Love curbside pickup! Best thing ever! Especially when you have little ones, so much easier. Theyre always very pleasant when picking up my groceries! Thank you HEB!

Customer service is great but the people that check in always go the wrong way, parking lots so hectic an there clearly labled but not followed.

The best in the business. I love picking up my groceries after a long day at work and only having to open the trunk and they do the rest. Love it.

There were several things missing from my grocery order. Someone simply forgot to get the items. When I got home to take groceries out of the car, there was a hole in my $25 lb bag of sugar with at least three pounds of wasted sugar in my trunk. They refunded me for the sugar and I had to go back to the store to get the items they neglected to fill. Curbside is usually awesome, but this time it was highly problematic and I was very disappointed. Im not sure if I would do curbside again, because going to the store twice was a waste of time for me.

Great prices, produce variety, quality meats, deli.....just getting in and out of the parking lot its a nightmare..they need a traffic light!!! That would certainly help...

I picked up my groceries and texted when I arrived. My groceries were brought to my truck within five minutes.

I love to shop at HEB and this is a nice alternative during our stay at home times. The young people do a good job of picking your groceries and then keep it ready for pickup when you arrive. It is so busy they have recently added more parking space, just watch out for the trucks in the same general area.

Groceries werent ready, until 30 min. It was my first time. I also got the wrong cereal 🤦🏽‍♀️However, they were SUPER packed. So, Ill try one more time, maybe on a less busy day.

I havent had the best experience with curbside. I order a lot of vegan food. My order said out of stock. I park, walk in and found what Im ordered.Ive also been charged for items that I did not receive. 😖

Overall experience with curbside pickup is good. Very convenient. Sometimes they make unwanted substitutions but that would be my the only negative.

HEB does a great job with their store presentation. Each department is well stocked and organized. The produce section always has fresh items. The seafood and meat department do a good job as well. I have become a fan of the bakery department. I used to get my wifes birthday cake somewhere else until they disappointed me on one occasion. After that, I tried a cake from HEB and the rest is history. The cake was amazing and I havent needed to go anywhere else. I havent used the pharmacy, but I did ask them a question one day and they were more than willing to help me out. Ive also had a good experience each time that I visited the service desk. I do miss sampling foods at the cooking connection that is closed due to Covid. All of the cooks were so pleasant and willing to offer help with menu suggestions. It is always easy to find an employee if I need help locating an item. They do a fairly good job of keeping the checkout lines minimized. Overall, I have a great shopping experience each time that I visit. As a Veteran, I also want to mention that I appreciate this location doing a Veterans Appreciation Lunch each year. Last year was my first time going and it was nice to see them taking time out to do something for the Veterans on Veterans Day.

Its getting better all the time. Order online, text your parking spot on the curbside, and they will bring your order into your trunk within few minutes. Youll pick up your order without leaving your car. Awesome.

HEB curbside is a lifesaver for a new mom. They’re so friendly, fast, and most of the time they’re very accurate. I’ve had a single of mistake in months of orders, but they made it right immediately and had the correct item delivered to my home free of charge. Great attitudes. Great service.Please keep it up! Waited an hour and twenty minutes to get curbside. When I got home, I noticed they also forgot an item from my list. H‑E‑B needs to do a better job of staffing this location as this seems to be a chronic issue.

45mins before my groceries came thru... Im afraid its just me... Most others were in and out in 10 mins...

Anniversary fondue dinner - order included French bread and apples. I put them in the cart, my husband reviews the order and they were there, but apparently they never made it into the actual order. No idea why. There was in unrelated substitution, I texted “Call” as instructed. No phone call occurred. I called the store and they assured me they would replace. Picked up order and it was missing. Terrible.

This is my first time using the lazy shopper. We ordered a bunch of supplys and food on line. they brought everything to the truck. loaded it up as and we left. Very easy if you dont have time. To shop and exercise. Still nice to go inside smell the Roses. Get free food samples. Very handy

Ridiculous service but never again. Pflugerville HEB curbside. Got here right on time and I’m still waiting an hour later. They need more people, faster people to service the number of curb side spots they now have.Or better, offer delivery to Manor.

Its ok to order cubside but many times dont have what I need and sometimes they want to substitute another item for not having the original one. Dont need it because I didnt ask for it! Service is to slow bringing it to your car! I went there a few times and had to wait at least more then 15 or 20 minutes. Only reason use it now is because of the pandemic but as soon as its over Ill be going in to shop!

Thank you HEB for not running out of party wings and other items that I couldnt find at Harvest for the Super Bowl because they didnt order enough. Its hard to get in and out this location sometimes but I dont mind because they have a very clean and organized store with many helpful workers that work. #Quality.

Out of all the stores that do curbside, HEB is top notch. They come out super fast and are always so kind and friendly. When they load my vehicles up, I try to help them and they usually tell me no. Sweet kids....

Horrible experience. HEB is unprepared for increased demand. Waited for more than an hour w my kids in the parking lot and we still came home emptyhanded because everything is backed up. Why dont you hire more people or better yet dont accept orders when you dont have enough manpower! Your customers and your employees suffer. I had the order delivered instead, with additional charge, still did not come after more than an hour late since time promised. Cancelling my order. Never again! Too much headache and aggravation for something thats supposed to be easy and convenient. Curbside pickup is an amazing concept, but just not here at HEB. Go somewhere else.

This HEB Curbside Pickup seems a little unorganized. Today is Saturday June 27, I got here at 11:44 am and now its 12:48 pm. I still have 10 cars in front of me and they are not moving. If a supervisor see this reviews, please make sure you guys have enough staffs and space for people to park Curbside because this is ridiculous. I have been to other HEBs, but here it is always long wait and people seemed to work slower.

Some employees with good customer service and others that dont have it. Would like better service with fleet orders.

Very efficient and worked as quickly as possible. Many cars were there to pick up items as well as many waiting for spots to open up.

Orders are in my car in about 10-15 min after arriving.

We waiting 45 minutes for someone to come to the car after texting the number on the sign. We saw several cars pull up and leave while we were waiting.

Sometimes when there needs to be a substitution on the order they pick some rediculous items (for example, need chicken thighs but they give me chicken tenders... Then I walk into the store and find row after row of chicken thighs).The most annoying thing is that when they substitute items, they give you the option to text back call to discuss item changes. No one calls, texts back, nothing.So we wait outside to get our pick up, and promptly walk into the store to either find said item they couldnt, or find a much better substitute that is, you know, basically the same item.

I tried to use more of this service to avoid going into store due to covid but... on almost every trip Im given minis on items foreign to them. Example, mole Rogelio I got a size didnt even know existed. 🤦‍♀️...

This was my first experience at HEB curbside service. It was easy and my items were ready for pick up at scheduled time slot, and the worker had excellent customer service.

The following day I questioned why myorder was not delivered the manager stated he couldnt see an order from me, if that is so, how come my card was charged?
