I love going to this location! i was currently with boost mobile and i was looking for other carriers because my service in the moment wasnt making me happy. I walked into this metro and got greeted with a smile and got answers to all my questions! they made my switching easy and non stressful. THESE LADIES ARE THE BEST!

Left from the terrible store in Alabaster because they were of no help and came to this one and the same exact issue with this place. Horrible service. There is no way these reviews are actual customers giving this place 5 star reviews unless they changed the people working there but their solution to my horrible service was buy another phone that I had just purchased 3 days ago. Again...horrible experiences.
