Very good selection...have better luck finding good deals at this store than my local one

This Goodwill Store is under new management and is cleaned up a bit. The attitude from employees is gone and the personnel seems happy to be there.Ive gotten some good deals on glassware and bath linens; things that can be carefully and thoroughly cleaned. Too soon for clothing yet.Prices are about average.Close up parking in a strip mall setting.

There were many great buys happening! Sale began without a hitch....very friendly staff... Not a very big store considering all the goodies that were found!

Good stuff but alil pricey for second hand items

The associates are nice and helpful and they keep the store pretty clean but the pricing for items is way more expensive than in Phx/Scottsdale areas. Lately the store has just been getting filled with damaged items. Would recommend going to the other local thrift stores before this Goodwill for better deals.

This place is fantastic! I love checking things out on a Saturday when there is 50% off on almost all store items. I was able to get a whole wardrobe of clothes for my upcoming trip to Mexico! The store is clean and organized The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a wide variety of items for you and your house. They offer a drive up where someone will come out to unload your donated items. My total came to about $30 dollars but I left with a ton of clothes that were either brand new or gently used. They certainly fulfilled all my needs and Im sure they will do the same for you! Come on over and youll be glad you did! ☺️

I love every thing about the goodwill.1. There is prize on each and every product that the have.2. They have the largest thrift store in payson.3. Its one of the most cleanest stores in payson, bathrooms are the best.4.some of the freidlest customer reps that ther are.5, a non profit organization that puts its staff and customers 1st.6. They have consistent set of rules, mission statement that has guided them on many years of service in there communitys that they set up shop in.7. It was founded, i think in the 40s by offering services and products that have helpt nurashed and enriched there communitys, that they are in.All I know is this its fun to go there, you just dont know what yoll find prize .And buy shopping there your helping some one there, that works there.

This store was awesome last year. Last few times I have been in the prices have skyrocketed. The store in Scottsdale has lower prices.

I have been coming to Goodwill since my children were small [they are now grown] but sadly, they, and all Goodwills get free items and charge high dollar amounts. Their whole personna has change over the years...:(

Do not donate to this place, they just throw your donations in the trash most of the time, and the store manager and her assistants like to price things higher if they know certain people are interested in the item. They claim to care about putting people back to work and will ask you to to donate money when checking out for the career center, but literally no one there knows how to help a customer with that including the managers.

They have plenty of stuff.. But for donated products their very high priced. I thought Goodwill was supposed TO help those who dont have alot of money. I didnt feel they were with their prices. Just telling it like it is.

I know you raise money to help those in need and how people get jobs. And I do appreciate that, but I think the reason your store failed up here before was the prices. Given the fact that we are a small town and wages are not high here well youre items such as blankets and decorative things are priced reasonably I think your clothes are overpriced and I never buy anything such as that. Customer service is absolutely outstanding

WAY over priced for used stuff! Rude staff when I called to find out if they were open on Veterans Day. They definitely lost my donation for today. Ill take my donation to Time Out or Humane society.

All the clothes smell bad and the store seems dirty.

Unfortunately this location will no longer get my business or donations. I purchased a large amount of clothing last week for my husband . Alot of them do not fit & this location does not allow exchanges for store credit. The worker informed me thats why there are fitting rooms & maybe I would be able to take them to a different location over an hour away.. I have shopped at the goodwill for over 20 years in several different states and never has any of those locations been all sales final. Extremely disappointing!

Scary high prices. How can this Thrift store justify these prices? These are used items, and donated to boot. Dont shop here if your thinking of saving money. Might as well go to Walmart or dollar store.

REALLY YOU NEED ID FROM A 14 YEAR OLD?? So although we did find a few great finds at our small town newer Goodwill... the checker informed us that on Sundays they offer military/ student discount of 25% !My 14 year old local freshman that the checker knew as her son goes to same school said bring it next time and did not give us the discount!Come on!She isnt lying about being in school!!!!! Geez... So rather than doing the courtesy of giving us the discount and making us feel like we are valued and remind us that next time you need a school I D .. I left irritated..I will not return as this could have been handle better ... there are plenty of small local thrift shops that would benefit from my donations and $ Goodbye to GOODWILL and GOODRITTANCE!

The Assistant manager is a little lacking in customer service skills. I was waiting for cashier to start checking out my goods the manager still never acknowledged I was there and continued to deal with signing in the cashier never said be a moment sorry for the delay and walked away

Insane. i have never spent over 20 unless it was on purpose. Honestly i think this location just takes advantage of the tourists who go camping. Bought two girls pajama pants and two little girls jackets and a blanket. Tell me how it came out to near $50. They are HIGHLY overpriced.

I have been to this particular Goodwill only 3 times since it opened. Twice I have been ignored while standing at a register waiting to be checked out, while cashiers stood 20 ft away gossiping and laughing.. totally ignoring me. I wont go back!
