I went to the store in face values in Pasadena to buy hair color but when I started to mixed it didn’t have all the products inside the box I was very disappointed .. I email them but never get a email from them.

The staff is friendly and helpful. If you ask for assistance in locating a product, they make every attempt to take you to the location and make sure you find what you need, and if its not something they stock, they give helpful advice on locating it. Their prices are very good and much to my surprise, they offer an excellence selection of lubricants for adult needs which spares the embarrassment of having to go to a sleazy sex shop if you have a need for those type of items

Even as guy, I like this store. A lot things you need and a lot things that are here thats not expected. Basically, more than just skin care products. The best thing was the oversized travel size product area.

This place is so nice and clean. Every aisle is neat. Not one thing out of place. Also products are reasonably priced. There are some products there that I cant find at other stores. Good clearance rack. Also super friendly and helpful employees.

Theyve updated the coupon policy re: BBB coupons. Some BBB coupons now have a disclaimer which states Harmon cant accept them, so be mindful... Use the old ones. They still accept expired coupons from both stores.

The staff and Manager here are first rate. They carry many personal care items and boast a vast collection of travel size items, a large which spans the middle to back of the store. Good location that I wish was closer to home.

Everyone is wonderful so nice and helpful. Its a one stop shop they have everything. Its very clean. The Travel is great gives me a chance to try some items out before getting the bigger ones. Keep up the good work.
