I have been shopping at this location for well over 6 years. I never had an issue. Its very clean and organized. The staff members are very professional too! They are extremely knowledgeable and are very patient when answering questions and addressing concerns. Thank you so much for always making my shopping experience a positive one.

Store called me for my pre orders just like they said they would. I’m still missing some of my pre orders but it’s not their fault. GameStop help your stores with more desirable items. Stores are missing out on sales when they don’t have items in stock. Thank you again I will continue to keep shopping here

They are low on stock. Understandably so. But they tried helping me find a wireless xbox one controller in other Game stop stores in the neighborhood. On Amazon its 64.00 G.S. is 56.00, new. :) still A for effort!

Ive been coming to this location ever since i discovered. met Tiffani, prestige gamestop store leader. ONE OF THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. Every time i get here, she greets us with smile and helps us with everything. She is always there almost everyday. We really appreciate her. Always will come to this location :) There is never hesitation when we ask for her help. I do see / watch her costumer service to other costumers as well and she always smiles to everyone and mentions their upcoming deals / current sales and most importantly their reward program. Shes awesome !!! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give them less. The worst customer service and lack of communication. I know today it’s difficult but placed for curbside pick up and it’s still two hours since my order and have yet to receive notice that it’s ready. The store is only providing curbside which is great but two people working and still can’t get things done in timely fashion.

I feel robbed by gamestop buy 5 game 2 delivered to me on the same day, the other 3 supposedly sent me, but it never arrived, i got tired of calling, i spent hours on the phone and nothing, this is already going for 4 weeks, so i decided to go to the store, I was like 30 minutes and didnt solve anything, today I have to waste time and go to the store again, but I am convinced that I will lose my money, a terrible service $ 158.00 sad that.

Went in this location after not being in a GameStop for years. The store seemed very organized and had a line of 6 people waiting to check out. I was baffled when I saw that one employee (Tiffany) has just left while the store had customers and the phones were going off. The other employee (Eric) was extremely well mannered with the guests and definitely had an amazing and helpful attitude with his his patrons. Almost 40 MINUTES later after six customers I made it to the front extremely agitated at the fact his coworker had just left not only her position but also had left Eric by himself. Eric helped me check out what I needed and was apologetic about his nomad coworker. I could have easily purchased what I needed on the PSN network, Best Buy, Walmart instead I chose to visit GameStop and seriously realized why this company is failing.

Always a pleasant experience. The manager is very knowledgeable, hes always polite and courteous. Always willing to help no matter how crowded the store gets. Definitely one of the better Game Stops.

Be careful and always check the bag (and boxes if it’s a preowned game). Purchased four 3ds games as a gift and only three of the game boxes actually had the games in them. Extremely disappointed

The place is very packed at all times theres always very busy so I can see how some people can not handle the type of environment but none the less theyre very helpful they always try to help find you what you can find even if they cant have fun today theyre stored those try to find it at another store nearby so you can actually get what you need to get so far I got everything I ever needed Ill definitely go back

I went into this location and purchased like 4 games, the rep is always talkative and remembers me. I recently had to return those games before even making it out of the driveway. The pre-owned games were more than used but more like abused. There was visible damages done to the disc and it was actually the most expensive if the items I purchased. With a transaction like this, there is no reason for me to do any further business with the company. I going to stick with digital downloads from now on.

Not helpful at all, had to return an item that wasnt compatible with my console and buy a different one that was more expensive. When I returned the two items I bought the difference came to a dollar and change. I couldnt get it because I left my wallet at home, these people lost a $49 sale and a customer for not providing a dollar and change discount.

Very bad customer service, they have a closing time at 8 pm and arrive at 1:30 pm and the lady did not let the video games buy anyone, nor did I explain the reason and closed the door leaving people outside .
