I decided to give Kroger 1 more try. I used to shop Kroger all the time. I went to the deli at 6 p.m. all that was left to buy was some burritos and chicken strips 1 turkey breast and and 2 turkey legs! And it all looked like it had been in there all day. Everything was dried out. So I went ahead and bought the turkey breast got it home(couldnt see inside bag sealed) and guess what??? It was so dried out It was crusty on top@!@ I was so mad Im taking it back in the morning. Im not paying 9 dollars for that! Also this is the most poorly stocked Kroger store Ive ever seen. Maybe time for a better manager!?????

I really like this Kroger and have given it a good review in the past. However on todays visit. I encountered one of the most miserable people I have met in a while. Normally I see a young fellow in the Meat Dept who is very pleasant. Today I met a man who has poor customer service skills and doesnt know how to talk to people. He was extremely rude. What he failed to realize is that if you dont like your job maybe you need to look else where.And if it were not for my patronage and others at this store. You wouldnt have a job.I asked a simple question and was scolded.I was in shock this time. But he might be next time.

I was looking for a specific item but it wasnt in stock. While I was there, I had a most wonderful conversation with one of the employees. She helped me look for the item to make sure that I didnt overlook it. Coincidentally, it was an item that she used as well. She made a few jokes about preparing it because it requires special preparation that some people forget. It is good to laugh with someone during these challenging times.

Went in for these Dots Homestyle Pretzels. They are gr8. This was the last bag. I think the lady behind me was looking for the same thing. Lol Krogers better re-up!!

Curbside pickup was a terrible experience. Don’t come to this location. You’ll be waiting an hour for your order. Go to H-E-B or another Kroger’s. This is why H-E-B is better in every way.

Kroger has always been very helpful.This morning I was here and I seen the oriental guy that works at the Sushi bar walked to his vehicle and took his glove off and throw it on the parking lot next to where he was parked. There is no need in doing that all he had to do was to put in trash can.

Absolutely love the bakery. They did and amazing job on my kids 1/8 sheet cakes. They were perfect and so cute!!!! Thank you so much for helping me throw my babies the best birthday party ever.

I go to this Kroger when I need just a few things. This Kroger suffered when a HEB was opened right down the street. The store has dirty floors and needs to have a cleaner appearance overall. Most employees are helpful and I can usually find what I need quickly. While HEB is bigger and cleaner, I have been able to save more money by shopping at Kroger.

Nice quiet little Kroger that you can get in and out of very quickly. The manager keeps their employees working and the checkout lines never get over 2 to 3 carts. Produce is up and down, but usually good, and if you have any issues they return items no problem.

Every other Kroger Ive been to let their customer use 4 coupons of the same kine. But this location only lets you do 3. Ive done 4 coupons at this location before but now there just but now they are strictly enforcing the 3 coupons rule. The website state that 5 is the max but apparently up to the manager. I only live 2 minutes form this location but Ill make the drive to the Cullen location. Its a lot cleaner and the staff is much nicer at Cullen.

My normal routine is to stop by this location on my way to get a haircut in the same complex. I usually buy a few clearance items and get $20 back from the register. Today, they informed me there is now a 50 cent penalty for getting cash back. The one thing I absolutely hate the most even more than poor customer service is rediculous Nickel and diming. Yet another reason to drop this place and go more to HEB

Erin in bakery always goes out of her way to help me. She has free-handed many cakes for my sons and they are always phenomenal. She is always helpful courteous and learns her customers names. She is honestly the only reason I come into this store. Joshua, cashier, is always nice as well and does his job fast, friendly and efficient.

Fist time shopping here. The place is very clean and organized. I had no problem finding anything I was looking for. Staff was so helpful and offered to help me find stuff.

Last night I bought the Fairlife Chocolate Milk that was on sale for 2-$4.00. The sale price would not ring up so I had to walk them to where it was located so they could see the sale sign. I had to tell Sam from customer service to hurry because there were others trying to check out. He took his sweet time......why rush! He proceeds to tell me that I probably can only buy ONE instead of the 4 that I am purchasing. Excuse me? I purchased 4 of them two days ago. It is 2 for $4.00, why would I buy ONE? Ugh!!! Message to management: Sam is just collecting a paycheck!!!!Another problem today, Alkaline 88 water on sale 2-$5.00. I was charged $3.49. Ugh, they again ask me for the location so they can verify the sale sign!!!! Really ????? I got a $6.00 refund for the overcharge but thats a lesson for me to ALWAYS take a pic of the sale sign to show them at check out or to switch to HEB

The store was open on time, which is moew than I can say for the other Kroger stores in the area. Yes, it is ONLY two weeks after Hurricane Harvey hit the area, but if one store in the area can be open (assuming no physical damage to the store) I see no business reason why other stores would not be opening at normal time.This store was open, well stocked and had a full staff in house. Since the layout is slightly different than my normal stores, it took me a bit longer to shop, but I found everything on my list.

Well stocked. No bid lines to get to the cashier. Self pay stations. Great.

I think theyre onto something here, employees extremely friendly and very helpful, I had this experience down each aisle I encountered a Krogers employee and also at the checkout! Very pleasantly refreshing experience 👍

Seriously best feeling leaving here tonight. Me being dumb stacked my sodas wrong and they fell and of course busted every where! A young man named Britton (spelling?) was very courteous and offered for me to go inside and get new ones and he even cleaned up my mess after I said I wanted to! Thank you for being an awesome young man! And thank you to his managers for allowing that.

There was a great deal of summer clearance and back to school clearance...loved that...things were clearly marked but not everything we wanted was at the store...my bill was $130.00 and it went to $91.00...yeah...love the instant coupons .

Didn’t have dry ice and we really needed itbecause we were traveling with baby and his liquid gold. They weren’t able to direct us to a new place. cashier was unfriendly and when she asked another employee for help he was unfriendly and ignored her. I think everyone there needs some speed. Or some team spirit.

This store smells bad especially in the back of the store. It is just old and run down. Freezer sections are not well maintained either. Frequently items I am shopping for are out of stock. Managers are usually nice but I got so tired of employees complaining to each other when checking out that I only use self check out now and only shop here now if I absolutely have to. I will not shop at the new store being built on Barry Rose either.

This Kroger needs an update. The store is old and tired...and pricier than HEB. I was shopping here out of habit. Unless they step up their game to be more competitive on prices and sufficient stock, they will lose more customers.

Very easy to get to and easy access to any item as every aisle is marked. Since the remodel this place has been very clean and the staff is very kind. However I have heard that this store will be closing soon as there is brand new Kroger being built about a mile down the road on Pearland Parkway and Barry Rose Rd. Bigger and better things to come, construction has already begun but no dates have been posted. Good luck to A.G Crouch in getting this completed on schedule.

This used to be my main place for lunch Sushi but they have made some horrible changes that have made it intolerable to depend on. How can you call yourself a sushi bar when 90% of your items are FISH FREE. Long gone are the days of Spicy Salmon Rolls and Salmon-only Sushi. Now if it even has real fish its Tuna only in spicy rolls and a grab bag for the Sushi. Even the dumplings have been ruined by discontinuing the dipping sauce they used to come with. They had something really good and ruined it due to shady greed. Good job Kroger, youve lost a loyal lunch customer.

Most God-awful Kroger Ive ever shopped at. Always out of stock on the things you want, most of the staff is rude and extremely unhelpful, and the store itself always seems dirty. The only reason I can justify ever shopping at this location is the proximity to my home, and only if Im in a hurry. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend driving the extra 15-20 minutes to the Silverlake or Shadow Creek locations. This Kroger either needs to be closed down, or have a serious re-vamp. Just one consumers repeated opinion.

So many overpriced items! Just like the last two times I shopped here, they are out of stock for two of the eight items on my list. How can you be out of stock of the gallon size whole organic milk and frozen breakfast sausage every time I shop here? How is that even possible? Never again! This isnt even a place to consider shopping anymore.

Worker Liz is very rude... Not only did she make my shopping trip a living hell, she talked about her fellow employees stating They dont know what they are doing. That nasty attitude of hers and comment should be kept away from the customers. I will not waste my time being mistreated at this location anymore.

Very poor customer service I would give them zero stars if I could. I went in to purchase some All detergent that’s on sale for .99 for Friday and Saturday only but Kroger sent me an email stating the sale will last in to the 22 of September.To make a long story short I did not get my detergent For .99 The customers service by the name of Irue Yung was very rude and unprofessional. I shops at Kroger all the time but after my experience Today I will never shop at another Kroger again. I rather Spend my money at H.E.B where customers service is alway fantastic. I ask to speak with a manager concerning this matter. The managers was not available to help with my questions concerns and matters. Yung stated the manager said he was in a meeting.Which I think was a lie because I noticed a 2 manager come out 3 min later. Customer do not matter at this location. Especially not for customers.

Always come here for shopping list and its never to crowded unlike the other kroger on cullen due to the rise of click list over there. This one in broadway is still old fashion in a sense where there isnt a click list yet but i hear that may soon change but anyways employee always helpful and cashier are quick to open a new lane if there more people in one line. I love the prices here and make sure to use my kroger plus card which helps with gas money too
