If you would have asked me a week ago, this would have been very much a 1 star review. I brought my truck in for engine repair and the manager at the time let my truck sit in a bay for 2 weeks without doing anything to it. Not even opening the hood, knowing that this truck is my only mode of transportation to and from work. When I called their customer service rep, they put me in contact with the CEO of Susan Schein. He agreed that it was ridiculous to make me wait this long for the repair. They offered me a loaner vehicle while mine was in service. Over the next few days, I would find out that the warranty company had denied my claim due to my after market installs such as lift, and wheels and tires. The new manager, Daniel, called me and said he would talk to the company and see if he could get me covered one last time. He was successful thankfully. They had my truck “fixed” the next day and “ready” for pick up. They did notice while doing my repair that my flywheel has cracked. Daniel, knowing the struggle I have been through for the last 3+ weeks, decided not only to cover the cost of my deductible, but also the cost of the parts needed for my flywheel repair. I am very satisfied with Daniel and greatly appreciate him.

Excellent service department. Ive been bringing my car here for years. I always ask for Alfredo to do my oil change and tire rotation.

Worst Management and Service Department. Their technicians steal your property from your vehicle and their management lie to back them up. I was a loyal customer, purchasing and servicing but no more. BEWARE.
