I needed obscure parts and help setting my bumper into place with a missing screw knocked loose because of the ungodly potholes Pensacola has.Gale was the lady in charge and you should see this superstar in action. She had a hardworking trainee with her as well. I was the only one in the store but then it became really busy all of a sudden, but that didnt bother Gale at all! There were phone calls coming in, customers asking questions, her trainee asking her questions too, but she was cooler than a Rockstar slashing out her 100th solo on stage in front of 50,000 screaming fans.Not once did she seem flustered or impatient and was very friendly and engaging the entire time.I honestly dont think Advance Auto Parts knows how lucky they are to have someone with Gales unique combination of professionalism, courtesy, experience, and customer service.I am now a customer of THIS specific Advance Auto Parts because of her! Thank you for making it a smooth and easy experience for something that otherwise would have been a chore!

Did some work on my wifes Jeep this weekend and these guys were great!!! Placed a total of 3 orders over two days. Everything came boxed up and delivered to my door within like and hour and a half and everything was exactly what I needed. Its been a while since Ive worked on a car so just learning of this option is amazing! Order the part from your phone and keep working on what youre doing on the car! So convenient!

Very clean store I thought the floor was freshly mopped and not yet dry when the salesperson informed me it was highly waxed.Ice cold beverage good price and a knowledgeable and very pretty sales associate to boot. Auto parts are vast and available. Good choice.

This is my go-to auto parts store. They have parts for my cars, medium duty company trucks, and even John Deere equipment. Usually order online and then pick-up in store. I like that they take used oil here. Although I dont use their free services, they can do battery testing and charging, and I believe they will install wiper blades. Will go to again and again.

Great place to get your Auto Parts if they dont have it there theyll tell you who does and the staff is really polite and helpful they keep the lines moving smoothly

I stopped here to get a very small item and also have my check engine light read. They said they didn’t have a check engine light reading machine because someone stole it. I said they should contact corporate and get a replacement, that’s a disservice they don’t have one in this store. They said they did contact corporate and corporate had none for them. That didn’t make sense to me. I suggested they should take one of many off of the shelf and write off as store use. He said they couldn’t do that it’s suspicious. I also mentioned why would a customer ever have the scanner tool to begin with, it should only be in the hands of an employee. He said yeah, some employees don’t like to go outside. I believe the guys name was Mark. Middle aged gentleman with gray hair. I just won’t come to this store any more. Can get better service elsewhere. Attitude is not for the customer and kind of a joke when they should be able to offer that service.

This particular Advanced Auto is ran by the former crew of Carquest. Tim is an excellent manager. I dont typically like Advanced Auto but this one is a keeper

**Long story short, just go to OReillys!** Took a little while to get some help. Might have gone at a wrong time. There were 3 people working. One guy was one the phone for the entire 10 min I was there, and didnt even acknowledge the person he checked out for over 5 minutes just to get some glue. Another guy that wasnt doing anything didnt look up while I stood right in front of him. He then left and went in the back. A girl was on her phone during this whole thing and eventually got off to help me. She pointed me in the right direction and then helped me with a question about the difference between two oils. Next time I will go to OReillys. Not worth trying this place again.

Advanced Auto gets me what I need, relatively fast. Its better than walmart or e-commerce. Car parts are usually in town, I try not to let personal feelings get into the way of my review. America has poor government oversight and needs to be reclaimed before we lose what we love.. Rothschild bankers bankrolling corporate decisions made by congress are the problem ruling America and pulling our society into a global meltdown. Government Corruption =American identity loss.

He quickly found the correct wipers for my truck and even put them on!

These folks tested my alternator and found it bad. They told me what i needed to do to change it and even supplied the tools. In about 30 minutes i had it replaced. Great customer service.

He calls to the back to David who says he is to busy. I and other customers walked out. I waited 7 minutes. I will not return to this location and I will be telling all my friends.

I live in east hill and this is the second most conviviality auto parts store. Car Quest on 9th is closer but does not have as good of hours. The issue with Advance is the complete lack of knowledge. I order a part from them and twice it came in wrong. They never did get it rite and I ended up ordering one off the internet. If you want something from them you are best off to find the part number from the web site before you call or go.
