I was pretty unhappy. They had 2 registers open and the self service. And lots of customers needing to check out. I took a picture of the lines to show how bad it was. I waited in line forever. Finally my daughter went to customer service and they just dissed her. Ignored her when she said how bad it was. That was uncool. I will always go back, but it would be nice if they had better customer service.

An hour and a half to change my oil. They couldn’t do a tire rotation and forgot to reset the oil service light. They also didn’t disclose an extra 17.00 fee for my oil filter up front. Less than satisfied

The staff is kind of rude and everytime I go there I get followed by loss prevention (rent-a-cop). They have no reason to follow me yet they do. Ever since I noticed them I make them think Im doing something wrong just so if they stop me I can make them look stupid because I feel like they stereotype people and treat people like myself (tattoos, piercings, colored hair, etc.) Very poorly. Hopefully they learn to not stereotype and treat their customers better.

This particular Walmart is HORRIBLE about updating pricing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bought something where the tag says one thing and it gets rung up for much more. I’ve had troubles in most departments from grocery to shoes to office supplies and so on. I used to work retail so I check the numbers to make sure it’s the correct tag, I’m not the problem here.I wish I could say I had the time to check everything that is rung up as it’s rung up, but unfortunately I often don’t notice until I get home.I’m so tired of having to go back to customer service and I’m sure they’re sick of me too!! I just can’t afford to say “oh well” and leave it be.

It’s terrible! They took away there open 24/7 so you go shopping at 9:40pm and they don’t have any checkers open. But self checkout. I asked if they had any open and the checker says no there’s only 3 of us. So we can’t. Well it would take you longer to put all my groceries back then to open a register! How do they expect someone to use self checkout with an entire basket full?!!? There’s not enough room! And the rudest cashier ever! It’s sad there a billion dollar company and can’t even open a register!

Im glad there is a Walmart near my hotel. Walmart is fully stocked, and I was able to find what I was looking for. The outdoors isle is amazing for all the outdoors ppl,I nearly lost myself on the fishing isle.

I cant begin to express how much I hate how they now stock the canned goods isles still in their case boxes. I no longer buy any canned goods from Walmart because trying to find a can of something when half to sometimes more than half is blocked by a box is impossible. I cant believe theyre so lazy that they cant take the extra 30 seconds to put the actual cans on the shelf.

Payson Walmart is the Walmart we go to if we want to make sure we get the things we need. They are the Walmart we can most often count on to have things in stock. I can usually count on their employees to be pleasant and helpful as well. Today was an especially good experience. It’s nice to have a great experience with a checker. I wish I would have gotten her name, but will remember her face.

I love how this Walmart literally has everything.. but Walmart, your customer service is HORRIBLE. I went grocery shopping the other day and purchased a bunch of baby food for my infant. Paid for it. But accidentally left it at the register. And noticed once I got home. I still had the receipt so on my next visit to Walmart, I went to the customer service desk and told them what had happened. They basically told me it was my responsibility and fault if I leave any groceries behind. Even though I had paid for them.. haha. They said anyone could have used the register I was at and taken the merchandise. That is completely ridiculous. That is garbage. Thankfully they helped me out BECAUSE it was baby food. I work for a company where we always take care of the customer/member. We value that they chose to shop at our company. And even if they forget merchandise or break something loading it in to their vehicle, we will take care of them!!! It’s unfortunate that this is the place with everything when it comes to household essentials. Otherwise I wouldn’t shop here haha. The employees need to be trained better customer service or be paid more so they can ensure they’re hiring great people.

Never stocked threw the weekend so if you plan anything for Sunday better get your stuff Friday that will be your only chance. Employees especially in electronics are so very nice. the younger generation that is there will do what they need to give great customer service. And to help you find what you need or tell you straight up they dont know. One of the best customer service I have ever had at any Walmart electronics department ever and I have been to lots. Thanks electronics employees at Walmart in 21st and Wall in Ogden Utah.

I love this Walmart because their is no self checkouts I live clear in westjordan about an hr away and would rather go to Payson then right down the street because I hate self check out and when their is a long line Im always asked/told to go to self checkouts maybe give more ppl jobs and get rid of self check out big corporations like this save money on not employing people and we dont even get the discount!!. Go at night and this is the one Walmart in the valley that isnt jam packed with people. For some reason there are never any of the Walmart brand guacamole tortilla chips though, and those are 90% of the reason why I shop Sams brands in the first place...Upon arriving you may also notice a plague of shopping carts left in the parking lot. I attribute this to the IQ of the local populace, having lived in Payson myself. I never noticed this until coming back from living up North where people are apparently better at putting their carts away.

This walmart is in a great location to the surrounding areas, they keep everything we need in stock unlike some of the smaller walmart stores. The people who work there have always been awesome everytime I visit.

This is the worst Walmart ever ! So rude at the checkout trying to rush me through. Now an hour and a half trying to call and still cant get anyone one the phone to rectify my problem and Im livid. I specifically asked the boy at check out if that was all my bags and he told me yes. I tried to check and couldnt as he hurried through helping the next person stickibg their stuff into bags so I figured he was right and left and sure enough missing a bag. The paint I bought in that bag was expensive as hell and had to have been bagged separate however I cant get anyone to answer when I call as I dont want to go all the way over there if they dont have it.

There is not best place to shopping as Walmart. Prices are unbeatable and always clean. Customer service is great and always attentive. And life is better after their groceries pick up service, there are nothing better than shopping online and just pick your groceries up. Highly recommend this location.

Its your basic Walmart and one of the only affordable for everyone places in Tooele. Lots of times things arent in stock, but Ive aleays received great service. Affordable and I love their grocery delivery service.

It has a lot to offer in this store. They could use more self check outs as it will get busier in the future. The bakery had quality desserts and you can also get decent sandwiches there. As like a lot of the super centers, it has free wifi. ●Wal-Mart pay is the fastest and best way to get in and out fast. I hope they get curb side soon.

Its a Wal-Mart. Last few times Ive been there Ive been helped by a checker named Amber. Normally the checkers there make no impression but Amber was fantastic. If youre fortunate enough to be helped by her tell her you heard about her here shell probably be pleased if not slightly embarrassed LOL

Truckers be careful on this corner. My driver almost got robbed today. He was parked at curb and a SUV was parked right behind the trailer. (The SUV was hidden, only part of the trunk of the SUV was seen in the mirror) As you can tell it was by the fire lane and there are 100 plus parking space. Why park right behind the trailer? Lucky, my driver saw this and turned on his hazards and locked his doors and the SUV was gone.The Black is the semi truck and the Pink is the SUV

This location struggles to keep stocked. Some complain that self check out stands are their main source of check out, but they do have several so thats great!

This WalMart is located in a large shopping area. Carwash with several fast food restaurants and other small businesses on outer edges of same parking lot and others located nearby. Also right off of interstate, for easy access. Gas stations on both sides of interstate.

Had to go to the pharmacy. They had to transfer my husbands meds from another pharmacy. Did all the work. Very friendly and professional.

Did not have what I needed, even though it said online it was in stock.

In line at Walmart waited 15 mins so far and there are still 2 people in front of me. Walmart you need more checkers or at least one person who is up front and notices when there are lines so far back it’s hard to tell which line goes to which register. I haven’t seen one worker or supervisor the entire time. Ridiculous!!!!

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart. It was crowded, and chaotic. But, their food and other items are always the quality I expect which is why I continue going back time and time again.

There are never enough checkstand attendants... And it doesnt matter what time of day or where...

I couldnt find specific things I needed. Strange store/product layout. I ask several employees (when I could get their attention.. one actually stopped chatting with his coworker and was extremely helpful.) However, my cashier was angry & distracted.. he nearly threw my watermelon.. it was weird and inconsiderate. Similar to witnessing someone experiencing a terets attack with added physical acting out against my iterms/purchases.. or perhaps a bipolar event where he would talk under his breath with judgement about each item? The self checkout line was backed up with extremely long lines.

Its a good Walmart. The people working there are nice. Its always been clean that Ive seen. Generally stocked up. The only issue I have with it is their pick up. They always get at least 1/3rd of the orders wrong: shredded potatoes instead of Obrian, 98% fat free cream of chicken instead of normal, reduced salt broth instead of normal, etc.

50% of people here were not wearing masks, and the staff didn’t do anything about it.Besides that, the typical Walmart experience. The one staff member I interacted with was nice and overall seems like a good location.

Nice, usually clean, and friendly. Doesnt have items other Wallyworlds do BUT I still like enough to stop by whenever Im in Payson. This one may be smaller and so this could be why theres a limited selection.

For what they have they manage it well, just not quite what youd expect from a supercenter.

The employees dont care. Customers also walk around without masks, and Completely disregard social distancing guidelines. At most Ive only ever seen 5 lanes open, and that was during a rush.I do not feel safe shopping here.

The online pick up is good and very convenient. Actually going in the store is a hassle. Like any Walmart it is difficult to find anything and half the time they dont have what youre trying to find, even super common things, like diapers.Ive filled a few prescriptions and twice they only gave me a partial fill of the prescription and didnt tell me when I picked it up. I figured it out later.

Its walmart..... like, how many stars can you truly give a walmart? It depends on what level of crazy is in the store..... sometimes it like 2015....and other times its like 2020 all over again.

Walmart is always my go-to for local needs - for the most part, they usually have what I need. When I need a mix of groceries and other stuff, Walmart is definitely the place to go, but if I just need groceries I like to support other local stores and businesses.

This is a place that falls fairly regularly into my travels. They have the usual variety of everything typical for a Walmart, with the anticipation of a price most can afford (working class poor Americans, of which Im proud to be! So no judging, folks!!)At some of the other centers though, I have seen the occasional colorful personality that adds cheer to a place. The employees encountered here dont seem to have much to smile about and tend to turn away if they see someone coming towards them. I cant quite ascertain if this is a culture for the area, or a result of store management.Bathrooms are usually clean. They are observing the same safety measures as other stores. And the store is usually well stocked and tidy (not the cleanest place, lol...if you accidentally drop something on the floor and responsibly try to retrieve it from under a bottom shelf - DONT! I was shocked at what I saw when I dropped an eyeliner! I laughed my way out of the store! 😄

Employees are nice. The place was very busy when I was here. Found everything I needed. They have many good selection of items from foods to toys to some home interior. Really good size store. Place was just really busy. I can say that I would come back.

Payson Wal-Mart employees have gone above and beyond helping me find certain pioneer woman items I am looking for. They have been very helpful in the kitchen and home department as well as at the service desk today and in the past.

OMG its like everytime we go to its a hole new adventure. We are always having fun shopping and we are always the loudest clowns making people either laugh or shake their heads at is. But we always come out with everything we need and more!!!!

Isles are too small and they have employees stocking the shelves during busy hours so every isle is hard to move through. Also, no matter what time of day there are long lines. I usually spend more time in line than I do shopping. I know Walmart’s are bad, but this one sets the bar even lower!

We love this Walmart. I feel like it has a better variety than the Walmart I’m used to. They’re also pretty well stocked usually. I like their grocery pickup and their clearance aisle especially.
