Went there today to buy cologne as a birthday present for my dad. There were three workers and only one customer checking out at the counter. They did not welcome me in or ask if I needed any assistance. I waited for a few minutes to see if they would come up to me, but they just stood around talking and laughing. I’d like to point out that I had just finished a long cycling trip and was still dressed in my cycling attire. I did not have my makeup or hair done, so they probably assumed I wasn’t going to buy. Next time I will just buy online instead.

Customer service is awesome. They are very attentive for one to have an awesome shopping experience. Although I didnt find everything I need, still I manage to get stuff close to what I need plus trying something new that I have not seen. They dont have the testing on items due to COVID but still they give the chance to turn return or exchange the item in case it didnt fit.

Staff knows their stuff about beauty products and all the staff is friendly. I will be coming back to this store. Also its very clean!=D

Terrible experience, lady made me so uncomfortable. Watched my every move and she had a terrible energy with her & bad attitude so I left. Found everything I needed at ulta with assistance from a worker.

I received such good customer service from Ava!! They were super busy and she handled it like a champ and provided me with exceptional service. She took her time with me and found my correct foundation and helped me pick out brushes and explained so much to me. This is the third Sephora I’ve been to this week trying to get the correct shade and my search is finally over. And the gentleman at the counter that rang me up was also so sweet and polite. This will be my Sephora from now on!!!

The store layout was nice, if you already know what you want then it makes it easy to find the thing that you need. Staffs are super sweet, helpful and I feel very welcome. One lady was helping me and went to grab some stuff and another one approached to make sure that I was helped. I dont know why people are complaining about the store but I had great experience. They matched my skin with the correct foundation and give great recommendations in skin care. Im a VIB and I purchase all my stuff at Sephora. Would always come back here for more.

Every time I go to this Sephora the girls that work there are so unhelpful and rude. I love Sephora so much but this specific locations employees are ridiculous. They are rude and do not seem to know anything about the products. When asked for help they sound like they dont even know what they are talking about and they talk to you with attitude. I also called about 3 minutes before 10am when they open, which I didnt know what time they opened, to ask a question and when they girl answered her reply was We dont open until 10., and she wouldnt answer my question. I was astounded! Your not open but you sound open and you open in 3 minutes?! Why even answer the call then? It just silly. Drive to the Baybrook location, its worth the customer service.

They are very helpful and friendly, I want to thank Ava for helping me today and for sharing some of her beauty tricks.

I was just there, and asked a lady to help me find a foundation. She ended up ditching me at the vanity to go help some lady and her daughter, even though I asked for her assistance first. They walked in and asked for her help while she was in the middle of helping me. She just brought me foundation shades to try and left me, never came back or even bothered to ask if I was okay. I waited about 15 minutes and then left. I have never been treated so rudely. I definitely will not go back to this sephora, or recommended it to anyone who needs help findig a foundation.

Not the best Sephora, workers are ok. You can feel the tension here because of low class customers who cant control there children or either stand at the brand counters for a long period of time swatching products and conversating and wont even move even if they know youre trying to pick a product. you cannot hog a small space blocking other people! Other customers want toPurchase items as well. Anyways i will avoid this store due to the customers who come here. Its always the same.

The sephora checks out jcpenny merchandise. It is really inconvenient when I only have one make up item and the person ahead have 12 bathroom rugs .
