Also super friendly.

We only needed the loading services because we had PODs. When Justin, Mikey and Kaitlyn showed up they were pretty sure our items wouldn’t fit in the two 16’ containers. They were right, but they managed to get about 95% in so all I had to do was rent a small trailer instead of a whole other POD! They were professional and friendly and got the job done quicker than expected.

I had a local move in Pensacola, FL and the crew from All My Sons was fantastic! Josh B., Ray, and Kevin had our whole second-floor apartment loaded, moved, and unloaded in barely 4 hours! They were fast, professional, and courteous. Ill definitely use them again for my next move.

I had a very bad experience as a first time customer and I have never written a bad google review before for anything. Their own experienced Estimator said it was supposed to be a simple local move that would only need one truck but the crew that came the first day took almost 8 hours just to load the truck partially full. Part of the problem was that one of the movers showed up wearing SLIPPERS (see pictures) which resulted in multiple items being dropped in front of me because he slipped. They also did not bring their own tools and had to borrow mine to disassemble the furniture. They did not reassemble that same furniture once we arrived to the new house. Floor runners and door jams were not used util I insisted after scratches were made in my wood floors. They ran so late that I had to help them unload the truck myself until 10 pm. They did not bring flashlights so we had to unload in the dark which only caused more damage. All My Sons only sent a 2nd truck the following day after I insisted they fulfill their contractual obligation which I had to miss work in order to facilitate. That 2nd crew (Josh and Joseph) did a great job the 2nd day moving the remaining items but the damage had been done. I spoke with both managers James and Brad about the many issues but was dismissively refused any sort of refund for the terrible overall experience. I will be submitting multiple damage claims with their claims department.

Had a move scheduled for 1 today and called to tell me they had to cancel it around 1:45. Left me stranded on a Saturday. Their best offer was to refund my deposit and offer the move again in a week. Allowed a job earlier in the day to impact the one I had scheduled for almost a month. Avoid these haughty movers.Edit:It shows the true colors of this company/branch that they will respond quickly to all the positive reviews but cannot reach out to the reviews where they failed the customer. My review and the one right after are huge failures. I moved all of my own stuff the next day after finding a truck. Left me hanging on Saturday and of course no one had an opening on the next day (Sunday).

I had a really great experience with Michael, Katelyn, and Justin! Super great group of people! Got me moved in within a reason amount of time, moved all my belongings without breaking anything, and were super professional! Will definitely use all my sons again and will be asking for the same movers.

They worked as if they were listening to Eye of Tiger on repeat!Very-experienced: everyone continued to provide excellent suggestions and feedback throughout the move to make it as quick and efficient as possible.My only complaint is that I wanted to ensure they all got a well-deserved tip, but there wasnt a way to do it via card upon payment/without cash in hand. I was not prepared for how efficient, timely, and professional Donald, Anthony, Dee, and Tristan were for my move. I definitely wasnt expecting them to show up at 8:45 on the dot- I just figured theyd show up sometime after the 8:45 time I was told, as usually goes with any appointment these days. But, they were there and ready to roll at 8:45 exactly- now thats service! They got straight to work, and were exceptionally courteous and careful with my belongings. The next day they were at the storage facility 400 miles away a few minutes before I got there, ready to go again. They were well coordinated with getting my belongings to the fourth floor units I rented. There was the ground crew getting everything ready to load in the elevator and the crew on the fourth floor using their mad Tetris skills to get everything to fit. Impressive. I had to laugh at one point because one of the guys commented on his best chair wrapping skills yet- it was wrapped securely and he was proud of it! I cannot thank these guys enough for making a normally stressful time easy for me! Highly recommend this crew!

I would not recommend all my sons moving . If I have a question about my bill/ services performed Jason ( I guess the manager ) had no right to get an attitude. That was my main problem with this company along with the fact Jason did not convey to the guys doing the work what was actually suppose to happen. load boxes ! Not shrink wrap or move furniture. No one should be disrespected when you simply as a question about how you are spending your money. I would also like to NOT experience cigarette smoke no being blown in while trying to actually pay you . That was ridiculous. Jasons disrespectful and nasty attitude is the total problem.

Both Josh and Anthony went the extra mile to be helpful. A short move but in great time. Had a small problem with freezer door but stayed to get it resolved. Good workers

I hired All My Sons to move three rooms: bedroom (which was upstairs), living room and dining room (which were downstairs), and quite a few boxes, to an upstairs apartment about 5.5 miles away. When the three-person crew arrived, the lead person did a walk through and told me the move should take approximately 2-3 hours. I thought, from past experience, that this was a reasonable time frame. I knew I would be paying by the hour, and I had an idea how much the final cost should be. The final cost was over twice what I anticipated, based on the walk through estimate of 2-3 hours. Rather than 2-3 hours, the move took 11 hours. The company tried to get me to pay even more, which I refused to do.One person walked off the job after the first hour, so I knew the job would take longer than the 2-3 hours estimated, but the job should not have taken anywhere near 11 hours. The workers were completely unprofessional. They played and goofed off until they realized it was 4:00 in the afternoon, and they were nowhere near finished. That is when they began to tell me I needed to pay more.Some of the things they said to me throughout the day include:Look at you just sitting there like a queen.Are you going to cook breakfast for us?Can we have a drink of water? They asked this several times, even though they had a water cooler on the back of the truck.Were hungry. We havent had lunch.I cannot express how completely unprofessional they were. They laughed and played, often taking one small item at the time from the apartment to the truck, or from the truck to the new apartment.

Worst move I have ever done. I am active duty so I have moved a few times and this was the absolute worst. First we paid a deposit to lock on a day to move and told 4 days before they messed up and didnt schedule us for that day and then under quoted us by 800 dollars! I was then told i was Lucky they were even able to move us. We had started this process months in advance to avoid this type of issue. Never again and I would tell any Military Member to never use them!

I used All My Sons to move my contents to storage after Hurricane Sally and then back in when repairs were complete. They did a great job. I had minor damage to refrigerator. However, I had a new refrigerator delivered but Lowe’s delivery wouldn’t move the damaged refrigerator and left the new refrigerator in the middle of my living room. I called Brad at All My Sons to assist in the removal of the old refrigerator and he not only said they would make the necessary changes but would not charge me due to the damage. Two nice young men, Phillip and Jason came the next day and put everything where it belonged. These guys proved over and over how professional and helpful they are. I can’t recommend All My Sons enough. I will use them again and suggest anyone with moving needs do the same!Also, a measure of a company is the attitude of their employees. All the moving crews went out of their way to be courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. I rate All My Sons A+!!

I hired them for a local move. I paid the $100 deposit and I had them scheduled for a Thursday at 2pm. They said they would call me between noon and 2pm. I never got a call so I called them. They said that the team I was assigned with was running late. They offered to give me another team for more money. At this point I just wanted anything since I had taken off half the day from work to do this move. He said I would get a call from the movers by 3:30pm letting me know their ETA. He calls me back a little after 3:30 to tell me that the move wasnt happening and that both teams were delayed. Meanwhile I had been sitting in my house waiting for them to show up since noon only for him to tell me it wasnt happening and couldnt get me in until next week. Unfortunately I couldnt wait until next week. When I explained how important this move was and how everything was dependent on it he didnt care. He said he didnt have a solution for me. When I asked why I wasnt informed of this sooner instead of at the least second he hung up on me. The entire company is unprofessional and rude. They do not care about how they negatively affect your life and have no problem leaving you high and dry. I would not recommend ever hiring them.

I had tried to get a quote from them about moving later in the month. They were able to give me an estimate but because I had no idea where I was moving too yet, I held off on making a deposit. Fast forward to today (7/16/2021) I called a few other moving company’s to get quotes but remembered how impressed I was with All my sons customer service when getting my original quote, I decided to try them again.I called the number and a young woman answered the phone, I don’t know her name on the account of i don’t know if she even told me (I could just be forgetting). I tried to explain the situation on how I called earlier in the month the first time. She interrupted me to tell me that “yes we still have your quote of …” and I asked her some basic questions like “is it the same cost even though I decided to only have a few items moved and not my whole apartment” she said yes and when I tried to get the actual estimate of the total cost she just told me what each service cost “the deposit, travel hourly etc” which is fine but I wanted to know the total of everything. Since being on a tight budget due to all the moving expenses and some moving companies I talked to have used the deposit for travel or other little discounts. Trying to make sure I get the best deal for me. After trying a couple of times to get that exact information I realized it was pointless.she did not sound like she wanted to talk and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. So I tell her “okay, thank you.” After that I just hear the phone hang up. No “thank you for calling” or a “goodbye”. Are usually don’t leave reviews like this or even even mind that behavior because I understand people can have hard days. But something about this interaction I found extremely rude. I don’t think I’ve ever had a customer service experience quite like that one.I was thinking about calling back and hoping to get a new representative, but decided I’d rather go with another option.

We hired all my sons to help us with our local move. They handled all the furniture for us. I was so happy with the care they took with each piece, wrapping it up to ensure everything was moved safely. This was especially important for the antique family furniture. Kristie, Triston, and Kenneth were wonderful in helping us move across town today. They wrapped up all of our furniture, carried it out of the old house and into the new, and then got everything unwrapped before they left. They even made sure they put everything in the intended spot for us at the new house. Nothing was damaged, they picked up any scrap of plastic wrap or tape that was dropped in the process, and they were friendly and efficient the whole time. They worked hard and saved us a lot of time and effort, so I would highly recommend their services! :)

Ive never used a moving company before but after my experience with Ray, Anthony, and Shawn I will always go to All My Sons for any move I have. They were not only friendly, outgoing, and upbeat, but they also were fast paced and worked non stop to get my stuff moved. They were careful with everything and I couldnt be happier with how my move went. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to move.

I could not be happier with the outstanding service and results from this local company in Pensacola. This was my first time using a long haul moving company. They are truly a first rate and honest company to employ for such a daunting task. Moving is an exhausting and highly anxious process. The management that handled my move, James and Craig, put me completely at ease from the moment I began discussing my move with them and managed my move flawlessly. The employees assigned to my move were serious professionals and executed my actual move with courtesy and excellent service. My move was truly flawless. Hire these people and relax knowing that you and your property will be handled with excellent care. This local Pensacola company is truly exemplary and sets the standard for a very successful moving experience. You will be completely and very happy with the results. I recommend them one hundred percent.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. It was a decent first impression on the phone, but the service, expectations and pricing estimate were extremely poorly represented. They moved one room twenty minutes down the road and made me sign off on paying $955 dollars before they would unload the truck. They started the clock early, took an unreasonable amount of time to get from the house to storage unit, charged for materials that I was told over the phone were included, and left Black and Mild butts in front of my front door. Management was horrible. When I expressed my concerns at the beginning of the (3 hr.) day, he told me not to worry- the clock was not running yet. But it definitely was. When I called with my laundry list of complaints, they were unwilling to make any concessions. Total racket.

Shaun, Jeremy & Justin did an excellent job loading my furniture into a POD. They worked fast and made sure to wrap all of my furniture to make sure it wouldn’t get messed up. I’d rebook them for another move in the future.

If I could rate 2.5 I would. First when I googled movers in my area this company popped up as a local mover but their business location is one hour from where I live and they charge for the travel time to and from your location. There was no problem scheduling the move but the next day someone called me and was adamant on the phone that the delivery would be late afternoon (was ok with me), the next day (day before the move) someone called saying they had to change my move from afternoon to morning so we scrambled to make it happen. The two men who loaded our items ( was a very small move about 10 items) took several hours. They were professional but work slow. Two items were damaged (one of my favorite pieces) and it is a complicated process to submit a claim. This company is national and your claim goes through their national office (Dallas). 2/3 of the big items were damaged .

A one bedroom, 5.6 mile move that should have taken two hours tops took over three hours and $900.Smoke breaks, lollygagin, every piece of furniture wrapped in shrink wrap and blankets for a 5 mile move.Maybe my ex wife got the reject crew or something.But if you can rent a u haul and have one able bodied friend left, go that route. Youll do as good a job and save a ton of money.

This company sent 2 movers to do a 3 or 4 person job. They were moving at the slowest pace in history. They were inexperienced and didnt know how to pack to truck effectively. My family had to help them move furniture out of the home because they were moving at a turtles pace. A 4 hour job round-trip has turned into an almost 7 hour job at $129 an hour. The house was completely packed and ready to be moved.This was a complete rip off I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER IN LIFE. Now I see why people had them move their stuff and not pay. Im beyond disgusted at this whole process. Ive used professional movers before and this just wasnt it. My family could have moved this house faster and cheaper than what they did. And on top of that management didnt care when I called. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

I used them to move my whole house into storage and they were so nice and respectful. They moved everything and wrapped it and carefully made sure nothing was broken. I am using them again to move into my new home when it is ready! I was so glad they made my move so stress free! They never once complained and even asked if they could use the restroom. They were so nice and I am so glad I chose this company. Cordell was one of the movers names! I would definitely use them for any moving service. Very hard workers!

I want to give a shout out to Josh, D & Tonya. They did an amazing job in the awful heat and I would honestly give them 5+ stars. I did however have issue with the company’s marketing and pricing. A 4.5 hour / 6 miles away move from a small apartment to a small house in downtown Pensacola cost over $1200. I agreed to their hourly rate but had no idea about all the hidden charges until the day of the move and had no other option at that point. They charged $120 for packing materials and close to $200 for gas on top of the $149 travel fee and $149 hourly rate. The manager reduced the bill to $1K after I explained this price was way over budget for me. This was my first time using a moving company and it was definitely not an economical choice for a small in-town move.

Great experience! The Operations manager, James Grubbs, helped me set everything up a week or so prior to the move! My Sons Moving Company was literally our last hope! He was upfront with all cost! I will be 100% honest - it was quite expensive!! In comparison to previous moves, this was the most money we have ever paid! However, they are very meticulous with your belongings and extremely professional! Also, James was super responsive! All of my calls and emails were answered in a timely fashion. The moving team was equally professional. The team led by Daryl Mack was superb! He and team took their time with our belongings. We were on a 3 floor walk up and had some pretty heavy items! They made sure all items were treated with care! Again, great experience and service!
