Staff was nice enough although not in the biggest of rushes to help the customer. I ordered some supplies from Jacksonville to be delivered by noon 2 days later. 2 days later at 1pm I called. No one knew anything, of course. Rep whose name was on the ticket finally called me back at 330 or so letting me know Jacksonville stiffed them on the order. Finally got my refund 12 days later. Will shop at Mayer from now on
No customer service. Bunch of arrogant people at sales desk
If you are a walk in customer make sure you price check before you purchase. The 1st experience when I needed wire they were cheaper than the box store. So when I needed other items like wire nuts and breakers I returned. The invoice seemed high so I did some comparisons to the box stores and found I paid twice to three times the price for the same item. Lesson learned and want happen again.
Fast service, guy knew exactly what I needed and got it in less than a minute. They also have complimentary drinks for customers.
