My first time needing their service...my phone was fixed properly and quickly at a fair price....5 stars...

The gentleman was polite professional. Cost reasonable and was the same as what I was quoted. phone repair was done in the amount of time I was told it would be. and store was clean and I was very pleased. I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past. But I will return there if I ever need phone repair again.

Very helpful and informative. The technician took the time to explain my poor iPhone battery life and gave me some tips on how to improve it. I didn’t spend a dime, but was provided with excellent customer service! I highly recommend Fix4Less.

Highly recommended. Mary was there when I called. She was very helpful, both on the phone and in person. She made the experience coming in very easy and comfortable. I called and picked up the phone a few hours later. They didn’t need that much time, but I was busy this afternoon. When I picked it up, Mo was there. He helped me find the right case and screen cover. He even put the screen cover on for me. This place was awesome! I encourage others to come here if you need something for your phone.

I went there with absolutely shattered screen worried it was unfixable. However my worries we’re quickly put to rest by the top of the line customer service at Fix4less. They had my phone looking better than new in under 10 minutes I am extremely pleased with them and highly recommend!!!

Seriously, the best experience Ive had dealing with phone repair. Granted, it was a slow day, but the tech took my old iPhone 5 in the back and brought it back after some minutes with a new battery and charged me just $33.The owner of the business is saving a fortune by not renting space at Cordova Mall and hes passing the savings on to his customers. Really appreciate the fast, inexpensive, no-nonsense business approach and absolutely recommend this business.

Sad to see what these guys do to the community and how they completely take advantage of less than tech-savvy clientele. Ive seen them take iPhones from customers offering the bare minimum and claiming they can only use the device for parts. And trade trash for your top of the line device. Big screens with one gig of ram and nothing under the hood.

I was very surprised at the quality of this store, way above average for Pensacola! Don’t be fooled by the building or area. Inside is one of the cleanest nicest stores in town. They also have tons of everything! Got my wife the s2 Samsung watch and at a great price!

Great service! Fixed my broke phone screen for my Note 8 and charged me a fair price and it was a quick repair.

This guy really helped me. I put a lock on my new phone and forgot the lock pattern. Took it to my local wireless carrier store who couldnt help me but recommended to his cousins cell phone store in Pensacola,FL. Since I drove over an hour from Atmore,AL he didnt charge me, but her could have. That was a blessing from God.

They were able to replace the screen on my daughters iphone.
