I always go to this place. I feel like they’re prices are fair and more importantly I feel like they’re honest. Greg is a great mechanic and good guy.

I am so relieved I finally found a shop that does great, honest and professional work. I love my toys (cars) and Mike and Carl know what they are doing. I literally have anxiety when I know my cars need work. I think the worst to say the least. Mike and Carl both can have my keys and drive my toys while nobody else can because I trust them. Honest guys working for a honest shop. Ive spent some money but if you want the job to be done right, less stress and honest answers literally look no more. I love looking at reviews which is how I landed at this shop. I hope you stop looking and give Mike and Carl a shot. If they cant help they wont even try. I usually go to Precision Auto Tune on 9th Ave for nearly any car maintenance I need done. While I love the service, I was quite disappointed they were not in forcing customers to wear masks. I was the only one wearing a mask period!

I had to have a pretty big repair done here last summer. As a result, I spent enough money to get a free oil change. I took my car in for that reason. The man behind the counter was friendly, took my info, got my car back quickly. I think I was only there about 30 minutes. I have been very pleased with my services at this location!

The staff was very friendly and took their time educating me about my vehicle. They were fair and honest. They also provided recommendations for specialist, which also turned out to be very helpful. I will definately be bringing my vehicle to them first for all my car care needs.

I rarely leave reviews, but the quality and speed of the job that was done deserves credit. The woman at the register was very nice and transparent on what I would be paying for, and the price of the job done was very reasonable. It took the no time to get to my car and install a coolant temp sensor. I will continue to go back here for future jobs.

My truck would not turn over the day that the tropical storm was approaching Pensacola. I called Precision and manager Michael encouraged me to have the truck towed. My truck was towed there and he called me letting me know it arrived. Once he diagnosed the problem, he was very upfront and honest about the solution. I do not know much about auto mechanics but I would not know any difference if he would have charged me more than he did. My whole bill (including an oil change) was only $205 which I think is very reasonableI have always been weary about car shops because I never know if Im being taken advantage of, however, Michael was very honest, reasonable, and got my truck fixed and ready to go the same day.

Each time I go to this repair shop I am more and more impressed by the care and the service I receive. The pricing is fair, the work top notch and I could not ask for more help and service. Mike is amazing as well as everyone on the team. My family are totally sold on this company and we will spread the word as much as we can because this company has earned our trust, our business and our referral.

I had a great experience today. I came in to get an premium plus oil change which included tire rotation. The manager brought to my attention that they would not do a tire rotation because my tires were close to tearing apart. I was surprised because I get an oil change every two months at a different location and this has never been recommended. I like that at this location they only recommended things that needed immediate attention to my car and not things that really wouldnt affect my car breaking down soon. It seems that here they believe in keeping the customers happy and not just making money. The receptionist was very friendly and the manager was efficient. I will definitely be back!

Had to get an oil change in a hurry on my way out of town. Got in and out very quickly and did not pay an arm and a leg for it.

These guys did a great job with my car that was in dire need of a tune up. The guy explained everything that it needed done, and how much it would cost, and even asked if I wanted to have it done now or later on with my next oil change. The cost was reasonable for all that was done. Miss Holly was wonderful help and great with my little one while we waited. Definitely staying with these guys.

Friendly and fast even being short staffed that day, the price was very fair I think considering the 5min oil change express place or whatever its called I dont know the mechanic couldnt really tell me lol. Standard oil ch:$30 usd after tax compared to $40 on the shady non sharp other place down the street. I prefer to wait 15min than to give 10uskillads ya dig.

Their customer service is fantastic. Nick and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable! Their the only auto repair shop I intend on using from now on! They continue to impress and take care of me and my family! Even when their swamped you get excellent one on one care.

I am new to the area and visited this company for an oil change before a planned trip. I asked them to also look over the belts, etc because of the trip. I was very pleased with the care they took going over my car and especially the way they answered all my questions. They went above and beyond for me. I will absolutely return to them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Ive been going to get regular oil changes and Nick had been so helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of. Its disgusting to see someone like La Guera post something so incriminating about someone obviously this person has some sort of personal vendetta against this shop. but I can assure you that they roll out the red carpet for their customers and will give the best advise and not over charge you like some other shops!!! Go check them out you will not be disappointed!!

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram Van 2500 and had a serpentine belt go out RIGHT in front of Precision, so I thought this is my best option...Immediately, I first spoke with Mike and he was No BS; he informed me that theyd do a diagnostic and can replace the belt for $120. So I went ahead and had them replace it.After Two hours, Mike called and informed me the van was complete. After a couple hours of driving it, that New serpentine belt broke and went out, again. So I called my Mike - he said to bring it back ASAP and let them look at it and put a Higher Quality belt on at no cost due to the warranty.I had it towed early the next morning and was not present with the vehicle; Mike and the Precision team has no issues with finding they keys and diagnosing it again at no cost.They also found my Tension Pulley locked up and failing, so I decided to put a new one on the van for $145.The van performed beautifully for about Two Weeks and then AGAIN, the new serpentine belt went out and broke. So I called up Mike and had it towed back to Precision.THIS TIME - they found the actually causality which was my Water Pump Pulley was sporadically locking up. This could NOT have been detected earlier as it was not consistently locking up until finally it failed completely.They identified the issue and quoted me $320 TOTAL for a new Water Pump Pulley, Serpentine Belt, and Labor...so I said hell yeah, that would be splendid!Their Lead mechanic ended up investing 6 HOURS OF LABOR fixing my van that time because they had to drop the radiator, drain the A/C, and hen replace the Pulley and Belt...so they ended up adding an A/C Flush and Fill for FREE (due to the nature of the repairs) which was an added $80 BONUS!So - ALL IN ALL - I highly recommend Precision Auto Team due to their high quality and highly competitive rates!Actually, my van JUST had another problem so I will be adding to this review as I will need to take it in AGAIN (unrelated to the above repairs) to get fixed.Ha-Ha! The guys there were straightforward.The head of shop told me me exactly what they were doing to fix the issue, invited me in to see what he was talking about and to provide the ok to continue.He also told me what was necessary to be done and charged me only for that; he never tried to sell more.I would drive the extra distance for this type of service.

Replaced radiator great job.

I was charged almost $500 for fixing my AC and all the shop did was fix a leaking o-ring and recharge the system (1.5 hours of work). Then when I called and asked about all the expenses and being double charged for Freon and charged $100 for o-rings, the manager started to get hostile and started to cuss at me over the phone. I tried to be as professional as possible and all he could do is justify his position and to tell me that he has fees just like a doctor has fees. Its just that he is not a doctor, cars are not alive and $475.47 for fixing a leaky ac system is a very expensive. The next time I will avoid the chain shop and go to a local shop that depend on customers to be happy with their service. No more chains from now on.

I brought my car in for a fuel service and was very satisfied with the results. The customer service was very friendly and helpful and the quality of work done by the maintenance guys was great. I recommend anybody who needs work done on their vehicle to come to this shop.

I went in to have my brakes looked at. Their friendly staff was first rate. A complicated brake job took only a couple hours and the price was reasonable. Ran into a related issue (not their fault) the next day and they took care of it free of charge. Ill be going back.

I have been a customer for many years and the people at Precision always take care of me and my very old 1999 Carolla. The service is quick and they are honest about pricing and labor. They will tell you up front what work is recommended but never pressure you into having something done. They also have a rewards program where youre 5th oil change is free when you use the free punch card they offer you. The work I have received has always stood up and they offer free fluid top offs between oil changes. I dont take my 17 year old car to be serviced anywhere else.

I am new to the area from Tallahassee. I appreciated more than I can say the friendly, prompt, and over the top service I received. When I came in, they were understaffed but you would not know it from the service. Everything ran as smoothly as ifiit hadhbeen ten guysgback there. Had a problem with my car and for a simple mechanic like myself, it was over my head. I brought it in and they fixed a couple problems and I paid. The problem unfortunately wasnt fixed. I brought it back and they did everything they could to make it right and went as far as finding and fixing the problem and only charging me for parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The mechanic Nick kept me informed and was kind and professional through the whole ordeal.

Supposedly I had a bad alternator. I purchased my own part to bring in and have them replace it. They kept the old part to dispose of. I continued to have the same problem. When I opened my hood I was surprised to discover my old alternator still in my car.. I returned to the store thinking it may have been an honest mistake, only to be told that my old part had been disposed of and that I was mistaken. I brought my receipt to show it wasnt even the correct brand I paid for. They still cant find it and promises of a manager calling havent ever come to frution. It has been 3 weeks. When I call I am placed on hold or simply disconnected. I have never received such unprofessional conduct in my life. Advice= dont waste your time, the are expensive inept and dishonest.
