Great service! My phone screen, very obviously, was broken. Not only was the worker professional, but he fixed my phone fast and for a very reasonable price! I’m a very busy college student and he even offered to stay past close in order for me to pick up my phone. It’s amazing when others understand the issue of not having a working phone, which was my only source of money. Would recommend this place to anyone, and I will be coming back if needed!

I went in to check the issue with my Samsung Galaxy S8+, and after the individual at the front desk promptly checked my phone they were able to check the cord and charging block for issues. They did not charge me for any type of diagnostic, or engage in prompt sales tactics. I was able to get a new charging block and cord while everything in the store was clean and orderly.

Two devices taken to them on two different occasions. Both devices repaired promptly, professionally, returned to me in as near new condition as possible. Staff is friendly, professional and honest. Very up-front and open. I will reccomend their services to anyone who will listen.

Disappointed, got my screen replaced here and I took my case off n noticed my screen is coming off the phone itself!

I brought my phone in to get a new charging port, the girl that works there looked online at the vendors they use and told me no one had one and that they must be out of stock. I was told I could leave my phone there and she would keep checking their sites to see if anyone had one, Well fast forward a week later and there sat my phone in the same place she originally put it and still no charge port ! Call me crazy but shouldnt you inform your vendors that you have a pending order for the charge port so they know to order one/some too. Furthermore I did call this business before driving over there to see if they repaired or replaced charging ports...…..they said yes! Next time you should include the fact that your phone could possibly sit there for a week or more waiting for a vendor to post they have the part you need. ..............Thank you for your reply back . I indeed got it fixed in 1 day. I understand its an older phone but they never left me wondering whether or not it would/ could be repaired.

I brought my Google Pixel 2 in because it completely died. They were very honest with me saying they couldnt guarantee they could fix it and could break the screen trying. When I would call to check in, they would tell me that it isnt done yet, but they havent given up. They kept at it until finally got it fixed, and they didnt break the screen. Very fair price for the time spent on my phone. Highly recommend.

Jason and Brian are very knowledgeable and work long hours 6 days a week to try to help anyone who comes in the shop. The service is GREAT and they sell accessories as well. Everyone in the shop is friendly and they try hard to address your issue. Not everything can be fixed every time but your best shot is to bring your device to these guys or at least call and bounce it off of them. Its impressive how many small miracles they perform!

These guys rock!!! I had to replace my battery again in my old iPhone 6S+ for the third time. Let’s face facts. Old phones eat batteries. Good customer service. Great price. Fast service. They did a great job replacing my cell phone battery. It only took them about an hour and ten minutes. My phone is not easy to disassemble and they did a really good job with it. So far the new battery is working well and has fixed my issues. I will use them in the future and now I have a good place to recommend to others.

Boy, Im glad I found this place. Battery was dying in my gaming phone, a Galaxy S6 Edge+. These guys ordered the battery, which arrived 2 days later. They did the installation in less than an hour and that aint easy to do with this model phone. Cost, communication and value were excellent. The only minus is that the storefront is hard to see from the road. A larger outdoor sign would help folks find this business. Theyre worth it.

It’s sad, when they know you by name as you walk in. Been using them for over 6 years. (I have four kids; three girls and one boy. Girls always dropping/breaking phone).I think i solely funded EMT’s move to their newer/nicer/bigger location based off the many broken screens my kids went through.Always professional and always fair

I have a pixel 3a xl and have broken the screen for the second time. The first time I went through Google for the repair and had to wipe my phone and then mail it in. The second time I went through Express Mobile Techs. They were able to order the part in 1 day and it took them about an hour to replace my screen. Its been a week and its worked just as good as when Google repaired it but it was a little cheaper and I didnt have to mail it in. I recommend their work!

Top Notch! If I could leave a 6 star review I would. I went in just before the holidays with an I Phone 6 s Plus and the screen was not working. The experts there were able to diagnose the problem on the spot and get it in for repair. They even lent me a loaner phone so that I could keep in touch with my family out of town over the holidays! Great customer care. They did a fantastic job transferring over all my data without a flaw and even installed a glass protection shield for me. (The last time I bought one from Verizon I had to install it.) Just another example of excellent customer care. As I waited for my services I witnessed the same level of dedication and care with the other customers who were there for various reasons. The team here really know their stuff when it comes to electronics. (Cell phones, tablets etc.) I you are experiencing any issues with your mobile or digital devices, do yourself a favor and go here! I have an Iphone 6 that got bent, I took it to every single cell phone repair store near the mall and every store told me they would not touch the phone because it was bent. I called every local place i could and noone could repair a samsung galaxy s10 until i called up express mobile techs. They repaired my broken screen same day and did an amazing job. Have had 2 phones from there, always gives great service and since I live out of town they have mailed to me; always quick, always friendly and always honest. Cant beat them anywhere. In fact, I have dropped my I-phone and cracked the bottom, it will be requiring a screen replacement, I will be going to Express Mobile Techs! They always stand by their work.

Staff was great but the screens are cheap quality!!!!! Had my iPhone 6 plus for about 3 years and the screen finally cracked because of me. It’s been dropped PLENTY of times in the case it has on and never cracked except this time due to me. Had my screen replaced within an hour. Great service but not even a week went by and my phone fell out of my lap on the road (with the same case that has been on since day 1) and it cracked on the FIRST fall. Feel off the couch a few days later and now my screen is spiderwebbed all over. POOR QUALITY SCREENS!!!!!!! It’s like paper thin glass!!!!! Will never replace the screen with these shops again and their quality of products they buy. Spend the extra $50-$70 and get it replaced by Apple with their genuine products. $80 down the drain due to poor quality products!!!!!!

Great bunch of techies here! Worked hard to work around my non-op cracked screen issue and saved all my photos so could then execute a warranty call with my cell provider without losing photos. Recommend you visit them if have issues with cell phone and your carrier is unable to resolve. Would use them again.

Just want to say thanks to the staff on Saturday afternoon 3/14....I did my research and I knew what the problem was but I couldn’t handle it myself and it’s so Insignificant I figured I’d get the run around seeing how there’s nothing technically to sell as I just needed the speaker port/grill on the inside cleaned....didn’t matter they jumped right on it at a fair price...customer service like that makes you have no need to go anywhere else

The store personnel were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife iPad had a small portion of the charging tip broke off in the charging port, they were able to remove it in only a few minutes and only charged $20 were others places would most likely charge a $100 or more. Other tech repair stores would act like they would have to disassemble but not Express Mobile Techs!!

I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this business! I, like an idiot, dropped my iPhone in the ocean - I mean, like, it was submerged under sand. Of course, I freaked out over the thought of losing my pictures - I figured the phone was a total loss. I called Tech Handyman because they are close to my house but she said they didnt work on water damaged phones but EXPRESS MOBILE TECHS did. I sped up to the shop, dropped my precious iPhone off, and said a prayer on my way back home. Two days later (because they are closed on Sundays), I got a call saying that not only had they saved all of my data but that they saved my iPhone!! I mean everything was the way I left it - down to the open webpages! Oh - and the best part - it was only $65! I would have easily paid over $100!! I totally recommend this business! They saved me a lot of tears and money!

These guys were great. My phone screen was shattered. When I went in they mentioned that they had a screen in the shop already that might be defective but could work to get me going until they could order me a new screen which only took 1 day. The screen they put on worked. It was a little glitchy but I knew that and they had gone out of their way to get me something I could use immediately. The next day I took my phone back and they again had the new screen they had ordered on quickly and my phone was then working again as normal. Also, I had previously priced another shop and Express Mobile Techs beat their price so not only did they do great work, went the extra mile but also saved me money. I will use them again. No questions asked.

These guys worked magic after I submerged my IPhone 6 into salt water. They charge a $70 flat rate and were very honest and told me that the phone did not need any replacement parts. If you have water damage this is the only place you should go!

I took my iphone 6s+ swimming with me at a party. Most expensive party Ive ever thrown, $900 for a new phone. The biggest problem was that the phone wasnt being backed up like I thought it was. Years of pictures, hundreds of contacts, ARRRGGHH!! These guys were FANTASTIC! They were able to add just enough spare parts to get it semi-working, then were able to make a backup of it. Was able to restore the backup to the new phone and bingo, got everything back. Very knowledgeable staff and great people to work with. Big Thanks!!

There seem to be only a few people working here so I wont be two specific, but one person gave me what Id generously call 1-star service (rude, accusatory, condescending), and the second gave me easily 5-star service (helpful, friendly, explanative, knowledgeable). Ultimately I was able to mostly avoid talking to the first person, and the second one mostly redeemed for the first. All things considered, Id come back.
