This is by far the best store with the best customer service. All the reps work together to help you and give you the best service . This is now my go to store even though there are other stores closer to me.

Buying a phone can be a very stressful process for me due to the added expense and having to make a good long lasting choice. This location is small and cozy but has everything you need. The staff is friendly and Daniel went above and beyond on my long process of getting a new phone. He was patient and thorough explaining every detail of bill changes and expectations. I’m so happy with my new phone😊😊😊

Horrible customer service experience this guy called Daniel was rude, abrasive and rough! I really believe he was trying everything possible not to answer my questions but his tone of voice and curt answers were not necessary. I have been in AT&T customer for over 15 years paying a lot of money a month for 5 phones and I was not asking for a hand-me-down!! I just needed a few questions answered on how to get my mother a new phone which only means more money for AT&T! Really guy? He is lucky I was not in the mood! SO TURNED OFF!

Those guys dont have a clue what are they doing. They just know how to sell phones, but if you have a problem, you are on your own.

Clifford and Jason both helped me out they were very professional, kind, polite, and patient with helping me upgrade my iphone thank you!

This has been my store for as long as I can remember. I’m a corporate account holder for 10 years with AT&T. My recent visit was the worst experience ever. Lazy, unmotivated and unwilling to help was the response from the employees. I’ll be using another location for my next visit to an AT&T store.

I was there to set up my Galaxy watch to my Samsung phone which took over an hour and a 1/2 to figure out. 🤔

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Angel at the ATT Store. I accidentally pressed dissatisfied and was not allowed to change my response.

I visited this location today for a sim change for my new phone. All of the representatives including the manager greeted me once I walked in. Rodny, in specific took his time to accommodate my requests with the new accessories that I needed for my new phone. I was being super picky but he managed to find exactly what I needed! Its a shame this store has staffing issues. It’s typical a busy store but the lack of attention to check in walk-ins is just piss poor. From a business perspective I find the management and sales rep to be more concerned about closing a deal than being attentive to new or existing clients coming in for all types of service and with miscellaneous concerns.It takes way too long to get checked in and I’ve personally experienced being skipped twice by a walk-in attractive customer of the opposite gender.Now the kicker is that once you are finally helped the service is TOP NOTCH and very attentive. I get the sales pitch and one on one style but everything before that just makes the wait experience a very negative one and overpowers the good.

The store rep that took care of me was very knowledgeable and patient as well very customer-friendly and took care of the problem immediately I recommend this store to everyone

I went there yesterday to activate a second line on a new business account, they gave me one price, I signed up, I left happy. When I got home one of my two lines was not working so I had to go back. When I arrived the friendly staff told me that plan was wrong and that they need it to change it (from an estimate of 148 to an estimate of 190), of course Im returning the new phone and closing that account..as if it was my fault

I went to the store so I can open up a new account and when we were finally done going through everything they mention that I need my physical social security card. I understand the precautions, but I called two different stores and they did not require it. Very upset at the fact that I wasted my time and what a very dumb way to lose a sale.

AT&T is horrible! I tried to upgrade my phone and the phone representative gave me a new line. After hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, I tried to rectify their mistake in person. In store there was no manager present and the employees working could not authorize my transaction.

I always get amazing service whenever I enter this location. The sales reps are friendly and professional. And each time they show me ways to cut my bill while increasing my service. I am a local AT&T customer and have so for many years (30).

Went to this store for an upgrade. About 30 minutes after I left the store someone purchased an iPhone 7 on my account and was shipping it to an address right around the corner. Coincidence? I dont think so. Use this location at your own risk. I spent about 4 hours on hold with AT&T customer service getting the transaction cancelled and ensuring there was no other identity issues. The store staff played dumb and were no help at all. Best case scenario, they have no idea that someone very close by is hacking their transactions. Or...someone who actually works there is using customers accounts to buy phones and then shipping them to a nearby drop address.

Went there to buy a new phone since I have been having issues with my old iPhone and the guy tried to sell me every product. I told him I am pressed for time and have to be out of theee no later than 3:30. Mind you I got there at 1:50. After 30 minutes of him trying to sell me products I don’t want I walked out without a new phone. They SUCK!!!

The service at this location was amazing. Very diligent and professional. If youre looking to open a new account, Id highly recommend this location.

I was treated very poorly at this store. I went to upgrade my phone, and the employee that served me was very impatient. After I would ask a question because I was confused, he would make comments such as are you listening. AT&T has made changes in the way you can upgrade, and I was not aware of the changes. The employee was abrupt and condescending. I left and went to another store (not an AT&T store) and that employee took the time to explain the changes. I went to this AT&T store about 30 minutes before closing, and I guess that employee did not want to be bothered. Employees need better training.

Recently visited this ATT store and was greatly impressed with their knowledge and patience. I cant thank them enough for all their help! If youre in the area I recommend this store!!

I dropped in without an appointment and was professionally greeted by Emily who privided me with exceptional customer service answering every question and accommodating all my needs. Taking ample time to address all my questions and guided me to how I could save and make the most out of my existing long time service with att. Calling into att is a night mare on most cases having to wait an hour on hold. Today I walked in and had the best experience possible. Emily is the perfect example of perfect customer service. :)

These people dont care about helping you. They think that a christmas gift not showing up is a joke and did not try to give me a solution. Just getting them to even look up an order was a struggle.

I recently went to this AT&T store to switch from my iPhone to the Samsung Note 7. They made the switch seamless. The employee who was helping me was very patient and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. A couple weeks after I had my phone, Samsung came out with a recall and I had to switch to the Galaxy S7 edge which I did not care for. After a bout a week with that phone, I went back to his store to return my Samsung, activate my old iPhone and order the new iPhone 7. They were so nice and understanding during this whole process. I will definitely be gong back to this AT&T store in the future!
