I was experiencing temporary outages when my neighbors were not. Gulf Power came out and told me it was a homeowner problem. I called Armstrong Electric; didnt know any of them from Adam but it was the best choice I could have made. Craig sent out Vince and an excellent young assistant. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in short order. They are friendly, professional, efficient and highly competent. These are good guys. I recommend them and wish them well.

I made one call to the company and the call was professionally answered. I was transfer to the service department and spoke with Craig. He came out the same day to evaluate the problem.

When I had a minor electrical problem at my house several contractors told me they have a 3-to-4-week back-up. When I called Armstrong, Kim told me on the phone how to fix it. She saved us a bunch of money and a bunch of down time, Kim and Armstrong are my new favorite electricians!

On October 11th my mother lost power to her hallway and three rooms. We reset the breaker three times and each time the breaker blew again. We called Armstrong and they came out and reset the breaker successfully. Despite being advised that we had reset the breaker, and it blew each time, they did not look further into the issue. The following Saturday the breaker blew again. We reset the breaker and it blew. We reset it again and it made a loud, consistent buzzing noise so we left it off. Today, we replaced the breaker and resolved the issue, after paying Armstrong Electric $78.00 to reset a faulty breaker and leave us with a faulty breaker. Maybe they thought we would call them back when their band aid solution failed and they would get more money out of an 84 year old senior adult. Needless to say, we will not be using Armstrong Electric again.

Ive been using them for years. They show up and do what you contract them to do.They communicate well. Their crews are clean and dependable.

A-1 first class service! I shorted the power out in an entire room installing new outlets. After exhausting all efforts to trace the problem I decided it was time to call an electrician.Ray showed up right on time, found the problem and corrected it quickly. He even installed the outlets for me though it was not expected. Beyond impressed!Thank You Armstrong Electric!!

Called The guys up and somebody was able to come out in 15 min. on a Saturday and in the rain! I would call these guys again in a heart beat!

I have had the good people at Armstrong Electric do work at my home many times, both repair and new installation and it has always been a great experience....top quality work at a very reasonable price every time. We have also had them do repair and new installation work at our place of business and it has been the same experience and quality of work and reasonable pricing each and every time.

Update: A receptacle failed within 6 months and Craig said they would stop in, but did not. When they worked at my house they hammered so hard they knocked stuff off of my shelves, I had to put it all back. Sadly now I will not recommend them.-Roger
