My radiator was having a ton of issues & I had no idea how to fix. I decided to try out Trans-Tech transmission and I was not disappointed. The entire staff was very helpful, thorough, and best of all honest. Arthur was knowledgeable on what he does and the service was great. Definitely recommend to everybody!

One of my top 3 best experiences with a mechanic . He was thorough and clear about the problems my truck had and he was also frank about my trucks condition . I truly appreciate the mans honesty; He suggested a fix that would hold me over until Im able to get a new car and even suggested a place where I could maybe sell my car at or use my truck to get another truck . Highly Professional, and great customer service. Took my truck that had a blown out transmission case. They had it done in less than a week and the price was still great for the work done. The transmission runs really well and comes with a great warranty. I would highly recommend Arthur and his shop crew to anyone who is looking for a good price and fantastic customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever had !!! I if could give zero stars I would.I took my Lexus last week for a differential job the owner/mechanic in charge told Me it was going to be 350, ok no problem I was working out of town that same week so I couldn’t go get the part myself after paying for the part I asked him if can go get it he said ok no problem, but the junk yard wasn’t ready with my part yet they said they’ll deliver it which they did . I go there today to pick my car I wanted to check out my car to make sure the job was all good the owner starts asking for the money saying “Time is money “ I told Him i just want to make sure you did a good job he starts to rush me so after turning on my car, I asked him why are all these lights on my dash they weren’t on before he said he didn’t know so he tried to get to leave him my car again so he starts rushing me again demanding payment, so we walked toward his office he said he’s charging me an extra $50.00 for wasting his time at the junk yard, again with “time is money “ line, I told him it wasn’t my fault the part wasn’t ready he didn’t care, I told him if was you your to Charge extras for going 7 miles there and back he should’ve told me I would have made arrangements to get the part, again with the time is money line ... so since all you care is money not your CUSTOMERS I’ll be taking my MONEY and business elsewhere !!! No waste y’all time and money at the shop

They rebuilt two transmissions in two different vehicles of mine Art is a hell of a guy. Really reasonable prices dont worry he says it will be done it will be done

This is a great place to get more than your transmission done... Not only is the quality great I can say after getting work done on more than 2 of my vehicles done its my place I call my mechanic go to place. For the prices he charges I get more done than I thought I would at another place. Go put your truck, car work truck or what ever you need they can cover you from simple to omg its done!!! I thought my trany was gone and he fixed it for way cheaper than I thought.... So I had them fix other stuff to..

Guys will work with you to accommodate you. They have helped me tow my car at a very affordable price. They are very busy ppl so dont expect crap fast service, they do things right. If you think a proffesional is to expensive hire an amateur first. Highly recommended.

I recently had a good experience that started with the bad experience of both of our cars dying at the same time, both with transmission problems, both went to TransTech where I had taken my cars for over twenty years. The first was my Nissan Frontier, they gave me an estimate for repair that was more than fair and while waiting on parts from Nissan my wife called saying he r Kia stopped on the freeway the motor is still running but it wont go! I assumed transmission after towing to TransTech I got the call fully expecting to hear the worst and prepared to give the go ahead again. To my surprise the owner, Art, said come get your car - your transmission checks out the problem was in the motor. Both cars left the shop with an out of the pocket expense to me of less than $1000. After expecting to pay several thousand it was not only a relief but a good feeling that there are still people who will treat you fairly and honestly even when they could profit otherwise. Tried to give me the run through and send me to his buddy first for engine work. No problems with engine. Id go to a stealership before going here again.
