One woman and one gentleman were very nice had wonderful customer service with our frustrations. The other two whom we had no choice to deal with, were everything BUT nice. Sarcastic about everything, didnt appear to want be there at all. This is the second bad experience with similar things here. Im sure others have great experiences. But we did and do not!

Store opens at 7. I had a flat so I aired-up the tire and drove to the store. I was first in line and waited outside the door (in the rain) to be let in. The man never opened the door or acknowledged me. At 7:12 I called but no one answered. At almost 7:30, a female employee came out and told me that the man told her they wouldn’t take customers until 9 because no one was there to work even though the doors were now open. I had to drive on a now near flat to Fishers Tire. I should have gone there first

Corrys attitude customer service was superb in the tire section today. The gentleman provided service better than all 3 walmarts stores I frequently shop. I was greeted and shown true concern unlike how i have been treated at other stores. As a manger in retail I pay attention to customer service. Thank you again sir. Great job!!

Went there to replace my car battery, Truby assisted me and was very helpful and professional. Only complaint is it took 1hr and 45 minutes to check my battery, which luckily didnt need replacing. Walmart does have the lowest prices on car batteries.

Just purchased 4 new tires with the Tire Pressure Sensor valve stems. I bought them Tuesday April 27. I had heart surgery on the 29th and wanted to make sure my car had dependable tires after surgery, so I wouldnt have any issues while recovering from surgery. Well, today is the 30th and I go out to my car to get something out of it and my front driver side tire is completely flat. So I get help from neighbor to after l air it up and the valve starts leaking after we put in air. Brand new tires, spent over 300 dollars on them and this is what I get? This is the second time Ive had issues with the automotive center. I thought I was getting a good dependable product. My old dry wroughted tires were better than this. They wouldve lasted over 25,000 miles at least. I will be going back up their tomorrow. Will update on how they handle their mistake and faulty tire change.

Woman that answered the phone at 9:15 AM on April 21st 2021 proceeded to tell me she couldn’t search my car by make and model to tell me how much four tires would cost. Strange... because I know you can, that’s pure laziness. I’ll go spend $800 somewhere else.

The lady at the desk was very nice. But, however I was quoted 1 hour at most for one tire to be changed. I’ve wanted two hours. And she even said she didnt understand what was taking the man so long. Very disappointing. Definitely will not be back.

This place is HUGE but easy to navigate for the most part. I had to get my oil changed before heading on an 8 hr trip home. The employees were nice. Store as a whole seemed to have a nice selection of tines and everyone was in a good mood.

Around 9:30 am I dropped off my vehicle to get the front left tire repaired (I had a flat). They told me it would be 6 hours until they expected it to be complete. Around dinner time I get a call saying they werent able to repair the tire. Then they say they need to replace the tire and my $10 repair becomes $250..... I tell them I would call back with what I would like to have done. I call back and inform them I would like the cheapest tire put on because I would probably be replacing all 4 tires soon. They informed me this would be $100.Four days later I came back to Walmart to get the Jeep tire issue resolved. At 12:00 pm I walk in to find that no work has been done. They then tell me it will take all day before it will be fixed. They call me just before 5 pm saying everything is complete. When I got there they then told me my car WASNT ready..... The battery had been run down and they had to charge it. 50 minutes later I was finally able to take my car home. In the end, I was charged $125 (they added on a charge of lifetime balance and rotation without my permission). I decided it wasnt worth the trouble to go back to this time wasting establishment and just eat up the unwanted add-on. After all of the time wasted and incompetence of fixing and replacing a single tire without an apology, I cant recommend coming here to get work done on your vehicle.Most of the staff are rude.This place isnt worth the time or money. Go to another auto shop.

Takes way too long. Should not take 4 hours to change 1 tire. The cashier back there was a really nice and tried her best. Letting me know they are short staffed on mechanics. Someone needs to get these Wal-Mart Tire and Lube places staffed!!not just that one. Hwy 29 just as bad.

I travel for my work. Ive used many walmart auto centers in 4 southern states and I appreciate the low/competitive prices. The number ONE problem that is common between them all is the LONG wait. I can appreciate that Wal-Mart has a ton of business because of the wonderful prices but their looks to be plenty of doers but a break down happens somewhere in the chain.

Kudos to the entire auto center staff! Even though they were short staffed and I arrived close to closing they were very friendly, professional and treated my car with care - I watched them! I had a large nail/bolt in one of my tires and they fixed that as well as removing other things found while doing a tire balance and rotate. I was the last customer and one of the mechanics took the time to walk me to my car to ensure my safety walking through a dark parking lot. I am very very impressed!

The last three times Ive been to the Creighton Road location to get my oil changed I have waited for HOURS. I have even gotten there early before they open and I still wait for HOURS. I called to see how far they were out on oil changes and the guy says I can really say about an hour and a half I guess. I would give them less than one star if it were possible.

After going to 4 different chain car repair shops in week and my car slowly dying more and more everyday, and NO ONE finding a solution, Lee saved the day. The first mechanic to make me feel like he genuinely cared about repairing my car. The whole shop even stayed up a little later to make sure my car was in good running condition before I left. Lee kept me informed every step of the way regarding what was wrong, what they were doing, and no suprise fees by the end of it. On top of that, it was done super quick. Cannot thank him enough!

Horrible experience. Associate didnt scan the barcode for my order & instead wrote down my order #, couldnt find my tires for 30 mins...finally come to find out he wrote down the wrong size tires i ordered & they were sitting in the garage the entire time. So, waste of time. No apology when it was really needed & wouldve been appreciated. Then, bc i didnt list my self as the pickup person he had to call a manager back & they werent going to let me get them except he had already signed them out to me. Finally when everything is finished & im paying & ready to go, he apologized after i mentiomed to 2 other associates how i was extremely disappointed that he coukd t even apologize for the entire mess i had to go through.

This is quite possibly the slowest oil change in the world!! 2.5 hours with only 1 car ahead of me and at least 4 employees???? Seriously!?! Do better.

I have been taking my car to Walmart for oil changes since I turned 16 but never again at this location I dropped my car off at 11 for a standard oil change 29.95 30 bucks. Picked my car up at 2:30 and the lady with short grey hair explained that they couldn’t do a few things that, that bundle included because of the make of the car, so I asked well why am I paying 10 more dollars then she said oh we vacuumed your car checked brake lights blinkers STUFF I COULD DO . Then got in my car that obviously was not vacuumed. They must alll be sorry there for my car to sit there 3 hours and nothing get done. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil taking it somewhere esle. People just be aware. They seem very very sorry. Don’t know what work is I guess.

Total waist of time and energy. Better off to buy 5000 rubberbands and putting them on a rim. Dont waist your time.If you think of a good place to get tires and not be traeted like you dont exist for the 700 dollars i was spending. Let me know

I waited 30 minutes in front of the garage to get checked in and they just kept ealkwal past me and ignoring me as if I wasnt even there lol. This is crazy. Ive never had a bad experience getting my tires changed at any walmaWa ubtun now. Incompetence!

This place is absolutely horrible the Jamaican lady that can barely speak English is rude as hell, and walks up to you and interrupts you while your talking to someone else and say I told you already its a 4 hour wait if you keep bothering them its gonna take even longer when first off you said a hour an a half. And then the workers every 5 minutes meet up in a circle and talk an laugh for a few mins and then work for a min and then go to the computer and all meet up again. Been sitting here for 4 hours already

The service was horrible. I waited about 15 min in front of the dock with zero cars and still no one came out. Eventually went in and waited another 10 min with no one in front of me.wait and hour then they finally START on my vehicle with zero cars ahead of me. It was just very unprofessional all around.

Was looking for a tire repair kit. They had what I was looking for five dollars cheaper than any of the other auto parts places I called and less than a dollar more than Amazon.

Fixed a flat for me without checking the structural integrity of the tire. Tire went flat again and nearly blew out on me less than 20 minutes later. Also did not inform me that my front tires were in need of replacement (theyre supposed to and have you sign a waiver if you choose not to at that time).

They need more handicap scooters.
