I cant recommend Oscar at JC Maxx enough! He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, quick, and affordable. Even when the new compressor failed (Not his fault; the part was bad), Oscar made getting a second one installed his top priority. Nora was also very kind and helpful. As a single mom, it is such a relief to have a mechanic that I can truly trust!

Oscar gave me a great quote and explained exactly what the issue was with my air conditioner. He gave me a much better rate than other shops I visited. He chose to repair my compressor instead of replacing it completely which saved me several hundred dollars. I will definitely be back.

I brought my Tahoe in to be worked on.They left it in an empty lot/grass area. No security cameras. Unlocked clearly.I came to pick my vehicle up, it wouldnt start. Curious we looked under the hood. It was gone. I bought it 3 months ago, and with a big vehicle it had to be the Gold top of the line battery. The dude looked at me and said yeah, this happens a lot I checked my vehicle then. Papers thrown outta my glove compartment. My golf bag had been broken into, driver gone. Brand new golfing cleats gone.The guy was ZERO *CURSE WORD* HELPAnd didnt even replace my battery that was stolen on their property.Dont go here to get your vehicle fixed.Its a big joke.*will take post down when reimbursed for truck battery*

I would not trust this place for anything. Not to even replace a roll of toilet paper. Cost me a few thousand, and Lied about the service rendered. Shouldnt get 1 star. 1 terd maybe.
