I rated this dealer a 1 star for multiple reasons.My purchase: New 2021 Mazda CX-5Pushiness. Right off the bat, Max starts talking me leaving a 5 star review. I wish that had been the case.salesperson Max kept pushing(multiple times) for me to download the Mazda app. When I didnt care for it. Eventually telling me I had to download it. I finally caved as I was trying to get out of this place.The financing department kept pushing for additional warranties and such after stating I wasnt interested, making additional unecessary remarks through out the signing process.Organization and timeliness. Getting to the signing office was a 2 hour wait. I had to correct the rate and loan duration on my contract as Max did not listen to me when I told him the terms I wanted.Listening to the requests of the customer is not Maxs strong suit. I asked Max to make sure the detailers not use armor and shine that junk on the car. They ignored my request and did it anyway and very poorly.The car was not clean by any standard, as the car had dirt all over the wheels and lower portion of the vehicle.The worst part is how they washed the vehicle. There are tiny spiderweb scratches from the wash that the car did not have prior to them washing it.Over all I would not recommend this dealer ship if you value your time, your request and the delivered vehicle finish and presentation.sales manager B.J. was good to work with, sympathetic about the scratches and the dirtiness.I would steer away from Max if you do plan on making a purchase, like my request yours could go unheard(on top of everything else).

Update: 6/15 23 hours after posting my review Mccurley’s got in touch with us. Two phone calls and one email later they are now taking care of the GAP and also replied back to this review stating the Carfax was clean. It’s sad that it took a review to get a call back or this to be taken care of further more make sure to run your own carfax because I cannot guarantee the one they show you is up to date. Maybe it’s a bigger issue of them paying attention to the vehicles they place on their lot but engine fires were a very known issue and the recall dropped before we purchased the vehicle on November 7th 2020 that much is a fact. Yes we should of done our own research but we trusted the information being given to us. Ive added some pictures that contradict Mccurleys saying there was no known issues at the time. Lesson learned do your research, watch what you sign and avoid this Dealership at all cost.I was reluctant to write this because Im not the type to leave bad reviews but I would highly suggest if youre in the market for a vehicle to stay away from any McCurley dealership. six months ago we bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. It was our third vehicle we bought from McCurleys and even though we had a not so good experience before we looked past that because of the loyalty we had built with our great salesperson. A little over a month ago were driving with our kids and the Tucson burned to the ground. Come to find out there was an engine recall that could cause a fire. This information was never disclosed to us and on the Carfax it shows McCurley Mazda was in possession of the vehicle a month before the recall was issued we bought it about 3-4 weeks after the recall was issued. Still I wasnt angry at them because things happen. Its the experience weve had since then. Trying to get someone on the phone to let us know the status of our GAP insurance covering the remainder of the loan. Insurance has already closed the case and paid but yet I cant get any answers from McCurleys. Im always kind and we leave messages but no call backs. Even after the fire, we went in to sign some papers to start the process we were rushed because the Finance person had to hurry back across to finish a deal. No compassion, no apologies or anything. What is frustrating is it seems this dealership is great at getting you in the door and sold but not taking care of you. I had my family in the car when this fire happened and all this could of been avoided if a recall was taken care of and our business would continue to be with this dealership if someone would just simply call us back or act like they cared. I dont need someone contacting me about my experience and offering me perks to take this review down. I hope that whoever reads this will do their research and find a more compassionate dealership to work with.

It was amazing service. I was driving through the area as part of a road trip. I needed to get my brakes checked and tires rotated. They found that my front brakes resurfaced. But charged me a very fair price and didnt charge for the tire rotation. Nemo the service advisor was super.

We were 2 hours away from home on a hot day when our new Mazda decided not to start. We were in Pasco so did a search for Mazda dealers and found McCurley. Donny was amazing. Over the phone he was able to help us get our car started. He said if we came right in he would have a tech take a look to find the problem. Knowing we were from out of town and being unsure how long it may take to diagnose and correct the problem we were offered a loaner car. Long story short, in less than a hour and half the issue was fixed and we were back on the road. We didn’t buy the car from this dealership but they made did everything in their power to get our car fixed. They have earned our business and we will turn to them for all the regular maintenance in the future!

Even with the taxes there less the dealers tack on crazy fees and high document prep fees so we looked closer to home currently and we checked to see what Mccurley Chevrolet had and we met Gabriel on the lot and he had close on another deal and passed us to Josh and he had a truck in mind so we went into the shop and saw this beautiful Tungsten metallic high country, it was a 1 owner, 55k miles, clean car fax and priced under 40k we could not pass it up, we got a great rate with hapo too. Very pleased with the Sales manager Oscar and Felipe in Finance both did a outstanding job from negotiations to vehicle warranty. Wow I cannot say enough good things about my experience with MCcurley. I have poor credit and a few other challenges the the team there…Max, BJ and Jordan worked on getting me a vehicle after my vehicle finally gave up. I had to resort to riding the bus and then walking to work because of my lack of a vehicle and they did EVERYTHING to get me into one and boy were they successful. Max even drive an hour to me to pick me up because I did not have a ride to the dealership. Absolutely amazing and Tommy and Bill were super great with keeping me positive even though I was super doubtful they could get me into a car and remained in contact with me even on their days off!!! I will be referring everyone I can to these guys!!! Thank you! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!
