Ive been following my same salesman Alex for years. Now hes with Range Rover in Pasadena, and now Im done with That Dealership as well as Encino Dealership. My 2020 Sort is due for a recall and driving sluggish with 3k miles after 17 months. I called the service department, and explained my issue and recall. There not responsible for towing, and thats, fine, but no loaner cars is definitely a problem and I live 25 miles away. Well they definitely lost my business, GALPIN here I came.
Excellent service and super people friendly employees. Jordin was our sales person and he jumped through hoops to make my wife and I feel welcomed and important. Everyone we came into contact was just fantastic!

Every time I set foot at this dealership, I have experienced exceptional, professional, and courteous service from every staff and personnel. There is a local mechanic who specializes in Land Rovers near me, but I still have my vehicle serviced at the dealership because I am guaranteed reliable service expeditiously each and every time. If time and quality is top priority to you, I definitely recommend Land Rover Pasadena!

Had a routine annual service done, Kevin was the service advisor. He explained what would be done (maintenance plus minor recall work) and kept in touch with me throughout the day. Work was done quickly, took a little more than half the day. Premises are very clean, personnel are friendly, and covid protocols were in effect. I would recommend Land Rover Pasadena for factory service.
First, tried to book appointment online - Nothing available.Second, tried to call-in Service Dept to book, they said next available is 1.5 month.Last choice, I just walked-in with my Velar because it had engine light on, cant wait.Abel was the service rep. He was kinda ok. I couldnt get a loaner car even they knew my car would take 2-3 days to finished.After 3days, I checked back (Tue-Fri) the car was finished right before they closed so I had to pick up next Mon. Turned out the whole week I got no car, very inconvenience.
My service provider was Marco Palacios and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was expecting my 7:30AM Monday morning arrival and check-in went smoothly. I was even able to add additional warranty service not originally scheduled. As a result, my vehicle was kept an additional night, but he kept me updated throughout the process. I was very please with the service I received from Marco. EXCELLENT JOB!

I got my car serviced on January 15 and received good friendly service from Abel C. But... whe i got my car, my window tint on my car was damaged by a technician, Clayton who is the service department manager advised that it would be fixed at a later time and i believed that it would. Now 2 months later and 4 phone calls that I have made to them my calls stopped getting answered. Seems like they will not keep their word and repair my tint. So beware in case they say we will take care if it....Update..March 31, 2021. I was contacted by management and my window tint has been replaced. Thank you for taking care of the issue.

Land Rover Pasadena was good, fast and arranged transportation service for us. Only thing is we did not hear about battery reimbursement yet.Other than that, all good. We have a brand new 2019 Land Rover sports with 6000miles. Car is good but battery gone(completely dead). Roadside team was unable to jump start and tow. So we bought new battery from Land Rover Pasadena and replaced ourself. We requested reimbursement of battery cost and we are waiting for it. After battery replacement, car is running very well. People are kind from Land Rover Pasadena.
Very bad service, Sam the salesman didnt really want to help me find what I wanted. He just kept showing me other cars that were out of my price range and the wrong color. Spent almost an hour here and came up with nothing. Went to the Anaheim Hills dealer and they helped me find what I wanted in 5 minutes. Dont waste your money here.
Had my yearly maintenance and brake pads repaired within 24 hours. It has never happened before. Great job.

I had made an appointment to have my Land Rover Range Rover to be worked on. I called one week in advance and even added a couple of days so they would have the part. On the day of the appointment I showed up early and come to find out that they didn’t even order the part or even notify me of that. I was very disappointed and mad. So I asked to talk to the manager of the Service Dept. The gentleman who was helping me told me that since he could do anything what could I expect his manager to do. I waited 30 more minute to speak to the Manager. Once I did and explained how busy I am and how the situation went down. He assured me that he personally was going to deal with ordering the part. Not to mention calling me as well. Which to this date hasn’t happened. I don’t recommend this place to anyone ever. The manager’s name is Clayton. After this I called and spoke to the Service Manager Clayton and his excuse was that he dropped the ball. Then I called and left a message for the GM to call me and explained once again and he assured me that his Assistant Martin would fix my issue and he also assured me that I would get the service I deserve. Martin called me today and basically called me a liar and stated that his service people would never promise to order a part without a service check. Once I explained to him what was the part that I needed to be replaced and that 3 people on his staff told me that the part would be ordered in time for me to bring in my car. Which to this date it has not.
I towed my RR Sport to this service after Hollywood location (Honburg), didnt care at all . The experience there was a night mare: they released my car saying its just an oil leak and I have to pay for it or fix it elsewhere on my own. But nothing major with the car they said. I drive away. 30ml later my car shuts off on freeway at 60mph speed with my two kids, wife and mother in the car. All possible lights came out on dashboard one by one...Long story short, Abel and Mike at the Pasadena service fixed my car, replaced 3 different parts at no cost to me. They both made my experience very pleasant.

I came in expecting great service and overall great test drive experience and wantd to support local Land Rover dealer. However, this was not the case.I called ahead of time to make an appointment for a test drive on a car, the receptionist was very nice and quickly set up the appointment with Arin and promise the car is available for test drive and will be set up before my arrival. However, the car I wanted to test drive was not in the showroom, in fact, all of them are being worked on at the same time. The salesman did show me where they are parked and when we finally found the one I was looking for, it just so happen to went into the shop for some upgrades... Then, I was told the car is not available for a test drive as he declined the key from the mechanic, and told me there is $10k marked up on top of the upgrades they installed. Also how other dealers are asking for $20k marked up. At the end I was told if I want to test drive ill need to talk numbers first.The whole trip to Land Rover was a waste of time and disappointing. I did not get a chance to check out the car at all, just a quick walk around because all the cars happened to be worked on at the same time. No test drive was available even though they told me it was available when I called. Ill make sure I dont waste any of my time here ever again, it is your lost for not treating your potential customer right, not mine.

The WORSE customer service I have every dealt with. I rather drive to Land Rover in Santa Barbara than deal with these guys. The service consultant Abel unfortunately was horrible at communicating the issues with my car. It took him 3 days to tell me nothing was wrong. Mind you the car did need maintenance and when I got the car after 3 days - absolutely nothing was done. The manager told me Id get compensated by a free car wash. What a joke! If youre paying good money for a range rover highly recommend to take it literally ANYWHERE else but here.

I brought my car in for service last Thursday as the engine light came on. That morning, the engine light went off. Nevertheless, I still brought the car in for service. The service advisor told me he can run through to see whats the problem. After running the diagnostics test, I was told that it was related to the pressure from the gas cap and he managed to overwrite it. I was advised to come back on the following Monday if it reappears. I felt that the service was rushed so I booked another appointment at another service center. I was advised one of the part in my car had a recall. The service advisor at the Pasadena never mentioned anything about recall when I brought it in. Very disappointed with the level of service and won’t be coming here for future service.
Eric is great in service, he keeps you up to date the entire time your car is in for anything, which helps a ton!I gave it a 4 star though because the car is never washed when we receive it back from a major service and because the wait time and communication between the one who is checking in the car and the service advisor seems to be off. So youre always waiting there, not knowing whats going on.

I had a terrible experience with Range Rover. The wait time to fix my car was 4 weeks - no available loaner vehicles and just shrugging everything off. My car was purchased in 2017 and had been in the shop over 7x with the same issue every time. During the last visit to fix the quoted me 10k to fix it and said “well the warranty has lapsed”I’ve been without a driveable car since Feb and had to get an attorney since they refused to fix the car and or help me with fixing the car!I’m a single mother and they have really left me in a bad position .Don’t go here !!

I am OK with their service, but there was one problem.I dropped my car at Land Rover Pasadena on Monday, and picked it up on Friday. When I picked up my car on Friday, I found out that the car was driven little over 30 miles and has much less amount of fuel.Over 30 miles is too much for just testing. Some one who works there must used my car to commute. Also, the fuel level was about 1/4 when I dropped the car, but it was almost empty and low gasoline warning light came on. The person who drove my car for 30 miles must be noticed the warning light came on, but he/she seemed like didnt care at all.I about to complain to the service center, but I just drove out from there to practice the social distancing.I would not use this dealerships service center from now on due to this issue.

We just purchased a 2017 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Pasadena!! I have to say it was the most pleasant car buying experience weve ever had! Both of our Salesmen Alex & Willy were great!! They were very low pressure and so accommodating! We found our vehicle online and completed most of our transaction with Alex over the phone since we live out of state. We wanted to put a cash deposit on the vehicle to make sure it was held for us since we were coming from out of town the next day. Both Alex, as well as Zach, Alexs manager, said it wasnt necessary. Zach told us that the biggest thing their dealership prides themselves on is Their Word to their clients, and he guaranteed us the vehicle was put away only for us. They definitely kept their word, which in this business can be rare. The vehicle was even more beautiful in person!!! Our transaction was simple and smooth, which was wonderful! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Land Rover! Their customer service from beginning to end is top notch! To say that Land Rover Pasadena cares, is an understatement. Peter Benevidas is truly an incredible service advisor. Kirk is amazing just the same. Horrible customer experience. Ill spare all the seedy details but the final straw is that I just found out I have my first car payment due next week on a Range Rover that I dont even have possession of... thats right, Im paying for 30 days of a car that is still sitting in Pasadena because they dated all the documents from when they originally ran my credit (my fault for not catching it on their paperwork) instead of when I actually put down a deposit and we closed the deal. Super shady

Do not shop with Land Rover Pasadena. They are not friendly to Military Families.I had a great experience with a salesman, David Boutwell. After driving the car, he said we can do a deal via the web, which we did. After agreeing on a price, David gave me a credit card authorization form to grab a down payment.I had to go out of town to attend my sons graduation from Basic Training in San Antonio. David then said his Sales Manager, Michael Brown, nixed the deal, even after we agreed and after I asked him to take my deposit. David went back to Michael Brown but he again backed out.Do not shop with Land Rover Pasadena. Do not trust them.
My sales representative Sam Martinez was excellent. I had been looking for a new vehicle for close to a year and he helped me understand the Range Rover met my requirements. I was looking for luxury, performance and a unique (non commodity) option. Im very happy with the selection I made.
We recently went and leased a vehicle from this dealership and had the greatest experience! Our salesman David B from Boston was the greatest!! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and funny! Horrible service!!! Salesman Mike Brown and Willie Orozco are very unprofessional, they have no respect to their clients. They have zero knowledge in selling cars to customers out of state. They didnt explain me that California has different rules than any other state and you have to pay all sales tax from your pocket and it cant be financed(in my state this is $6500 on top of down payment, shipping and extras). I decided to cancel this deal and requested to return my down payment $10,000. Now it has been 3 weeks that Im waiting for my money. Mike and Willie doesnt respond to my calls or text messages. Car is already sold to somebody else, but money were never returned. On top of that Willie sent me a nice text message calling me a jerk. Store manager Phillip never listen to his customers, he doesnt care about them, and he also lied to me that I will get my money today, no deposits on my account.TO THE OWNER: Please dont respond with some excuses below this review. I have text message from Willie, and I can post it here any time.WORTH experience ever, these guys need to have respect for the clients and they have to understand that there are more cars than buyers in this world.

The staff was great during the purchase process, but then when I followed up 2 weeks after as suggested, I havent heard from anyone. Its frustrating that I have specific questions and cant them answered. For the price of their vehicles I was expecting a higher level of customer service and follow up.

Flew to California to test drive and buy a car from Land Rover Pasadena, salesmen didn’t know the details of out of state taxes until we were at the bank in order to close. We decided to have it shipped instead of driving it...each step of the process was clunky with each person telling us something different. We’ve closed on the car and no updates on shipping...to top it all off I will be paying my first car payment tomorrow and I don’t even have my car (Or an update on when I will receive it), they dated all the paper work the day they ran my credit, not the day I actually purchased the car. Not impressed.Could you reply with a way to get in touch?
Great service, and sales team, but the phone system to call and book thesomeone at service becomes more and more difficult. It says wait time is less than one minutes, and after waiting 5 minutes, I hang off. It is shame to have such a poor phone system and service.

It was a very seamless customer experience for me with the sales consultant and financing department. Dealership was very welcoming and had a great selection of Range Rover vehicles. The 2018 Range Rover is a thing of beauty and is totally awesome. I just traded my 2014 for it. I got pretty much one of the first 3 cars to roll off the truck and Im totally happy with it. The Range Rover Pasadena people were awesome. The whole buying process took about an hour or so which is pretty fast. They had a product specialist come to my house about a week later to go over all the functions and menu options on the car. The interior controls and menu stuff is a lot different than the previous. 2018 is a big remodel. That was very helpful. This was definitely a luxury shopping experience (not that I shopped...I just said Ill take it, wrap it up, and they did).

Do not do any business with them! I regret to lease a Range Rover from them! They treat you nicely when you about to pay them. Once you get the car, you will fInd out1. Car has lots of problems (mine is a Range Rover evoque)2. You can never get a service appointment within a 2 month wait. Yes, two month with a car that is just 4 month new and having major engine problems3. Don’t make appointment from their online system because it’s a lie, they will call (or not call) you and tell you “sorry it’s actually computer error and you don’t have appointment.4. Even if you walk in, the service guy will come out and said they have too many car, they can’t take yours, they won’t even check if your car (their product) is safe to drive.5. When you make a complaint, I mean it’s a luxury car....you got junk yard service.... they would tell you go ahead make complain to Land Rover USA, there is nothing they can do!The WORST WORST service I have ever encountered! Go get a X3 or a Forester (which are more reliable on car performance and way better service)I am so mad and disappointed!Updated: the manager just left the comment below saying they wanna know what’s going on, but when I called back with no answer and left a message with my phone number asking him to call me back for the follow up, they never call.....why reply a comment if there is no follow up? I wonder if it’s just for a show. By all means please call me for follow up with the horrible service! Thanks!
At least a few bad apples here. Predatory and Dishonest folks. My first experience with the Service department here pretty simple. Check engine light on my Sport . Turned out to be loose gas cap. $200 to hand tighten. My fault for not reading the manual but any qualified tech would know it. Any way this is what you can expect from LR Pasadena. 😢 Too bad. Never going back.

Stopped in as we were considering buying a Land Rover. Salesperson was very good and didnt overly pressure us, very thorough and knowledgeable but we decided it wasnt for us. Our salesperson did follow up with us a couple times just to make sure again didnt feel pressured but appreciated the professionalism. I will say the only part that was strange to me was how small the lot was and how difficult it was to move around and see the different models.
I recently bought a used LR4 here, and I cant say enough good things about the whole experience. From my first contact with Sarah Brown, to my finalizing the purchase with Gary Touzjian, every contact, every step in the process was tailored to make the purchase process (and my life!) as easy as possible. Gary even brought the final papers and freshly detailed car to my home so I didnt have to spend hours at the dealership! Gary and Sarah were helpful, professional and downright nice. I would highly recommend you contact either of them if you are looking at a Land Rover - new or previously loved :)
Very good buying experience with Michael. Reserved a First Edition Velar, and he held it for me, despite having to wait a few weeks before picking it up. Also answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle and even made himself available for me to come in on weekends for test driving and picking up (he works on weekdays). All in all, would definitely recommend for others to ask for Michael for any help.

I contacted several of the LandRover Dealerships in LA area and Pasadena was easily the most cooperative and accommodating. I was interested in a specific year, model and options and when they had one new in stock, I was called. I came down and they took a good amount of time showing me the offerings in what I asked for. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with. We made a deal for the car right then, including a fair price for my trade-in. They immediately prepped the vehicle and I drove it home. I was able to return the following day and handle all of the paperwork and payment. Very comfortable dealing with these guys. In fact, one of their specialists is driving 50 miles out to my home to run through all the features, some of which I am not sure of their functioning. Now THAT is service!

David Bouwell - if you don’t want to spend hours at the dealership talking about prices and negotiating back and forth but are short on time and want to get to the point, he is your guy. I’ve bough and leased nearly 8 cars in the last 12 years and have always dreaded going to the dealership to finalize a deal. Same here, I was not looking forward to going in and was telling my wife I’d be back in 3-4 hours, but David has other plans in mind. He has the car pulled up, immediately went on a test drive, explained almost ALL features in a 5 minute test drive without overwhelming me at all, came back, did an inspection of the car together, sat down, ran the numbers instantly, I asked for a price reduction - he had no objections, went to ask the manager and they met me more than half way of my asking reduction. Extremely fair treatment and price especially on a rare very low miles Range Rover sport. Had a purchase contract signed and in hand literally within 45 minutes of getting there.

Doing their utmost BEST during the COVID-19 pandemic. Took care of our vehicle service and made sure car is sanitized before deliver back to us.
My service coordinator, Abel, was great. However it took a week to get my car back from the service department. I had a check engine light on in my car, and it took a week for them to check that out. I was not happy about how long it took for them to get to my car. In the meantime, they did cover the cost of a rental car for me, so I appreciated that. Turns out it was an computer update to a system that needed to be performed. This is the second time in one year that my check engine light as come on and it was a computer update that needed to be performed. So if this is a regular occurance with these cars, you should be able to get your car serviced in 24-48 hours - not a week!
