DO NOT get your back glass of an IPhone fixed here! A complete fraud store they will leave your phone damaged and unable to use! I brought in my phone for a back glass repair in Pembroke and Juan had gave me my phone completely damaged. I told him that my phone was not working since the phone would not charge, not update, and glitch a lot. Brought it back for him to repair his damages and only made excuses and asked me to pay for the damage he did! I decided to go to apple and they said it was a hardware issue (Juans damage) and they could not repair it, the only option I had was to buy a completely new phone. A complete scam do not go!! These other google reviews are most likely fake because if you look closely at many yelp and google reviews, many customers have experienced this and worse!

I had started with a good experience however it ended with a bad experience.I had a tablet and a phone that needed battery replacement. The phone battery replacement worked fine and improved my samsung S7 battery life. The battery replacement for my Samsung tab S2 resulted in a broken screen. I had brought in a tablet with a low battery image on screen that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately during the process the screen was damaged. I was left with a unusable tablet, I should have shipped this to samsung for battery replacement.I do have to say Eddie was professional at all times and knows his stuff the broken screen could have even resulted with a Samsung professional the only difference is I believe Samsung would have covered it. I guess I would never know.I have to wait until next year to buy tablet for school because its not a priority at the moment. I wish the company the best but would not be using thier services in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend. If you want cheap work and to waste your time come here. I’m had to visit this shop to get phone fixed 3 times. The screen would not touch at one point and now it’s detaching from the screen. The guy who fixed my phone wasnt very knowledgeable either. Take your business somewhere else.

Was new to shop and I walked in on the boss yelling at his employee with such disrespect. I felt very uncomfortable. Needless to say I won’t be back . I felt bad for the tech he was obviously distraught. The Repair itself was good but the shop had a Bad vibe to it because of the boss .Poor management to embarrass him in front of me .

Wow amazing customer service. I went in for a stripped screw which I tried to do the repair my self for a broken screen. Ended up with a stripped screw and a broken home button. I shouldve saved my money and got the repair from them from the start with their reasonable prices. Anyways after being the second shop to remove the screw to go back in and see if I can fix the home, he removed it with no charge at all. Thanks Juan.

The Repair Geeks are awesome! Most of us are familiar with Dr. No fix, they assured me that they can unlock my phone with in 24 to 48 hrs. I paid for the service and they gave me the run around for 2 weeks blaming it all on the 3rd party they outsourced to unlock my phone. Long short, they never succeeded. I was recommended Repair Geeks and I had my phone unlocked and working in about an hour. They were very polite, straight forward, professional and generous, they even gave me a complementary phone case and a screen protector, they even offered me champagne and caviar. It’s been about a month and haven’t had any issues. Thanks Repair Geeks.
