I’ve ordered a hat and they promised to send it by mail in 2 weeks . I paid in full including mailing fees. They promised to send me an email with the tracking number . Nicole DePugh is a very rude lady . Im a customer from Cali inquiring the purchased and she hanged up and yelled at me. A month passed and I’ve been calling them .This freakin store do not have good customer service and they never delivered what they promised. I have to call the credit card company to cancel the payment I made.Run away from this store people !
