As a enthusiastic shopper whose eye is focused on sustainability of goods versus price. Napa stays at the top of premium parts. Although every sector of American goods has changed in this area napa is not exempt. Go with Napa gold you gonna be glad you did. In my humble experience.

Friendly helpful staff. They have knowledge about vehicles. Better quality parts. Definitely pricey but well worth it. Never had problems with returns. Bought a factory defect part brought it back. Not only did I get an exchange I got an apology for my troubles. Didnt have to ask for a manager to get my problem resolved.

All auto stores good. Napa might have that cant find. Clean restrooms. Sumimasen, didnt check handicap.Call for dat. Oyasuminasai. (Late).🙂

Napa will get you hooked up especially with prices on special ordered parts. Manager Kelvin is always happy to assist and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and mechanically inclined.

Had parts I needed in stock at a great price. They took the time to look up the product I needed even though it required a fsr more detailed searchto get the right part ( it wasnt as simple as most part lookups)The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. If I need more parts from Napa I will likely only shop this store!!!

I like NAPA. They seem to have everything. Its like that old time hardware store but for auto parts. They are more specialized than the others and seem to have more stock on hand. The staff is very knowledgeable and Ineber really had a problem with getting what I need. Highly recommended.

Purchased two ignition coils from a NAPA in Foley, AL. Unfortunately we were given the wrong coils. We went to return the coils to this store and was refused a cash return and only offered a store credit for 1 of the coils out of the 2 we wanted to return. Paid $130 and said they would give us $69 😂😂😂 The owner was sitting in his office just watching the whole time. Is this what NAPA Auto parts is about? Go to another store. Napa was the only auto parts store in town that had my horn contact button for my 87 Jeep Wrangler. Being that Sunday was my only day to work on it. OReilly screwed up my order so I cancelled it because Napa had it in stock. Horn now works thanks Napa
