I was very excited to get service at JUST TIRES on 05/15/2021.Excellent customer service. Robert B. a proper gentleman and the JUST TIRES crew were able to trouble shoot and resolve a problem I had on my vehicle. I’m very happy with the results with my wheels and tire service. I will be recommending this location to family and friends. I will continue to return for future service.

We came from out of town driving through, and did a walk-in at Just tires to check in with some issues we noticed from our vehicle. Frank, Andrew, and Uriel all helped to recommend good options for us and provided friendly, helpful service. We’ll keep this place in mind if ever passing through again and need service!

Easy to schedue an appointment on line. Even though the computer said it could take 2 hrs, they were done with my 4 new tires in about 1 hour. They were friendly. The store was clean.

I have been going to just tires for years. This time when I 1st brought my car in they told me it wasnt the tires and I have had to take my car to a mechanic to get my suspension fixed. Then I brought my card that and they didnt try it is sell me the most expensive tire in fact they started with the least expensive tire so I met them in the middle. The tires that they sell have a great warranty and if I have any issues I just need to go to one of their stores and Ill take care of it.

The service was great. I told them what I wanted; although instead of buying 2 tires i ended up buying 4 because one rear tire was the wrong size. I knew it was coming but I thought I still had more time. I didnt have t wait long. However, I wanted to replace my Michelin with the same, they would have had to order them so I had to get Good Year instead, so if you want a particular brand call in advance.

Excellent prices, excellent service. It took a while to get the car serviced on a Saturday but it was worth the wait.Do visit before you go to the stealership!

Great service experience at this location. Near closing time they helped me out with a tire repair including demounting, repair, remounting and balancing the tire on the wheel. They did not pressure me to buy new tires, which werent needed, nor other upsell services. A refreshing change from many other tire stores. I felt I was treated professionally and appropriately. When I do need new tires I will return to this store first.

Very disappointing. I called and asked for a price on tires and an estimated time. The nice lady told me about an hour and that it was slow at that moment and if I could get there soon, it was a good time.I arrived 7 minutes later. One car was in the parking lot with 0 cars in the bay. I explained I had an appt. and I needed to leave in one hour. They told me they don’t have time and to please come back later ( with no explanation or apology).I asked how long it normally took to get tires ......”45 minutes”,.Maybe they didn’t like the looks of me.?Do you think I will be coming back to get tires ? .

We drove up with a nail in our tire and these guys very quickly fixed it at no charge and were super nice. I hope the manager knows that the employees here on 5/5 early in the morning are wonderful and know how to provide good customer service. We will be back!

These guys are the nicest, fastest crew I could hope to meet. Went in with an issue, and everything was explained to me in detail. Made a good purchase and they got the car on the road very quickly.I originally went there because they were one of the few open on Sunday; what luck to meet them. Ill be back.

I had a really great experience today (Sunday, Mar 4, 2018). I had blown a tire the night before and this was not a fun experience. I brought the car in. The owner? Jaime was super kind and helpful with my situation. He suggested the comparable tires to the ones I had on. The rest of the employees were kind. Jaime offered courtesy maintenance inspection, courtesy TPMS reset, and a discount on the alignment for the car. He even was nice enough to tell me about the rebate I could receive for purchasing the tires (I feel that people dont inform their customers on this things). Im thankful that they were open on Sundays. I waited for about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get all four tires done (Sundays are busy mind you). Overall thumbs up! Ill go back again soon!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I came in because of a road emergency on my way to Santa Barbara. I hit a pot hole on the 210 heading to Santa Barbara and got a flat tire on my front passenger side wheel. These guys must have seen my desperation and smelled blood in the water like hungry sharks... The guy who helped me started off polite but once I started to ask questions he actually said at one point shoosh to me! What kind of professional would tell a customer to quiet down??? Next he tried to scam me by quoting me a very expensive tire. He wanted $520 for a single tire! Im sure he underestimated my knowledge of tires and thought I had no choice but to go along with his scam. When I asked to see his computer screen, he was very reluctant but eventually showed me. Thats where I caught him trying to quote me a Goodyear Eagle F1 high performance tire. Those tires are very expensive and I asked what was the deal with that. He gave me some BS about how he needed to use that as a pricing structure. He then said he didnt have the tire I needed in stock and that I would need to return tomorrow. He said they would call me around 10am when the tire should arrive at the shop. The next day I waited until noon and received no call. I followed up with them with a phone call and they told me that the tire had arrived and that the cost to install it was now $606. I have no idea why they increased their price but I bet they thought that I had no other choice and they assumed I knew nothing about tires. I was furious when they tried to raise the price on me like that! Not to mention that $606 for a single tire is completely preposterous! At that point I made it my goal to take my business anywhere else and use them only as a last resort. Luckily it didnt take too long to find a shop that happened to have my tire in stock and at a reasonable price. Guess where I took my business? Anyways, avoid this place and their overpriced tires. They should be renamed from Just Tires to Just Scams.

Tony and the guys at Just tires are real professional and knowledgeable when it comes to tires and road hazards that affect them. He me in and out with little wait time. Theyre may be other tire shops around the same location but definitely dont pass these guys up.

Great place for fast service done and for a price that beats any dealership. They have great technicians that know what theyre doing and get the job done right on time.

Guys did right by me with my road hazard warranty was a little on the border. They do fast work. They tell you about other challenges with your vehicle, but they dont hard sell you into getting things done. Prices seemed fair and they recommend the affordable stuff when you tell them your on a budget.

Two nails in tires in less than a month. Sales associates remembered my name, were quick to keep me updated on progress and this is a clean and cool space.

They fixed my flat tire that got punctured by a screw on my way home from work. Very inexpensive and happy I didnt need a new tire. Friendly techs!
