We have taken 2 imports to this shop. In both cases, they handled the work quickly and kept us posted along the way. There were no surprises (other than the discovery of how awesome they are). Great shop with a wealth of experienced mechanics. Runway performed a number of tedious engine repairs (Oil leaks, timing chain replacement, head gasket replacement) to my 1993 Toyota 4X4. The shop management and mechanics were always professional and always explained the repairs needed prior to performing the work.

Very trustworthy repair shop. I wish I would have used them the first time because the other Mercedes repair shop On parlafox blew my engine up replacing a head gasket.

Great guys! My Mercedes broke a serpentine belt driving thru PNS. The Runway guys Tim and Ron were able to work me in within a day, and get the job done in the next 24 hours. Plus the cost was half what the Dealer quoted. All around a great experience.

Runway imports did a great job with my VW Cabrio! Very thorough! My check engine light was on and they made sure all repairs were done to ensure my car was running great with no check engine light. It took a little longer than I expected but I am happy with the service.

This place is awful!!! Do not use them! They will rip you off and are totally rude! Do not waste your time with this company!!! It’s funny how they reply back but what they don’t understand is just because it’s not my car doesn’t mean anything but what does matter is I have gone a couple times with family and friends and seen with my own eyes the way they treat people. Plus my friend recorded the whole time so it’s on camera and you can’t lie what is recorded!!!

I used Runway Imports and have mixed feelings about them to be honest. I used them to replace breakpads and rotors on my Volkswagen because they were about 400 dollars cheaper then the dealer and other mechanics. After installation, one rotor became extremely grooved due to an error they made and after a little negotiation they replaced it for free (hence why I gave three stars). But, they billed me for ceramic brake pads and after a year now, I can tell you I was given some cheap after market pads that leave break dust everywhere and having them changed because they didnt last. So overall, youre probably going to save money here, deal with some nice guys, but pay with a headache down the road (no pun intended).

I needed brakes on my Acura. They knew I was low on funds. Picked up my car and they had only put them on the front. The back brakes were good. They could have sold me rear brakes and made the money but they were honest and told me I could wait 6 months. I felt like I could trust them . They even told me a couple of things I needed to do to protect my car myself saving me headaches and money down the road. I feel really good about them.

I started using Runway Imports as my mechanic about 6 years ago with my VW Passat after unsatisfactory repairs from other shops in the area. Since then, Runway Imports is the only shop I allow to work on my vehicles. I currently have a Subaru Outback and Toyota Sequoia with 120k miles and Ive had them do all my oil changes, brakes replaced and inspections. They are honest and professional.

Bottom of the barrel for a mechanic shop. I had two services done here and neither was done correctly. First I had my brake fluid flushed, and the result is still present today in that my car has never stopped like it used to. I now have significantly less braking power. The second service was a regular front brake change. Immediately after replacing my brakes I noticed significantly less brake power, and after two days my brakes started to sequel embarrassingly loud. Returning to the mechanic and requesting the brake noise be fixed they opted to install a whole new set of brakes, replacing the two day old brakes, and tried to charge me an additional brake service billing me for brand new brakes! This place is horrible to say the least. Their mechanics dont drive imports and definitely dont know how to work on them! Find you a mechanic that is driving a BMW with 400k miles on it rather than these jokers, you will be much more satisfied.

OMG. Runway Imports has been in business for a while giving them a false sense of trust. They had my car for six weeks. I had a dash light on and they were suppose to fix the associated problem. The estimate was $750.They sent the Engine Control module off to have it rebuilt. The first place they sent it to does not repair those for Audis, a waste of two weeks. The estimate then increased to $950. When the car was finally fixed, they had changed the oil at a cost of $91. Now the bill was $1,150. I did not want the oil changed. They explained it off as a misunderstanding but did not offer any money back. I just found a bracket in the back seat of my car that was suppose to hold in the EMC that they fixed. Knowing that Runway likely took short cuts, I reached under the hood and removed a plastic panel that covered the ECM and not only was the metal bracket box not there but the good for nothing clowns did not even put the screws back holding down the sealed plastic cover. This part is located just below the windshield wipers, a wet area. The EMC is known to have issues from moisture due to its location. A real mechanic should know that it is important to put the cover back over it and screw it down. I have nothing positive to say about these people.

Ive been by with my VW Rabbit a couple times, and would certainly go again. Professional and timely with accurate estimates and fair prices.
