I had an amazing experience working with Danny at this store he really took care of me and my father when we went to purchase the new iPhone. I loved the energy and vibe of this store i will be coming back for upgrades in the future.

This location is new and the layout of the store is very nice and conveniently set up to move around. Customer service is what it is I waited an hour before I was attended. But the young lady did her job and was very Articulate and knowledgeable, mind you this was at 1:15 on a monday afternoon so if you need to go to a sprint store please allow yourself some time. and I will definitely recommend and definitely revisit.

Yani was AMAZING!!! She was so patient and took the time to give me multiple options for my first business account. It was too much to think about so I waited couple days later to close the deal, when I came back Yani stayed after hours to make sure everything was done right, she never rushed me or made me feel bad to keep her there after her shift was over and the store was close. The entire staff was super nice, with a full store, all hands on deck as people kept coming in everyone was welcome and acknowledged, I witnessed the Manager patiently helping an older couple that were having issues with their phones while greeting everyone and checking on her staff (I appreciate this things so much after being in retail for over 20 years is a rare quality) it was clear that they have great Leadership and passion for what they do!!!

Raul Guerrero exceeded my expectations when I walked in the t-mobile store. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I initially went to the store to inquire about a fee line promotion that tmobile was promotioning and ended up walking out with a brand new S20 plus, screen protector, case and a new line. Raul answered all of my 100 questions with confidence which made me trust all of his responses. Kinda my first not so good experience at a T-mobile. Walked in about 2:35, walked around, stood in place and wasn’t acknowledged for about ten minutes. Once two customers comes in after, I’m then spoken to, signed in and told that the store was at capacity (which is ok, not a problem), but I was just allowed to walk through and stand for a little over ten minutes. My issue was being seen and knowing I was there but not being acknowledged, from anyone. Ended up going to a different location.

I took the new samsung S20 FE and T Mobile provided the best customer service .

The staff at this location is very friendly... Im not from the area but stopped by to switch my screen protector and unfortunately I didn’t have my proof of purchase so mobile expert Gabriel G. took the time to research options and finally found it for me so I was able to leave the store with a new screen protector thanks to him. I’m very happy Gabriel that was so efficient on top of the store being so beautiful.
