Clean n cozy environment, less people which is what I want, friendly staffs, serve quick, one of my favorite Starbucks to go now ~

Of all the Starbucks in the area this is my go to! Suzanne runs a great crew, they are always polite and cheery. I love when I walk in and someone always calls me by name and says good morning. Theyre efficient, productive, and most important right now clean!! I go out of my way to visit this location and I appreciate everything they do

Although I prefer my small business coffee shop, Heritage Cafe in Friendswood, this is my favorite location for Starbucks. I usually get an iced mocha with peppermint and they do a great job! I worked at this location a few times when I was a Starbucks partner and I really enjoyed the employees there! If Im going to get Starbucks, this is the location to go.

I KNOW IF MICHAEL IS WORKING MY COFFEE IS GOING TO BE AMAZING THAT DAY!! I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HIM IN THE MORNING. MICHAEL IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB!

The baristas are very polite and I never have any issues ordering at this location.

AMAZING MORNING CREW!! The drive-thru line was practically wrapped around the building close to Fairmont so I went inside to get my order. Admittedly I was that customer in a hurry so I was initially put-off that no one greeted me, and my mobile order wasnt waiting for me on the counter. However, I noticed all 6 (or maybe 7) baristas behind the counter were all working SO hard. I was able to ask one of them about my order, and she calmly helped me in my irritated state. When I showed her the order on my phone, the manager happened to walk by and noticed I had actually placed my order at a different Starbucks location. She said theyd still make it here anyway. THANK YOU SO MUCH and especially to barista AAMIYAH (sorry if I butchered the spelling) for making my fantastic drink!

Starbucks always good for a great cup of coffee with whatever flavoring you like. Lots of teas, hot chocolate, and fresh baked goodies to choose from. I just happen to get a gift card on this visit.

Out of a dozen visits, this location manages to get my drinks to taste as good as I expect. I know that seems to make little sense, but like most chains there are usually struggles with consistency and intermediate events of WTH did they do. Not here, this location does it right every time.

This used to be our favorite store however customer service is gone south and and remains in the dump they cant seem to get orders right and when you call them on it they argue with you about it Even though you order the same thing every time SMH. I sure do miss the old crew

So I’ve been coming here nearly every day for a week. I’ve been doing some fieldwork nearby, and since Im 45 minutes away from our office I can’t go back for lunch. Instead I sit here (always order a drink or snack to “earn” my seat). It’s been a very pleasurable experience. The inside is relatively calm despite a busy drive thru. The service has always been quick and efficient. They play pretty good music too (except one day last week it was non-stop Shawn Mendes, didn’t like that very much lol). Overall the drinks and food are the same as you would get at any other Starbucks. It’s mostly the vibe that’s worth 5 stars. Always plenty of open tables and outlets for working, and no one gives me a hard time for bringing in my lunch from home. Overall this is a good location.

I ask for Iced and they make hot. I ask for Almond milk they put whole milk. Im so tired of reading the barista doesnt like it if you ask for this or that. Its their job. Thats what they get paid to do is make coffee! The coffee is so pricey you would think you could get your order right in a timely manner.I know we all have off days, but this seems to be an everyday thing at this Starbucks!I can compliment the Starbucks in Target. They make the best coffees. The consistency is perfect. My drink is always made correctly!

Stopped by for a coffee and snack. Was skeptical at first because there were more than 5 cars in the drive through which usually means a 30 minute wait, at the minimum (most locations). Nope. Not here. I was shocked at how the line moved so quick. I wish other locations were like this! Job well done!

I love this Starbucks location. They are fast and polite.

Cars encircled the building when pulled in. Was already running late, and it was raining, so I thought, Ill run in, it will be quicker. NOPE. I went in and there were 7 ppl working. I stood at the register where a gentleman making coffee made eye-contact w/ me 2xs, but said nothing. No one ever asked or mentioned not ringing orders up in the store or asked if they could help me. Five minutes I stood there trying to figure out what was going on. Then it dawned on me maybe they dont place orders in the store anymore, so I used the mobile app. Out of pure annoyance while my coffee was still being made, I thought Id sit down no where near anyone and eat my egg bits while they were hot. I was quickly engaged at that point that I could not eat in the cafe. Im fine w/ all that and even the line outside, but lack of customer service is unacceptable. They are normally very kind, prompt, smiling. Today must have been an off for at least 6 of them. Was thankful for the young man who delivered my coffee respectfully.

The employees here are very kind and accommodating. I accidently ordered hot coffee on the app instead of the frap I was supposed to get. They made me the right thing fast even with a long line (theres always a line at Starbucks) I wish they had curbside pickup at this location but this is a small SB so it makes sense. Great location

Suzanne went above and beyond for customer service and filled an order I placed at another Starbucks when they suddenly closed. She was pleasant and helpful, and definitely a great example of what customer service is about!Xavier was at the window and was also pleasant and engaging while waiting for the order to be completed. It was overall a great experience this morning, and Im very thankful for this shops dedication to customers!

Again inside orders are the last to be addressed. 3 people on drive through and 2 cleaning. And stuck inside with people in defiance of mask order (sitting but no food or drink). Starbucks should refuse inside tables to anyone not ordering and not wearing a mask. There were two women actually eating so they get a pass but the man without any purchases?Also half the parking nearest the door was taken up by the 5staff so there is that

I ordered a London fog latte but was basically just given a hot tea. I had one of the best London fog lattes at that location about 6 months ago so that’s why I went back. Disappointing.

My white chocolate mocha was incredible!

A breeze to get my user even with 6 cars ahead of me. Staff was very polite.

The coffee was good but they dont recycle. They had (4) gallon milk jugs in the trash. And the employees said that they go through about 12 a day. So sad.

Ordered a salted caramel frappuccino through drive thru, It was completely melted and had a tiny drizzle of whip cream on top, I complained to the hippie and asked for him to either replace it or give me a refund, he told me to go speak to a manager and basically to piss off. I will never come back to this star bucks again.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I always come to this location even if I’m closer to another one. I should’ve left a review sooner but today I absolutely have to. I just went through the drive thru with 4 screaming toddlers, sat in a pretty long line with 4 screaming toddlers, and when I finally got to the front the girl at the window just gave me my drink and some extra cake pops for free. I guess she could tell that I was stressed, and she did something really unexpected. I don’t know her name, I wish I did. It was so nice I actually cried on my way home. The employees are always really great, but this girl basically made my week so I wanted to say thank you!!

Tried this location in the morning and the inside was not busy. Walked in and did not get a welcome greeting. I stood at the counter for five minutes before I was acknowledged but even then they did not take my order. Stood there for another minute then I left. Seems like the employees were ignoring the face to face customers for the drive through.I assume you should drive through or mobile order here because they have zero customer service for those who walk up to the counter. 5/01 at 700 a.m.

Ive never been to this Starbucks until the other day and man is it one of the best ones in the near area the restroom is clean all the other ones in town are stinky and the handles never lock even though they are all basically remodeled and brand new Id rather they have stayed separate from another but it is what it is this place always seems to have the sausage and cheddar biscuits too! Yum

It is nice to have a Starbucks within walking distance. Shiny and new. They will be getting more of my money as time goes by.

If the manager isnt there, then the day crew moves soooooooo slow. I can be the only one in there and it still takes ten minutes for them to make a an americano.If the manager is there, it is a great place to go. The morning crew is also awesome.

I probably went in there to use their clean restroom and grab some free Wi-Fi but I make my own coffee in a French press that carry in my truck and go everywhere with LOL

Got my order wrong. Really wrong. Somehow my name became Carter. I was charged for 2 extra shots of espresso I didnt get and charged twice to add caramel. I asked for a frapaccino which is a blended ice drink, I got it as a hot drink, when I told them I asked for the blended ice version, they didnt fix it they just added scoops of ice to it.

The service in the drive thru here has been terrible the last 2 times I have gone. The wait time specifically. It was so bad I pulled out of the line the first time after waiting over 10 minutes just to order. The second time no one came over the intercom so I pulled ahead only to get trapped behind 2 other cars and still waited 10 minutes to get to the window. Both of these incidences happened during off peak times in the afternoon.

They fill the cup completely with ice then your beverage.

Super friendly baristas and a good selection of baked goods to choose from.

Love the Ultra Caramel Frapp! And the new smoked turkey snack and swiss, carrots, and apples snack box 😋
