Service engine Soon indicator came on. I checked the reviews of a couple of area repair shops and then called Century. I made an appointment. Diagnostic test showed radiator was clogged up. Steve contacted me with the news; a new water pump solved the problem, so the office staff provided transportation for me to & from the shop, When work was finished and time to pay the bill, he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of him having to hold the truck over the weekend. Any customer will surely appreciate the friendly and the care Steve shows about you and your vehicle .issues. - Look No Further.

This place is awesome! As a semi-mechanic myself, I know my limitations of what Im willing to fix myself. So I brought my 2008 lexus rx350 to the shop for a complete air conditioner system replacement. The parts alone cost me about $1500 and their labor was only about $700 more. And that included completely pulling out the dashboard, installing all new factory lexus parts and charging the system!!! So this was a no-brainer for me, I let them have it. And glad I did. Even though I saw the dash completely removed while work was in progress, there was no evidence of any scratches, or misalignment when I received my vehicle. And the a/c system works better than ever!! This review was written 2 years after this work was done.I have since referred countless friends and family to have work done here and they are always pleased. This is a great father and son team business and will continue to send work their way.

After Century Auto repaired my car and I was driving home I noticed there was as a film of something all over the inside of my windshield and on the plexiglass of my odometer and radio. I figured it was no big deal and I would clean it myself. I did get busy and did not try to clean the layer of whatever it was from inside my car for several weeks. yes, Im lazy sometimes. I bought some Windex and tried to clean up the mess and only the windshield cleaned up. I then tried soap and water on the plexiglass with no luck, so I went to the body shop to see if they could clean up their original mess. They took no responsibility and accused me of saying I purposely tried to blame them for something they could not have done. The owner even call me a profanity and kicked me out of his shop. There was no reasoning with him. Not a nice guy and I will never bless this location again. Too much competition out there.

Century is the only Auto repair shop I will ever use. We have been going here for years and by far the best shop I’ve ever used. Always answers all my questions and takes care of many cars of mine and family members. Never had one problem with them. For those who claim they are rude and beg to differ. If you are patient they will give you their time. They are always super swamped. Ive never been in there that the phone wasn’t ringing and parking lot wasn’t completely full.

I have seen these guys in action first hand and let me tell you they really are knowledgeable and fast. The owners are great people and show they know how to treat their customers. Keep it up.

The customer service is always impeccable and the owner is a very nice gentleman. They wont BS you on repair costs, and they dont try and add additional costs like a few other mechanics do.5/5 for surePlease note, this is a family run small business. If you had no help for a while, only short answers or were interrupted by a phone call, then that is why. My in-laws plus my wife and I have had amazing service here.

Im going to be completely honest, Im not one to write reviews even though I rely on them for different purposes. But Century Automotive Repair deserves it. I had problems with starting my 2013 Kia nearly hitting the 100k mile marker. Took it to Century, left it overnight and the next day they had it up and running. Havent had a problem since. They were quick to diagnose the issue, fix it and all for a great price. Competent and Generous workers there, thanks Steve!

Easy to get to. Come early is you dont have a second source of transportation, if they need to keep your car for a few days. These guys are very helpful, and make sure your car is running when you leave.

These men at the shop were extremely rude to me.I went to get some information about my vehicle and the maintenance it needed and the man with an accent just took a call and walked away.I was confused and shocked from the service I was provided.The other men there did not help and or step up to assist customers.Never will I go back.What happened to good customer service. Smh.

Took my car to dealership since i bought it from them & all they did was give me a run around & didnt even have my car under my name on file when i filled out paperwork & they couldnt find my car in the garage.Bought it here monday 5/20 and they contacted my warranty (which dealer said had denied them coverage) and got my car approved and fixed by 5/25. I wouldve waited a month or two for dealership. & these guys took care of it in a week.We know where we will be going from now on.

My mom went here for some issues on her car and I’m just now looking at her receipt a few months later. $640 just to replace a throttle body. What a scam. They took advantage of an older woman and that’s the worst possible customer service. She is always on a budget and I honestly don’t have sympathy for a business who would overcharge a 60 year old woman. And they state just because it was “brand name” by mopar. If she is on a budget why go with the expensive one?!

I went by the reviews expecting to like it but No.I called before going they gave me a Price when I got there they charged me a lot more.

Went in for an inspection and was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Rattling noise on my car when hiting bumps. Came in and repair was completed but rattling sound was still there. Charge was $260 they said it was tie rod and they told me to come back for other repairs after not fixing the first problem. Went to another mechanic and they found the real issue. Not ever going back here.

Had car inspected and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Price was reasonable and the owner was courteous, also.
