I wish I could rate this store separately. The only 2 employees were very friendly and as helpful as they could be in trying to assist so many customers. I waited patiently for my turn seeing as this is the way of so many stores right now just trying to stay open and having trouble getting staff. The item I came in for was on sale in store only, online it showed they had them in stock. There was one but I had to wait because it was the display and was attached to the shelf. When I finally got assistance they told me they cannot sell the display. No they cant have one sent over from another store and there is no way to get this price online. This is usually the point where I walk out never to return. But alas this price was the best Ive seen in 20 years, So I waited more while they looked in back for the 10 that their computer said they had. They called a store that was a 30 minute drive away, they had them and said they would hold them for me. I said thank you and good bye to Greg and Joy. If this review was only for them they would get 5 stars. Ahhh but my story doesnt end here. I arrived at the next store, waited in line to get my items that were supposed to be on hold.They were not, I was pointed in the direction of the items on the shelf by the time I found them and returned I now had to stand in a longer line. To be honest I doubt I will ever go to a Harbor Freight tools again. I will pay twice as much and have the item delivered to my door. I wish Ace Hardware carried this chair.

This store is awesome. They have so many unique tools and great employees. They are super helpful and attentive. Im sure you will absolutely find what youre looking for here and maybe some things you dont need but gotta have.

The ladies and gentlemen there or super helpful they even went above and beyond explaining how the hammer drill needs Grease hey where I can go to get the right grease for it and then when I told them I was new to Florida they proceeded to tell me where I could get maintenance done for my trailer and then head the nerve to say is there anything else you need I was just joking and I said well Im looking for an apartment why did two of the employees break out their phone and showed me a phone number of landlords that have apartments for rent this place is definitely I helpful place forget Ace is the place the helpful hardware tips Harbor Freight is the place to be

You get what you pay for BUT, often than not, tools are used for a specific job and not all the times so, unless you are a professional, many of the tools they sell are ok to buy.

Person working to the floor was not helpful, seemed bothered that I asked where the item was located. Web site said in stock, but they were sold out. Clerk at register said they hadnt had them for two weeks. System needs to be updated.

Found what I needed but not the brand I wanted.

After calling to confirm they quantity of an item I needed multiple of and the employee stating he would get all 10 of them together for me, I drove an hour to purchase them. When I get to the store, none were set aside as stated. I figured no problem, they must of been busy. I proceed to the shelf and there’s only three. I then asked the employee up front how many they had, and he told me 11. I told him I’d like to purchase all 11 and he said he’ll get someone to get them from the back. After 30 minutes, the manager tells me they are in the middle of some freight and won’t be able to get to them till this evening. So after driving over an hour to get 10 (as I was told) I was only able to purchase 3.Safe yourself some hassle and go somewhere else or to another HF location!

I walked around harbor freight today. Its a really cool 😎 store. I found what I needed safety glasses. I could have shopped for a lot more because they have A to Z for tools and ect. The check out was fast and polite.

They didnt have what I was looking FOR. I even checked online to see if it was STILL in stock . Which it said it WAS. BUT when I got there i couldnt find them. And the only bucket dollys were made of metal and way too SMALL for a 5 gallon bucket. And a Whole dollar MORE each. Than the wooden ones that were advertised. So sad. This place has gone downhill from before the Pandemic Pandemonium.

Some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff when it comes to their equipment never dissatisfied.

The one on Navy Blvd is not as good as Nine Mile. I was looking for equipment and a staff member told me to come back next week after the new shipment comes in. I asked them to check the nine mile store which they reluctantly did and after 10 - 15 minutes, they informed me that nine mile had what I was looking for. There was one other customer in that Navy Blvd store.

Good place to shop if u need tools

My husband was in line and was told to get in another line after he waited so the cashier could go and help another customer. He was next in line behind a white woman, I hate to make this about race but guess the race of the other customer. The woman heard and saw what happened and was upset. She mentioned how it was wrong and even offered to pay for our things. We have never had an issue at this store and shop there often. We will be back.

I love the one on Nine Mile Road, the one on Navy Boulevard I am very very disappointed in my son bought a pressure washer that malfunctioned they charged him a $80 restocking fee for their machine that malfunctioned he was in the middle of spraying a house he ended up having to go to another store to buy one I am very very disappointed in Harbor Freight on Navy Boulevard

Pretty good place for cheap tools for one off projects. Definitely not for long term use. But this is the poor mans tool shop and I really appreciate the low prices on tools that I might use occasionally. This store allows consumers buy tools that otherwise be too expensive for a high quality, long lasting, professional tool. Harbor freight takes my paycheck too often!! Great place. Well organized. I recommend it to limited use tools, IMHO.

They have nice stuff but way to pricey for me a hoodie is like 80$ here 80$ to 100$ for toddler shoes.. The same shoes i seen here for 80 I ended up getting at another store for 39.99 so i will only go back too this place if I have to..

I love Harbor Freight but they are out of stock on a lot of things ( Navy Blvd. ) store. Thats the reason I only gave them 3 stars.

Cheap tools but you know that already. Tools in a pinch you cant beat the place. I have no issues buying from here. I will say the staff, the two people I saw, are rude and have zero customer service skills. I was actually told that I had to buy now or comeback tomorrow because it was 15 til close (still had 15 min until close time). That was the strangest experience I have had at a retail store. Could understand after close time but nope, 15 before! Too funny

Best place to buy tools for the home. I have never had a problem with any mechanical or electric device that was bought there. The key is to treat it like a valuable tool.

This place is an old guys dream. It allows us to get the tools and a lot of materials that we need at a greatly reduced price. Many items are not available at other places or you have to search all around and drive to make NJ y different places and then pay a much higher prices. I have found the quality to be good, better than expected!
