These employees are fantastic the gentleman there went through my phone trying to figure out why my phone keeps duplicating messages and changing my words getting very aggravating he went through all my settings to see whatever he could do and turns out its just the phone as long as I keep my settings for Google and not for Samsung Im okay but he did take the time to check everything out and I will just have to wait till its time to get a new phone definitely recommend this place

I have been with sprint for almost 10 years. I have only visited a sprint store once in this time frame and that was to open my account. I went to this store in Pembroke Pines Florida today and the service was incredible. I called before I went and the associate was very kind and informative even over the phone. Upon arrival, they were very attentive and handled my problem quickly and efficiently. The best customer service ever!! Top notch professionalism.

The store is very shady when it comes to the manager. I went in today, to open the line. However, when I mentioned that I was not porting a number over, the manager told me that he would have to order a phone that he had in stock. Two other associates were fine. I just felt that it was very shady, that a store would have to order a phone that they had in stock because I wasn’t boarding my number over. Sprint has a 100% customer Guarantee and I wasn’t sure if I would like the service so I was giving them a shot. I would not recommend the store at all.If I could give the store zero stars I would

I highly recommend this sprint location. I went in to inquire about a new phone. The sales associate, Ali, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the latest technology. By far the best experience I had at any sprint storefront.

After searching several days with my husband a neighbor recommended this place so we got there and met Ali who I consider a very good sales person because he was very patient and honest in explaining all Sprints plans and offers; including detailed payments. Everything very clear. So I am very thankful with him and very happy with what we got. I noticed the staff there are very kind and helpful.

Our experience with Priscilla and Katherine was awesome. They were very knowledgeable of the products that both my husband and I were interested in. They were very patient with us. This Sprint store is by far the best one I have been to in a very long time. The girls that work here are very friendly and are willing to help. Katarina was the one that helped us with our phones and she was great. Definitely will come back for all our phones services.

Buyers Beware!! I purchased a phone here a week ago and they told me I had 14 days to return it, which is fine. I am having issues with the new phone so I wanted to upgrade to an iphone, which I was told would be no problem. The catch is that you have to return it at this exact location. Apparently this isnt a Sprint corporate store- its a franchise store. So, despite the fact that I purchased the phone on my way back from a vacation (because my old phone stopped working) they are telling me that I have to go back to this exact store to return the phone - oh yeah, and within 14 days. I live over an hour away. When I bought the phone, the girl was nice and I was happy with the customer service. However, today when I was on the phone with Sprint corporate for almost an hour trying to resolve this, they actually called this store location and the people working there refused to accept any of the suggestions that Sprint corporate was trying to make to accommodate me and said that the ONLY thing that could be done was for me to return the phone to their store. I think thats crazy, because for all they know I could live out of state. And if that is their policy, they should make it VERY CLEAR before anyone buys anything from them. I never would have bought the phone from them if I had known that this was their policy.

Just terrible with lies on top of lies on top of lies. I was sold a plan that I was assured after 18 months the phone would be paid off that was a LIE I’m still stuck paying the “lease” 22 months later ñ, I was told if I bought a case for $50 or more I would get a $50 dollar gift card.. that was a LIE, I also brought my brother in to add him to my plan what the convienently forgot to mention was by doing this would change my original plan negating the $17 dollar credit I was paying on my lease effectively making my new phone plan a sham, stay very far away from this place and sprint all together

I would not recommend anyone to go to this Sprint location because the manager Ali is a scam artist and will tell the customers that he can offer them a lower monthly payment but later the customer will discover that the bill has increase by hundreds of dollars monthly. He will fast talk you into buying equipment that you really dont need just to get a sale. Also, the customer has signed a 2 year contract and its hard to get out of it. Please be mindful of this guy. Other Sprint employees at other locations in the vicinity has stated that they have heard negative experiences about this location. (15707 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, Fl 33027) Hes a rip-off and can care less how his scam-artist actions affect the customers financial situation.

I have a small hair salon, and I needed to save money on my phone bill and so did my employees. the sales rep set all of us under a plan where I am only paying $55 dollars on my bill and we all love it because we save over $110 dollars. the also sold me a speaker that I use for picnics and my salon and is great....love this store!!!!

I went in to activate a very old flip phone for my mother in law. Priscilla was on the phone with tech support to program and get it ready. Truly the best help. She did a great job and I look forward to my next visit.

I was with a problem with my phone and that was the 3rd store that visited. I cannot describe how frustrated I was when I got there, I felt like exploding, but after few minutes I felt better. These sales representatives were so pleasant and willing to help. Even though I didnt buy anything they resolved my problem and they are going to have me as a customer forever. Whenever I need another cellular or accessory I will definitely go back to that store again.

I arrived at the sprint store with many questions and Priscilla Cardona was able to answer all my questions and in addition was able to get me a new iPhone 7. In addition, she reviewed all the current specials and deals that applied. She is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to speak with.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the Manager Ali at this store as well as the staff who TOTALLY misled and omitted details when we helped our daughter open a new account. BEWARE that this is a 3rd party Store so you cannot go anywhere else for help when you leave here!! We had started a new account with the iphone and decided to purchase the watch too. They not only DID NOT advise of an additional/seperate monthly charge for a 2nd phone line for the watch, they also DID NOT tell my daughter that there was no size 38mm and were very sneaky and gave her a 44mm deliberately giving her the WRONG watch! I would HIGHLY recommend finding a corporate store or choosing another carrier!

My experience at the Sprint store on Pines Boulevard and 157 was amazing. The girls there are very professionaL, very knowledgeable and very very helpful. very different than the other Sprint store located at Pines and Flamingo. I had a very very disappointing and unpleasant experience there with your manager Alexis and a young lady that works there. they did not help me at all. They didnt transfer any of my information from my old phone to my new phone and instead i had to go to your Sprint store on Pines and 157. again I cannot say enough about your employees: Katarina Garcia and Priscilla Cardona at your Pembroke Pines store on 157. They were amazing. I was ready to switch to another carrier but my faith was restored with Katarina.

This is my Sprint Store from now on, after trying two other stores in Hialeah and Miami Gardens, I finally got my phone fixed and without any waiting and Katarina Garcia was very nice and whiling to help. I really recommend this store .

***WARNING*** This is not a Sprint corporate store, but rather a sprint authorized retailer.This had been my go to Sprint store until today. Previously had good experiences with the service and staff. I also liked that this store is not as busy as other stores and typically had less of a wait.I had recently updated to a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I had ordered a phone case on-line prior to the release date. Unfortunately my on-line order had not arrived by the time I got my new phone. After only three days I drop my phone and crushed it. I had to put in a claim and got a replacement within two days.Since my on-line phone case order had not yet arrived, I didnt want to take a chance and I purchased a phone case from this store. I had every intention of keeping this case and using it. However, upon arrival to my house, the phone case I had originally ordered on-line had arrived and I no longer had a use for the case purchased at this store.Upon calling the store I was assured I could return it within 14 days. I went to the store today to do the return with my original receipt. The representative immediately opened the box, pulled out the case and began to diligently inspect the phone case putting it up against the light, Observing it in different angles, and even having another representative look at it. She was short of pulling out a magnifying glass to inspect it or powdering it for finger prints.After finding a hairline scratch on the case, she stated that she could not return the item for a refund. I ask to speak to a manager and I was told that a manager would not be back to the store until Wednesday (WTH: Today was Monday). After some insistance, I was able to speak to a manager by the name of Ali via phone. He was very arrogant and unwilling to help with the situation. He refused to do the return and insisted that it was my responsibility to have checked the case prior to purchase to make sure that it was in pristine condition.I informed the manager that the case had never been opened by me or used and that if it had a scratch, it was sold to me in that condition. He insisted that this was not the case.I mentioned to him that I had observed sales reps opening phone cases, testing cases on customers phones and even observed reps encourging clients to test out the cases on their phones, in an effort to persuade a sale. I insisted that perhaps the hairline scratch on the cell case I had purchase was caused by either a client or a sales rep. prior to my purchase.I also insisted that if he was going be so meticulous about returns, he should be just as meticulous in checking for any scratches or damage to accessories before he sells it to customers.Please be aware that this is not actually a sprint store, but rather a sprint authorized dealer. I would recommend that nobody ever purchases any accessories from this store. Luckily I have been a sprint customer for over twenty years and after calling customer service they immediately responded, giving me a full credit for my purchase .I will never go to the store again!!! I recommend going to the Sprint store on Pines Boulevard and Flamingo Road or the Sprint store on Miramar Parkway and Dykes Rd. Both of these stores are just around the corner and you dont have to deal with the nonsense of dealing with an authorized retailer that has no idea how to treat a customer.
