Joycelin at this location was very helpful after having a bad experience with the Hoover Verizon store. I was having a network connection issue on my phone and she was honest with me and explained all my options which unfortunately was only to reset my entire phone and lose everything. Even explained that she had the same issue before reset her phone to still have to get another one. I did have to get a new phone which was definitely not in the plan, but Joycelin made a bad experience positive in the end.
Adam at the Pelham store was amazing and so helpful to me yesterday! I told him that I was thinking about finding a new phone and he went above and beyond to help me find a new phone and a new watch! He found me the perfect accessories as well. I was in and out within about an hour with every accessory I could need and so happy with my purchase. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Adam with cellular sales to anyone who is looking for help with their cell phone needs!

Today I purchased a set of LG FN6 earbuds from Joycelin, the store manager for $149.99. She told me they were a brand new model and had just come in. She opened them and paired them to my phone. When I got home I did a search to find out more features only to find them as low as $84!!! When I called Joycelin about the price she said there was nothing she could do since the box had been opened, which she did. I love coming to this Verizon store in Pelham, AL because I never have to wait, they are very attentive & Adam took the time to explain all the technology to this older lady. He reviewed my plan & made several recommendations to not only make things easier for me but that also saved me money! I have & will continue to recommend this store & especially Adam to my friends & family!
I went here first and after going to the next day went to the Verizon on HWY 150. Everything that I was told about saving money on my plan was not true. The people at this store are not very knowledgeable about products and plan prices.
Came into the store and learned that my old iPhone 6 antenna died. Joycelin got me into a new iPhone 11 and got everything transferred over in a flash! We had a moment of difficulty with the Charter/Spectrum email, but Behn stepped in and helped finish out that transfer. The amount of patience and overall desire to help me into this new phone was absolutely wonderful!! I am an extremely satisfied customer!!!

Me and my mom came here to this location because it’s the closest location near Helena. We spoke to a representative by the name of Hunter Smith. He was awesome! He made upgrading to a phone such a pleasure. I walked in and knew kind of what I wanted and he made everything possible. He took the time to show my mom and I some things on the phone and explain different kinds of plans we could downgrade to, to help save money because my mom nor I don’t use that much data, so why pay for unlimited when we don’t even use 5 GB? I couldn’t be more happier with my visit at this location and with Hunter. Such a nice, professional young man. All of your representatives need to be like him.

After dealing with over 10 years of run around, circle talk, and constant lack of any actual assistance, I finally found a store that epitomizes the essence of customer, or technical support. The staff and facility overall was top notch. Clark, specifically at the Pelham facility was amazing and continues to truly go above and beyond by doing what he promises and following through, following up and NOT forgetting about the issue the moment he completed his initial phone conversation with us that brought us to our initial store visit. Verizon made a home-run hire when they brought him onboard. Great experience.

Getting a new phone must be the most painful experience one must endure, and the brilliant crew at Verizon made it actually great! It was like being able to hold your loving emotional support dog while having your eyeballs poked out. Now I have become somewhat of a wizard in my community thanks to my new smart phone and in no small part to the staff at Verizon which I now consider my family. This is one of the better Verizon stores. Its easier to get a rep to help you with phone issues here compared to the 150 location. Only 3 stars-issue was unresolved.
Rep took time to look at my account when I came into pay a bill. They were able to save me some money each month. I was paying for stuff I didn’t need and had no idea. They were all very nice and friendly. Happy with my visit tonight.
I went into the Pelham store today and had a great experience. There were three of us that had to have our lines released. We had great service and it was very easy. Yall added discounts to the account and helped us to keep one account open as opposed to closing it due to keeping it at a great price. We will continue to come back to this store!
I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. I went in to see what Verizon had to offer as opposed to my current account with AT&T. Erika, my sales person was extremely friendly, knowledable and honest about everything. She even told me that Verizon was a bit more expensive than AT&T and explained why. Before I knew it I had switched companies and was walking out with a new iPhone X. I can only hope my time with Verizon is as painless and enjoyable as first encounter with the company. Great job.
I just got a new phone, the LG V20. The customer service was excellent here. They explained every thing to me, as I asked, during my time there. They were very patient, since I had a lot of questions. Im very happy with my educated choice that they helped me make. I always have had good customer service here. Verizon is the best!
The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the phones available. After explaining the problems I had with my old phone, she explained which phones she thought would be a good fit. She also suggested new plans. I would have taken her advice had I been the primary account holder! Overall my experience was excellent. I would happily recommend this service to anyone looking to get a new phone.

My wife and I walked into this location on the afternoon of Sunday, December 30th. The two employees working were helping other customers (which was fine), but did not greet us or acknowledge our existence in any way. We stood awkwardly for 5 minutes, feeling as if we were trespassing on private property, and proceeded to exit the store (again, without any form of acknowledgment). We then drove to Alabaster where we received prompt and excellent service.
Without a doubt, the easiest and most pleasant transaction at a cellular store I have ever experienced. I was overdue for an equipment upgrade, and my current Android phone had been misbehaving for quite some time.Stacy handled the upgrade quickly/efficiently, and was knowledgeable about handset options, accessories, insurance options, etc.Other aspects of the good service included: rescuing me from a mess I had created attempting to backup and transfer my contacts info; performing initial phone setups, etc., so I basically left the store with a working device already connected to all my accounts, etc.I highly recommend working with Stacy and the folks at this location.
Tyler saw my sister and I approaching the door and got up the meet us and ask if we needed help. He was very pleasant and didnt shy away from any difficulty. My sister got a new phone after 6 years. It was very old and to transfer contacts Tyler had to enter each one since Bluetooth was pretty new back then and they wouldnt just transfer. He embraced the task willingly and didnt consider it an imposition. Good customer service is rare these days. Since he was so pleasant, I decided to update my phone also. Great trip!!
My reason for heading over to Verizon was to add my son to my plan and get him a new cell phone. We arrived at the Pelham store 15 min before they were scheduled to open. Beth (the store manager) let us in early and began to help us. 30 min later, done. And that included working with a new employee (Beth asked our permission first!). Class act all the way. I live closer to the Helena Verizon store, but I drive over to the Pelham store because I enjoy the excellent service and knowledgeable personnel. Beth explains everything in detail. No surprises. She is vested in the store and it shows. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Make sure if you are part of family plan you are all there to get any deals they have at time of sign up. We couldnt get there that day and when we went(trying to upgrade old phones) they wouldnt honor their deal.

My I phone 7 said that I had no service starting a couple days ago. I came in to the Verizon store wondering what was wrong and the staff was very efficient in letting me know all of my options to fix the problem. I learned very quickly that this was a known problem with this series phone... an Apple antenna problem. After laying out and reviewing all of my options we decided it best that I get a new phone. I got the XR and love it! They were super helpful in getting all of my things transferred to my new phone as well as helped pair up my Apple Watch and now I can still send off the old phone and get it fixed without having to worry about not having one in the meantime. The best part is that getting this new amazing phone Is it didn’t raise my bill at all!
Last Verizon store put me into a phone I wasnt thrilled with. The guys here got me out of that phone early with no cost and got me into a deal on the iPhone 7. They werent pushy and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions LOL) I also had 13,000 pictures they got transferred over in no time (I was scared I would lose those) but anyway the phones been great and Id give 6 stars if I could.

Staff member Jen was able to quickly ascertain what needed to be done to update my account to meet my current needs and handled everything in an efficient, effective and personable manner.
