This business has two locations now. I dropped my iPhone 8 and cracked the screen. I took my phone to a well known national company who made my phone worse and didn’t repair it. I stopped in the Creighton location for tech shell and they had me up and running in ten minutes. I received excellent customer service and they are cheaper than everyone else. I definitely recommend Tech Shell on Creighton road!!

Great service, great price, quick repair! My daughter broke her iPhone 6 screen and we took it to Techshell in the mall. Tim was very nice and helpful. It only cost $60 and Tim had it fixed in just over an hour. Great service and quick turn around! Thank you Tim and Techshell!

They had what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Mostly phones and not tablet cases. Shop here first to save yourself time driving around town only to end up here anyway.

Took in iPad mini pro. Was told I had a cracked screen other places a d would need a new iPad. Not here. He looked at it and peeled off a temper screen. That is what was cracked. IPad was good as new. I bought a new temper screen for $15. So $15 versus a new iPad. What a deal. He also put new screen on iPhone 6sPlus which was cracked. $70 and 15 min. Very very happy customer.

Very helpful and quick. I had touch screen issues and they replaced the screen and back cover. It was more expensive than using insurance but only took three hours versus the 3-5 day back order to get an insurance replacement. Well worth it, cant function without my phone. They did a great job and were very professional!

I came to get my back glass for my Note 10+ fixed and the representative up front was very professional in explaining all the details needed for my repair. They fixed it and had it ready in the 2 hours said for the process and it was quick and easy for pick up. Big shout out to them!

Horrible quality. Had a screen replaced, immediately noticed the screen was faded. Obviously didn’t look normal at all. They said it looked fine to them and told me to come back some other day. The screen would also often glitch and not recognize when I touched it. Before I could take it back it fell off a chair and cracked easily. Warranty voided. Tech Handyman is just down the street and completely worth the extra couple dollars.

I have an iPhone XR and I broke the back of the phone and also the frame had some dents and paint was coming off(it was a wreck) but yet my phone was still very usable, I brought my phone to this store and location and it was repaired all writhing an hour or so, I was told by many and got many quotes that this would be an expensive repair and this rep did it for much cheaper and great precision I will be doing more business with them for sure...my iPhone is back to looking like new and I will be keeping it for more years to come now BIG THANKS

These folks knock themselves out to help you. Generally a quick turnaround. They replaced a screen and battery for me. A little pricey, But the speed and quality service is worth it. After all, with a phone you need to get it fixed quickly.

Great service. They fixed the charging port of my HTC One. Other places were trying to rip me off, but Techshell charged a reasonable price, and the work was perfect (my phone now charges without a problem)... I hope I wont have any more issues with any other phone, but if I do, Ill be sure to return here.

Called before driving 45 minutes. The girl who answered took my phone model, told me a price and hung up, not giving a name or any other information.. Called back on speaker phone so my mom could hear the rudeness, and repeated the process because I couldnt hear her meek voice over the phone the first. Was told the price, and how long it would take in labor to fix she hung up in the middle of me asking a question. Drove over an hour later to be told that my screen model wasnt in stock and takes up to 5 days for delivery. I informed them I called and both girls behind the counter acted ignorant to this phone call,Then after be talked to in shop jargin. I got confused and frustrated.Everything I found out in person is something I should have been told over the phone. To saved me the time, and money in gas. And embarrassment. I left almost in tears from frustration. I will never come back and I will not be recommend this to anyone.Disgusting customer service.

If you care about your phone, time, or money do not come here for anything. I absolutely would send my worst enemy here to get their phone fixed because I have had the worst two weeks with my phone after getting the screen “repaired” here. They put a used screen on my phone and I could barely use my phone for two weeks until I went somewhere else in town to get it actually fixed. They may fix your phone in 20 minutes but it is not worth it. They will mess up your phone and they won’t care. Let me save you some time and money. Go somewhere else.

I came here with a broken phone and got solid advice as to what could be wrong. After shopping around, I was so impressed with the quality of service at Techshell that I went back and traded in that broken phone for a nicer model. Reliable service and honest advice, I try to do all my computer and cell business here.

So I take my perfectly working cracked phone in here to get fixed. The phone I get back has a fixed screen but also internal hardware issues to the point it freezes intermittently so the only thing I can do to fix that is a hard reset. It also will not let me take pictures without freezing, this feature only works once in blue moon. Whenever I try to make a phone call, the most fundamental part of having a phone, it freezes up and I have to reset it as many as five times to finally get it to work, not very helpful when the phone call is to a teacher or boss. Take your phone to an Apple Store if its an apple product, do not let them ruin your phone like they did mine.

I broke my Galaxy S5 screen and I was in a bind to get it fixed quick. I took in in to Tech Shell and they fixed it the same day. They didnt have a black replacement screen in so they ended up putting a white one on till the black one came in. I greatly appreciate that. There was a little miscommunication at first that caused me to come in a extra time for no reason but i think that it was a employee issue and not a overall company issue. Once i got the new black screen put on the charging port stop working properly. I took it back in and they fixed it that day! I was very impressed with their service and speed and will def use them again!

I took my phone to get my screen fixed then had to come back the next day, because my screen glitched out. Almost walked out before I realized they hadnt fixed the problem at all. Now my phone is showing black lines on my screen. 10/10 would not recommend.

My daughter and i went to the mall and instantly my daughter saw the beautiful phone cases by the set they have. As we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Matthew was very helpful and kind. He is also funny and very very nice as my daughter said. He and my daughter talked me into getting a phone case and screen protector for her. If I could rate lower than 1 I would... They fixed my iPads cracked screen, and made my home button less responsive. It didnt click anymore and almost seemed like it got stuck... I took it in immediately since there was a 3 month warranty, and the guy in the back yelled at me for wanting to get it fixed. They refused the repair and now it doesnt respond at all. They took my 100 bucks and left me with a broken ipad. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PICKING A DIFFERENT PLACE.

I went to the location in the mall. These guys are amazing. I had a phone that I was going to completely throw away because of a screen that got destroyed after it fell off my moving car :-(. The only reason I wanted to salvage it was because of all the data, photos, videos, etc that I had on it. I took it in and they replaced the screen for 60 bucks. Verizon cant even touch the topic of repair when these things happen and basically convince you into buying a new phone. I saved myself a lot of money with Tech Shell. Im really surprised that Verizon doesnt have a repair shop but then that would defeat the purpose of them selling these expensive phones that they make so much money on. Good job Tech Shell!

I wish I could give them a ZERO rating! My son got his screen fixed AND bought the insurance in case something happened again that was $75 added to the cost of the phone repair. A day or 2 after he got his phone fixed the screen started lifting and now the phone shorts out every 30 min or so. We went back to have them fix it, and they said that that was not covered over their scam insurance plan. The phone worked perfectly fine, just had a broken screen. Now phone is junk and the screen is lifting, and its THEIR fault.They are scam artists, and do a crappy job replacing the screen. They dont stand behind their work, or their stupid insurance.

Had my blue s5 fixed, since then I have never been able to use my finger print scanner. Also, the new off color screen worked for about 2 days before it started lifting on the corner then cracked thus voiding their stupid short warranty. Oh yeah I have not been able to turn my screen brightness to the lowest setting or else my screen flashes orange stripes really bright where I cant see my dataso reading at night is like staring into the sun. Thanks for wasting $200 and turning my favorite phone into a p.o.s that wont respond to my screen taps. The screen shorts out all the time causing it to restart, simply trying to hit answer on my cars bluetooth takes 15 minutes due to the screen

This place cost me $1500 easy, had screen replaced on iphone 6, after 3 trips back because of shadows or screen peeling off they never could get the finger print scan thing to work, finally the guy told me I have to reboot my phone so the software recognizes the new hardware. When I did the my brand new phone crashed and hasnt worked since. Took it back but they were not willing to work with me at ALL, offered no sympathy or advice, purely avoided it claiming it was a software issue, and they didnt touch the software. Which is BS! obviously they screwed it up! Worst customer service, poor workmanship! Ive read tons of reviews all over the internet of the same thing happening. MAkes me wonder when these guys are gonna screw over the wrong person and get sued

My son took his phone here to repair his broken screen and the boy behind the counter replaced it but it froze up as soon as my son got home. He called them and told them it would not work, so he went back out there and the boy behind the counter told him that the screens they got in were defective. So he needed to go to the other store on Davis Hwy to get it replaced. Which he did, well that screen didnt work either cause the phone kept freezing up where it wouldnt respond when u touched it. So we were sent to the Cordova mall store to see the mgr, he said he would replace it again or give a refund. We said a refund & then mgr told us that there would be a $24.95 service fee. The Mgr blamed it on the phone that it wouldnt work, but it was actully the defective screens they sold to my son. Because the phone worked fine with the cracked screen before my son went to get it (fixed) here and it worked after the mgr refunded $ minus the service fee and mgr put the cracked screen back in. So do not go to this company because they dont stand behind what they sell. They claimed the phone was unrepairable but in fact it was the defective screens. They are covered legally because they make u sign a paper when u go to get your phone repaired. This company is very shady and underhanded in the way they conduct business! BTW wish above they had a place for ZERO star rating! MY RESPONCE TO TECHSHELLS RESPONCE--- The problem is not the phone as Techshell claims! We took the phone today and got it fixed by another company with a quality screen and knowlegable techs. The phone was not put back together properly by Techshell thats why the screen would not work. So it is Techshells fault and they will not admit it! I will not come back to Techshell for them to look at the phone. Will not come back unless they want to make it right and refund my $24.95 that we were wrongfully charged to look at phone when it was clearly Techshell fault. And also we were told by the clerk something was wrong with the screens they had just got in. Word of mouth can either help u or hurt u! We are telling everyone we know DO NOT GO TO TECHSHELL!!!

This place is horrible they told me my battery was bad they put two different batteries in my iPhone 5s and sent me on my way. went back the next week because my problem was not corrected. They replaced the battery once more and i still have the same problem but now my phone crashes every 5-7 minutes. Would not recommend this store to anyone unless you are buying a case or a screen protector.

I used this company to replace my grandsons ipad mini screen. They used a cheap glass and it was broken within 3 weeks. I could tell it was cheap because it had a short fall which would not normally have broken the screen and the screen shattered/splintered unlike apple screens.

Horrible company. Ruined my iPad with a simple crack. Said they would help fix but lost all customer info, do not use. Con artists.

They fixed IPhone 6 Plus screen, worked for a couple minutes, went back they replaced the screen a second time, it started falling off went back for a third screen only to have shadows behind the screen. Two weeks later the screen stopped working and now I have an $800 dollar brick.
