Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!
This is an unprofessional Heating and Cooling Co. Contract by Sears on a home warranty to service/repair of our A/C .Contacted home warranty Friday, August 18. Soonest appointment August 22. He came unprepared, he left, we have not received a report nor will he answer or return our multiple calls.! Today is Friday, August 25 and still no resolution! If i could give this company a minus zero I would!!!
Called there office 3 times in one day to determine when I might expect service arrival as the 1st time (930 am) they advised I would be contacted by their dispatcher. At 1 pm I called to find out information as I had not be contacted, was told they were busy but would try to before the end of the day but to call back if I did not hear from them before end of day. Called at 430 pm and asked if I could expect someone in the morning; was basically told no one would be available probably and it might not be until next day because weather reports indicated possible thunderstorms tomorrow. I then told them to forget coming that I wold find a company that cared about possible customers. I then called a competitor and got an appointment for the next morning. Recommend that Quigley work on CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had this so called company do some work on my attic ducts. They did half of the job and did not complete. I called and requested that the owner call me back to discuss and he never did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A GOOD AND COMPLETE JOB DONE. This company gets an F for customer satisfaction. Retired, U.S. Navy.
Stopped by my house- said the hot tub connection was fine (which it wasn’t. I needed by law a shut off switch within so many feet of the tub) they disagreed and I get a monthly bill at $90 service charge with late fees for them doing absolutely nothing. I’ve called and spoken to 3 different secretaries and possibly the owner and it’s always some sort of disorganized excuse. Yet they keep sending me a bill. Buyer beware!
Called twice to get estimate on re-wiring my 97 year old mothers home. Receptionist took call and my number first time. No call back within 24 hours. Called again talked to a different receptionist, evidently, explained I had called for an estimate and if they didnt do house rewiring just let me know and I would look elsewhere. I was assured I would receive a call back. Never did. For a company to be given such high reviews very poor customer service.
I called Quigley HVAC for a service call to make sure my A/C was fully charged and operating efficiently. They arrived on time and took the time to explain the simple procedures me as a homeowner can do to ensure proper operation. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to use their service again.Tom Madden, Gulf Breeze, FL
In response to Caroline Wolavers negative review we tried to respond to her complaint and fix her problem. She was only charged for a service call which is the norm if we send our electricians out.Mrs. Caroline Stevenson Wolaver called 10/31/17 to check circuit to Jacuzzi- It has had existing power before but might need a different breaker???On 11/01/17 our electricians went out to her home on a service call to troubleshoot her problem. Our company charges $90 for a service call and 30 minutes for troubleshooting/correcting the problem. Our technicians said breaker is good correct voltage at spa controller. The THHN #8 to spa is laying on ground exposed. Need 50ft of 1 inch pipe is needed to correct that problem other than that power is correct. That she can call our office for a quote to correct the problem. The owner of the company has wrote;Dear Caroline,The above referenced invoice dated Nov. 14, 2017, in the amount of $90.00, which is the charge for a basic call(copy attached). On Monday, Feb. 12,2018, our secretary spoke to you requesting payment. It is my understanding that you do not feel that the technicians fixed the problem. After a review of the notes and invoice, the technicians did troubleshoot the circuit and voltage going to your Jacuzzi and confirmed that the proper voltage is reaching the Jacuzzi.During this service, the technicians found the wire going to the Jacuzzi exposed and laying on the ground. Our estimator attempted to discuss the issue and explained that he needed to look at the situation in order to give you a cost for properly covering and concealing the wire, but that you thought there would be another charge. Our estimates are free of charge. The service provided by out technicians, however, is not free of charge. Please contact our office to make arrangements for payment of this account. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact me at the office.Sincerely,Clarence Quigley
Took down their old 2 way radio tower
I called Quigley, informed them I have a HMS warranty policy with deductible and they were the assigned Air Conditioner repair for my system. Mr. Bob took action got a technician routed in 15 minutes and our air conditioner was up 100% within 2 hours.
I called for an estimate on some work and was told they dont do estimates to call someone else . When I asked for more information on that he said to call someone else and hung up on me . He was VERY RUDE!
I love this place 🤠
Very professional.
