Breakfast burritos are very tasty and filling - easily can be shared. Their tea selection is also great. Lattes are good as well and they had a large selection of alternative milks. Service was quick and the staff was helpful.

Really great coffee at Copa Vida. Didnt realize there was more room inside to either eat, or study, or just meet a friend :) I got 3 hot drinks a week ago and didnt know they had more than one syrup. I got one of each. Really enjoyed the Brown Sugar flavor. Went back again to grab another latte. I really wanted to sit down and enjoy my coffee but inside was a little crowded and the outside tables were also taken. maybe next time 😁 coffee is given in to go cups which is understandable

This place is delightful for breakfast. I came after the gym and wanted something relatively healthy. I was in the mood for a breakfast burrito but didnt want to feel guilty. I tried the veggie burrito and I recommend it as a lighter option. It is satisfying and the sauce accompaniment is delicious. Service is nice and gals are friendly. parking is very nearby in the Green Street parking lot and the first 90 minutes are free. This place is just across the street. I dined in and service was fast and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I went on a Wednesday morning at about 9:30 a.m. so perhaps thats why it wasnt so busy. The space is open and very clean. Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu. Good breakfast spot.

Copa Vida is adorable and cozy! One of my new fave coffee shops and brunch spots! This place is great, on the weekends I love to come here for a delicious brunch meal, and on weekday evenings Ill often come up to Pasadena now and sip coffee and work on my laptop! The drinks here are delicious, I especially love the Apple Spiced Tea Latte! Such a unique and sweet flavor! The coffees here are all really good as well. If you come when theyre serving brunch, I loved the offerings. The plates come with generous portions, as well as a good amount of greens to keep it healthy. The eggs were nicely cooked just right and exactly the way I like it.The ambience inside is wonderful, its well lit and is very modern and slightly industrial feeling on one half of it, with the other half being more brightly lit. Whichever suits your preferences! A very relaxing place to come in the evening and get some work done in a cozy and comfortable environment.I love you Copa Vida! Ill be visiting you regularly from now on!

I come to copa vida once or twice a week and it’s always on point with the homemade custom made croissants muffins and best croquet madam I’ve ever had California… I highly recommend and it’s a great place to work on Buisness or schooling, hanging out with friends or just picking up to go. Come over and get a smile and almond croissant with some amazing lattes…

The best coffee shop and I can bring my cat here. I have visited this coffee shop several times and always enjoyed the coffee, and were always tempted by the selection of cakes. It is refreshing to be able to take the cat in who always gets masses of fuss from other customers and then sits quietly under the table. I strongly recommend this place for all coffee lovers!

I wanted to love this place, but the food is bland. The Vegan-chilaquiles were not good at all, I wish I could’ve received a refund. The tofu bowl on the other hand was good, I’d get it again. Overall this place is decent, next time I’ll just stick to my go-to which is the breakfast burrito. The service here from the waitress was great, the baristas aren’t very friendly.

This is a great coffee shop that does their own roasting and also brew amazing matcha tea. It is affordable and located in town with a ton of parking next to it! This is always our must visit place whenever we are in the LA area. Both the coffee and food are delicious and its in a great location right near downtown Pasadena. The place has plenty of seating because of the backroom tables as well as a few outdoor places to sit as well. The primary reason we come here is for the coffee, but have been very impressed with their food options as well. Each dish is large enough to share so come with your friend if you dont have a huge appetite!By far, my favorite dish is the french toast. Probably the best dish on the menu although I also love the avocado toast (which is huge).Definitely check this place out if you want great coffee and great food before or after youve shopped your legs off in Pasadena.

A fun road trip stop with several interesting tea latte options. I got the mint brûlée latte and quite enjoyed it! Would order again or try another one of their tea lattes. In addition to the tea latte, I also got the pictured pastry — some sort of sweet bun filled with sweet cream. It was very well balanced and only lightly sweet, pillowy in texture, and a very unique/fun experience to eat. Would order again!Note that the “freddo” drink is essentially an espresso shot shaken with ice and sweetened. This drink initially attracted me to the location because I’ve really enjoyed freddos in Italy. However, in Italy the name means something different, as these drinks are dessert-like, frozen, creamy espresso (consistency of custard), served out of a unique machine.

The best coffee shop in the area despite strong competition all around. The beans are roasted with a light touch. Both the espresso and pour overs are well done by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food is really good — well made and fresh — much better than what’s expected for a coffee shop. The only downside is the parking. There is 90 minute free parking next door. However, spots are sometimes hard to find. No WiFi on the weekends.

Croque Madame with Kale Salad, Fresh OJ, Vanilla Latte, and a double shot.Because it’s a specialty coffee and tea house, expect to pay specialty prices. It’s not an everyday cafe spot but if you want good food and social media worthy photos this is your spot. Customer service was alright not over the top. Felt out of place since I didn’t immediately know what I wanted. Wasn’t pleased that I got an eye roll from my cashier when asking a few questions.

We had a meeting with artists friends in there. Very cozy place. From what Ive noticed many people are coming there to draw, study or work on whatever they need to have done. Tables are maybe little bit too close so if there is more people inside you have no intimacy at all. It got really crowded in the evening. I had Iced Americano and I was not really impressed. Didnt like the taste and it came in cheap looking plastic cup. Probably just a bad choice, hard to judge from one visit. Still very very nice place to go a chill with friends.

Good coffee with a nice selection of drinks and food. Definitely would go back for their coffee but not for the ambiance.I went several times and its always busy and loud. I had an easy time finding a seat because I was alone but it was very hard to concentrate. Every time I went, they were playing loud music, and people were obviously speaking louder to hear each other resulting in an even louder environment. I dont understand how anyone can study or work here. Maybe better headphones would help, but the noise definitely got through mine.

Copa Vida is more than a coffee shop. It’s a home. I’m a west side refugee in Pasadena quite often; my girlfriend lives out here and I find myself needing to kill time while avoiding traffic before she gets off work.Copa Vida has been my rock in this scenario, with decent WiFi, an all around dank drink menu including a chuggable iced matcha, a reliable americano, and a #squad of pour overs.Copa Vida won’t disappoint.
