Have been here several times but on this day dont know what was up with the donuts. They didnt look like typical flat and thin krispy kremes. Anyhow i will come back unfortunately.

UPDATE: IVE GONE TO THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES AND ITS BEEN CLOSED EVERY TIME DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS. THIS WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. THE KRISPY KREME WEBSITE ALSO LISTS THIS LOCATION AS CLOSED WITH NO FURTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED.Facility was very clean and the cashier was extremely nice. I had to wait seven minutes for some hot, fresh doughnuts which were delicious.The outdoor seating looked very inviting for a beautiful spring day.I tried the famous glazed and chocolate glazed doughnuts. Also, I got an assorted box but havent tried all the varieties in it yet.

We went in to order and were greeted with friendly smiles at counter. We ordered doughnuts and drinks and sat at a table. It was delicious! The one person bathroom was very clean. Well go again for a sweet treat.

The donuts received a 3 star, they were good.But, Joseph at this location was 5 stars! He went above and beyond, he had great communication, very personable, and had a super great attitude! Keep up the great work Joseph! he needs a raise!

Greeted by manager and staff. Delicious donuts. They have lots of different donuts. Our daughter spilled her milk and they have her a new one. Original glazed donuts run out fast and they take about 40 minutes to make. So, call before you make a trip if you like the original donut. We will be back for sure.

Good donuts, not exceptional, but good. I dont know why it takes so long to throw donuts out the window but even a short line can take a few minutes to get through. Friendly staff and clean premises.

And pulling up to menu bored, thinking we would here and apology of some sort, followed by our drive thru is currently not in service, instead we get rudeness from big Bertha wont be returning

This is a Large coffee that tastes more like melted ice and milk than whatever they call coffee. Even McDonalds has better ways than this place. Underskilled members with not basic common sense, i guess the kind of people who can work for 7.25hr. Overall, we left our unfinished drinks and never coming bavk again.

I’ve been to this Krispy Kreme five times and every time I’ve been there has been a problem. The workers are friendly but they make things much harder than they need to be and seem confused about their job at times. Today, the donuts and their labels didn’t match up, so they gave me 6 chocolate custard filled donuts instead of cream filled. I traveled 30 minutes to get these donuts for my dad and he assumed I ordered incorrectly, but this was 100% Krispy Kreme’s fault because they improperly labeled the donuts on the display shelf. I hope this Krispy Kreme doesn’t get shut down because it’s the closest one to me, but they definitely need to improve their customer service in order to keep their customers satisfied.

I was so excited to have a Krispy Kreme donuts move into my area. I lived in FL for most of my life and Krispy Kreme donuts was one of the things I missed when I moved here 5 years ago. The donut deflated on my first bite and the glaze tasted of pure sugar. This is not the donuts I remembered. I am hoping it is just because they are new and constantly busy and the donuts arent getting a chance to set before being boxed up and handed out. It is a difficult parking lot to manuver through. I will be back when things calm down.

I have not had a Krispy Kreme donut right off the conveyor belt and probably 20 years. More amazing than I remembered! My wife had never had one before and the look on her face said it all! These donuts are fantastic! And yes we brought some home!

$8.99 for a dozen glazed that are cold as ice at morning rush hour is ridiculously crazy.... employees sitting down on the table talking on the cell phone just collecting a check...I would have done better getting them at a gas station atleast they wouldve been room temperature.

Drove 45 minutes away from home to get the special chocolate glazed donuts that they only do once in a while while. Ordered in drive through. Ordered very specifically “chocolate glazed” not the regular chocolate iced glazed. She even repeated it back correctly. Did not get the correct ones.. didn’t realize till I was 20 min away, and was afraid to turn around and exchanged for correct ones, seemed like the kind of employees that would spit in the food.

I will never come here again been in line with no one in front of me for over 20 mins I had to correct the person taking my order 3 timesThe donuts are good but the service sucks

Went for the buy one dozen get one free special. Got cut off and wasnt able to get them and waited in line over an hour. It should have been managed different to stop people from driving into the drive thru about an hour before close. People in line werent too happy.

Went to get donuts and coffee, as I told them at the window I wanted coffee both employees started discussing about “who was gonna make the coffee” one of the employees left and the other one told me “we’re not making coffee right now” while handing me cold donuts. If you don’t want to work at a donut shop where people usually get coffee in the mornings then don’t work there, now look at me cranky writing this review without my morning coffee LOL

Ive been to a Krispy Kreme place years ago. This place in Pasadena was awful. The donuts were awful. The icing is so different. It just cracks up and falls all over. Nothing like the donuts from years ago. I went there for coffee and donuts, because Shipleys was closed. The girl working the front was so absentminded and s l o w!!!I wont ever go back there.

The donuts looked perfect and delectable but thats about as good as it got. I could taste the burnt oil of previously fried donuts. It was so disappointing that I lost my appetite. Perhaps Ill go some other time and try something else but for now, Id be wary or getting donuts in the afternoon. [I got them at 3:45].

Well drove 20 minutes to this location the drive thru because the inside was closed. Turns out the ordering machine didnt work so you had to drive up to the window to place your order. We arrived at this location at 10am and we didnt pull out of the parking lot until 11:15am. They also only took exact change or cards only. Will not be returning. If could give negative stars they would be -20 in my book.

The employees at the Pasadena location are so nice and hospitable. The building is charming. It has a retro diner feel to it. The donuts are great, of course.

Avoid the drive through!!! The few times I used the drive thru the coffees were not what we ordered...the donuts either. Better to go inside and talk to the friendly staff!!

The strawberry frosting donut was cold and very hard. The original glaze were good. I wish I wouldve caught some right out the oven. The place seemed slow on veterans day so I hope that strawberry one I got wasnt too old. I still have it 4 stars cause the only person that seemed to be working there was nice.

Ive always loved Krispy Kreme, and this store was no exception. Kept an eye out for the HOT NOW sign. If you want a delicious donut, straight off the belt, freshly glazed, warm, and melt in your mouth this is DEFINITELY the place for you. Amazing. :D

I love Krispy kreme donuts. They have an amazing donut machine so you can watch them being made, fried, flipped and iced automatically. Many different kinds of frosting and filings available. Id the fresh light is on, you can go inside and get a free donut with purchase. Manny drink options available, including milk. Heavenly donuts when fresh!

Do not buy donuts from this location. The cashier uses the same gloves for the money transactions and to place donuts in the box! At least use tongs! I saw this happen as soon as I received my box. I threw away my donuts once I got home. So diappointed!!!

I came during the noon time, so unsure how it is during the morning rush. I got a very nice worker named Jenna, she was so polite and amiable. Donuts are delicious. The blueberry one is really sugary though. Donut holes were super soft and sweet enough. Clean and speedy at the time I went.

The Krispy Cream closed in Clear Lake City closed years ago but some of my happiest memories are from there. And the donuts were warm and delicious with cold milk.

During the past few week we saw that all sr graduating get a free dozon doughnuts. My daughter who has spent 15 years in school was excited. So she decided that we would go after we pick her cap and gown up at 11am. So when we got there we were told that they were closed and would not open again untill 2pm. So we went back home and waited. When we got in line we waiting for awhile. We were just about to pull in and we told they were done for the day. Yea do yall always let the people down. I called corporate and told them. But no one really cares from that store. No one has called to try to talk and see if there is anything they can do. You broke her heart. You are heartless. Will never go here again. My daughter was a big fan of yall.

I went for the Friday 13th Special like it said online and they told me they werent doing it. So then I asked about the holiday dozen and they told me they werent ready with those donuts. Ugh! So I left....

So slow... Literally slowest donut shop Ive ever been to. I get to the front and to top it off, all they have is glazed. Absolute fail.

1st time in since they closed here years ago & they do not offer the type of donut that brought me in and is on their online menu . I will not be returning to any Krispy Kreme location. The cruller is the donut I was interested in and I was not told they were out of it, I was told they did not have it- just to be clear it’s on their online menu and there are not many shops open in the Houston area so I doubt it’s an item that they only carry in certain markets.

First visit. I give this place a zero star. Place was filthy. Donuts were disgusting. The donuts were way too sweet. Very bad presentation. Very expensive. Will never go again. And will not recommend. The cashier was nice and friendly. But donuts were horrible.

I grew up on Krispy Kreme (Im from Louisiana). The donuts tasted the exact same from growing up. Very delicious .Ignore all of the I waited 2 hours for my donuts, so I have to rate it 1 starWhat do you expect to happen when it just opened ? They cant do anything about their business . If you see that the line is long and you dont have time, wait or leave . Common sense

Went by at 6:45 pm (they don’t close till 8) and the store was completely out of donuts! They did not have one to sell me. We will not return!

Light was on. Got in line. Light went out, out of donuts. Said would be 15minutes. As we drove off light came back on. And still no hot donuts. Manager said there was a promotion. Well if there was a promotion, now you know you will have customers. They obviously stopped making them in order to run out at 8:30pm. Poor management. Decided to save our money.

Horrible experience!! The machine was broken. You walk in and the place was so dirty. There were donuts on trays everywhere. The lady that was pulling donuts was also taking money with no gloves. I will never return again and will let friends and family know not to go that live on that area.

Not what they use to be. Havent been to Krispy Kreme in nearly ten years. Decided to hit them up Saturday afternoon. Place was less than clean and had more than five flies around the cash register. Ordered two creme filled doughnuts and two glazed for me and my wife. Glazed ones were OK the other two were flavorless. Pure Sugar. Wont be going back anytime soon.

This location never fails. I placed a fundraising order a week in advance at the Pearland location and they never acknowledged it. I called the manager at this location and they were super happy to take my order, even if it was a little after the 72 hour timeframe. They were made fresh and quick in time for my fundraiser. Employees have great customer service and they love their customers. Doughnuts are always made fresh here. If you want good quality made doughnuts and coffee, make the drive to this Krispy Kreme location. It is worth it.

Enjoyed my first Krispy Kreme Donut at the Grand Opening. I will be coming back to enjoy more donuts and try their selection of drinks. The ice coffee looks so good.

They only get 3 stars from me because theyre Krispy Kreme and their donuts are awesome. Otherwise, a very disappointing 2-day experience.My wife got a notification they had 2 varieties of reeses donuts for a limited time. Thats something my family can really get behind. She tried to pick some up a couple hours later and they were out. No big deal, this happens sometimes with popular items.So, being the forward thinking guy I am, I called ahead the next morning and was told they had them and that they would still be there when I arrived. However, when I got there 20 minutes later, they only had 1 of the varieties and I had to wait in the parking lot for them to finish making those.This location rarely disappoints, but I cant give a positive review when I called ahead and still was disappointed.

Was in drive thru over 10 minutes.... no ever asked what we needed so eventually with 3 cars behind us I proceeded to drive to window were we seat there another 5 mins or so while employees kept passing us up laughing and joking around with each other. . After minutes passed and blowing horn to gain someone attention no one still came to window..... eventually pulling up to front door to go in my wife and cousin went in only to walk in to employees still playing around un store so they asked for supervisor only to be approached by Im guessing a shift lead with a bad attitude.... in all every car plus others that pulled up later was disgusted with the poor customer service

Staff was not prepared for the influx on people coming in for the buy 1 get 1 free for birthday celebration. Only things available are glazed & donut holes. Assorted flavored donut case is empty. While in line, they ran out & have to make more. This should have been an all hands on deck with everyone employed should be here & each has a specific job so productive doesnt have to stop. Poor management in this regard. Also noticed a man in the back handling the dough with no gloves on, doing sweat off his face with a towel & not washing his hands. That is a health code violation. He should be wearing gloves when touching any food.

Went here on 9/12 got home and almost all my donuts were burnt! I called the location repeatedly and the phone rings twice and then gives a busy signal. I wasted my money time and rewards. This is ridiculous!

We waited over an hour in line to finally get the most sugary sweet donuts Ive ever had. There was a black man outside who looked like Samuel L. Jackson in Django, that was smoking and continuously wiping his face on his Krispy Kreme apron. I kept wondering if he was the one that was supposed to be making the donuts that we had been waiting so long for and if that was the apron he planned on wearing while cooking them. My kids want to try them but Im not sure i will ever return!

I actually tried these Donuts in Florida and I like them now I tried them at my home town and theyre awesome as well.

I have always loved fresh KK donuts, but unfortunately my last 3 orders at this location have been less than substandard! The management and/or owners of this franchise seriously need to address the quality issues at this location. Their customer service at night especially has been poor and needs to addressed as well.

They have done away with the original kreme filled donuts. They now put a glaze of chocolate on top. Drove over an hour to get them. I guess we will have to go back to Florida to get the original.

Again, The donuts were not hot and fresh when I got them. Shipleyss is less than a mile from Krispy Kreme so I just stopped patronizing them and go to Shipleyss. They are fresher.

All I can say is, this location better bring their level of service up because there is no way then can compete with the quality of product that Shipley offers. Service sucked. The girl who took our order couldnt be concerned less with our presence at the counter. The sign was flashing for fresh hot donuts, we were not offered one and we most certainly were not served one. Their receipts dont give you an avenue for feedback, because they dont want it. They had better do some service training, and quick. We will not be back.

The donuts here are always packed with cream filling. Getting a cream filled donut with no cream is just a ball of sad bread with a glaze on top. Keep it up, guys!

In disbelief coz we were the only one there. This facility was clean and tidy. The store clerk was nice and friendly. I was disappointed with the donuts itself. The hot chocolate I ordered was off flavor and the coffee did not taste good!
