Great shop around the corner from my home. Pretty well stocked on supplies. For me, it’s the employees that keep me returning.

Nothing is priced! Why!?! Makes no since, they are always out of what I need and it’s to expensive! Maybe that’s why they don’t price anything. I’ll drive to Armstrong!

Unreal, dont waste your time. I drive 30 minutes to this location in Pasadena, and was told she has no change so I could not purchase what I need, her words were I only purchased one item, and its early and I would take all her change. GO GET CHANGE!! just so unbelievable..Basically a waste of my time.

Dread coming to this location. The slim lady with glasses, a bit older is usually the one who checks me out. Every time I go she says she can’t find me in the system because my name is spelt incorrectly but never fixes it. Nor my address. Just seems lazy. Forget about asking product info. Rude and not knowledgeable about the brands.

Shelves always have no or low stock. Never have Olaplex. I heard new owners were taking over. I hope it improves fast. I end up going to Armstrong Edgebrook, they are always fully stocked.

I went in today and they had everything I needed. The lady helped me find what I needed. Great and friendly staff.

I always find what I need,now with new owners and new hours its my go to beauty supply store. Its in the area and has all the brands I look for.

Its a litle far but its clean, staff is nice and it always have what i want and need..

This place is a joke. Every time I go here, I leave angry. They never have supplies and when you order stuff, they never order it. I specifically ordered stuff before school started for my students so when school started, they could get it immediately. Guess what? They never ordered it. Luckily the Webster one had them in stock. I had to go out of my way to go pick them up. Today I went and they didn’t have change for the cash I was paying. I was forced to leave supplies I needed. They have the most incompetent people who work there and inconvenient me more than anything. It’s hard running a business, specifically using Redken, and the supplies are never in stock. It looks like a desert in there and tumbleweeds blow by, the shelves are always empty. I seriously would boycott this place if Armstrong carried Redken.
