I was shocked at how great my experience was here! My salesman Richard was very helpful. The sales manager Tom was super nice. I always get nervous when I go into the finance office but Lenny helped me get a lower interest rate AFTER Id already signed the contract. He didnt have to, but he went above and beyond to redo the contract. I am so impressed by this dealership Ill be referring everyone I know.

Aside from helping me purchase a vehicle, he helped keep my daughter entertained by letting her ride the carousel in the lobby. Buying a car is such a long process. Definitely not the experience I was expecting when I got to this dealership. I made a three hour trip to check out a vehicle I was interested in and once I got there I was expecting a salesman to come (usually how it goes) I waited 10 minutes or so and someone finally came out. I saw the car posted for one price and when I asked the salesman I got a completely different price. Not only that, but when I was checking the car, I was liking it until he pulled the common random thousands of dollars “fees”I personally would stay away from this dealership.

I took my car in to get an oil change and inspection. I worked with Keith Brewer the whole time, and he was incredible. He was knowledgeable about my car and was just a genuinely great man to talk with. He was relaxed and made my whole experience great. I would highly recommend working with him. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Bought my 21 Miata back in May from Ben Casey and the process was super smooth and stress free.I initially contacted the dealership online (I live in North Carolina) after I found they had EXACTLY what I was looking for, and it was the only one like it in several hundred miles. I was immediately responded to and treated seriously despite being out of state.My work schedule is all over the place and unpredictable with pop-up overtime. Not only did they let me lock the car down with a down payment, but they held it that way for a week and even let it go a couple days further when an overtime shift did pop up toruin my initial flight plan.The day of, Ben was ready for me with prepared paperwork and coffee. He went through what each form was for, at my pace, allowing me to read over everything. The car was ready for me too, complete with honoring my enthusiast requests — no extra decals, remove the front plate mount since NC doesn’t require it. Literally everything went great.And then the kicker. Here we are at the start of August and my temp tags are expiring. I hear back from Ben that NC had some sort of issue with the proof of insurance I had provided. We quickly get that sorted out via email and two days later I receive my plates via NEXT DAY AIR MAIL.I’m completely dumbfounded. I’d never gotten such good treatment from a dealership. They could have very easily let me fend for myself since I was out of state, but instead Ben took the few minutes to reach out and blew my expectations away.Ben’s the real deal. Heck, I’ll be seriously considering coming back up for my next car purchase, whenever that might be. Now I just have to hope that Mazda makes another successor to the RX-7!

Was interested in an S2000 they have listed, upon inspecting it I found what appeared to be some kind of a rodents nest or some kind of animals nest. Made it known to the dealership, came back a week later after they said they cleaned it but in place of the nest was a pool of water, almost like a pond. So be weary of buying cars here. Make sure you inspect everything.

I called and spoke to a gent about a car they had for sale. Asked a specific, and the salesman was supposed to call me back. Never got a call back. So we went down to check out the car. Same salesperson. He was nice. The car was being repaired and so we asked to be called when it was ready. He confirmed he had my number.Four days later, no call back. And the car is back on eBay, up for sale. Guess either the car still isnt really ready or my money isnt green enough.Definitely cannot recommend.

An exceptional experience...............Occasionally, someone reminds us how important we actually are.There was already a scheduled appointment to get the vehicles oil changed. Unfortunately, four days before this appointment, the vehicles left rear tire went flat. A call was made to Rich Morton Mazda, were the BMW 750 Li was purchased. Upon reaching the service department, Keith Brewis answered the telephone. Even though the service department was booked for the day, Keith advised to bring the vehicle in for him to look at the problem. Upon arrival, Keiths level of customer service was amazing. He was able to provide a loaner car for the day as the tire was being repaired. Keith consistently called to give updates and quotes for work needed. He was even able to complete the oil change so that a Saturday appointment was no longer needed. Keiths actions and helpfulness are why we will continue to recommend this dealer to our customers, family and friends. Keith is a true professional.

Had such a great experience at Rich Morton! Keith was the reason for this fantastic experience as he was great with communication, kind, and straight forward with all issues. They found an unexpected problem with my car last minute before it was supposed to be released. The service was going to take 6 hours so Keith provided me a free rental and got my car back to me by 7 am the next day (and was even given a discount) ! Service was great! Explained what I was seeing with my car - they kept me in the loop with what they found, listed the repair costs up front, and completed the fix in no time at all. Definitely appreciated the repair costs up front, which you don’t always get at other places. Keith, the service team advisor, is friendly and is very accommodating to move schedule of your appointment or repairs to make sure it fits into your schedule needs.

I called Drew Broseker (sales rep) from my hospital room. I explained we needed to purchase ASAP because of our current situation. Drew was very helpful and got the car the day my wife arrived. Thanks to Morton Mazda for putting me in a 2020 Mazda 3! After going through various dealers with a trade i was upside down on they worked with me and got me in and out! The salesman Rich (not to be confused with actual rich morton) was professional and friendly . From the inquiry of my vehicle to driving it off the lot he had helped me and got me special financing. Definitely recommend Plus the lobby also has some cool cars on the showroom floor from the 90s 80s and 70s.

Terrible business ethics. Do not care about the customer and are horrible with communication. Bought a classic vehicle online and it took 9 days to get paperwork for a cash purchase. The description and the photos of the vehicle made it seem as if this 27 year old 23k mile vehicle was in perfect shape. Not the case at all. It needs new door panels, new top, paint, rear view mirror, dent repair and and seat leather redone. None of this was disclosed or brought to my attention when detailed pictures were requested of any flaws. This would not have prevented me from making the purchase but would have said a lot more about the company. I know who I wont be purchasing from in the future. Do not bother speaking with Eman as he is horrible at communicating with the customer and his lack of care shows in the limited conversation you can have with him. Trust me, his time is more valuable than yours.

I called the Service Center this morning (Saturday) to see how quickly they could get me in to get my breaks replaced. I was planning on taking my son to the beach but wouldn’t be able to unless my car was fixed. I spoke with Keith Brewis and explained the urgency. Without hesitation he said no problem and in less than 2 hours my car was done! This is the second time Keith (in the past 10 months) has helped me last minute with my car. I would give them no Stars if I could I went there to buy my first car and they did nothing but lie to me the whole time I was there. One of the people their ran my credit report with out my permission before telling me the price of a vehicle I wanted. I bought my car at car corperation in millersvile they gave me the best deal. I would recommend to stay away and go to car corperation.

Just be careful if you find their cars online. They bait and switch you so if you live far away don’t trust their online price because they add over 2,000 dollars of “maintenance and prep” of the car to get it ready for sale. I walked out when I saw the OTD price, 36,000 dollars OTD for a car that was listed for 31,000. Just annoying.

After purchasing my vehicle, there were a couple of things that needed some help. They were not major issues, but one thing that really stuck out was my instrument cluster panel. Half of the LEDs were not illuminating. There was a lot of brake squeal and I noticed some oil. Again, these are not issues that would prevent the car from working but things that I really wanted to have looked at. I talked to my Sales represented Ray McLaughlin (who is awesome by the way!) He re-assured me that he was going to be on top of it, and he introduced me to Keith Brewis. From that point on I would work with Keith on all the things that I wanted to be addressed. Keith is an absolute ROCK STAR!! He wrote down everything I mentioned and gave me his number. He booked me an appointment immediately. He and Ray took care of getting me a loaner. Keith also took the time to get to know me, and we talked for a bit about ourselves, and we totally connected! Once I left, Keith kept me up to date on the car. He is honest and genuine! He told me that the instrument cluster could not be fixed, and they needed to order a new one, which is fine. The service took longer than expected, but not at fault of Keith or the service team, but because there was a delay in shipment. With the shipment delay, knowing how much I missed the car, Keith again continued to keep me updated. I would call to check in, and not once did he make me feel like I was bugging him or inconveniencing him! He was empathetic and understanding! He went above and beyond and even took care of some minor things on the car while it was waiting for the new part. Brakes were done, Oil O-ring replaced, Brakes were changed...etc. Each phone interaction was like checking up on a friend, which is something I have not experienced before! The crazy thing is, my girlfriend just bought a car from a DIFFERENT dealership and needed to have some issues fixed on her car also, she was basically in the same scenario as me. Bought a car, the car came with some issues, and went to the dealer to sort it out. She however was not treated as well. Her sales representative left her out to dry once the car was sold. I wont get into much details about that, but it did allow me to see what a huge difference in customer service these dealers have. From the moment I purchased the car, to the moment I needed servicing, the staff at rich morton made me feel a part of a family. Keith took such wonderful care for me, and my dream car, that I HAD to make time in my day to write this review. He deserves the acknowledgment. It is easy to teach someone a skill, but his personality, and his relationship building cannot be taught. The qualities he has in a person is invaluable. Thank you again Keith Brewis, Ray McLaughlin, and the rest of the Rich Morton family. Once again, you have made me a VERY happy customer.

Great experience purchasing a gently used Porsche Panamera with Richard Wade at this dealership. Richard was very pleasant to deal with. He also brought the car to the Porsche dealership to resolve a minor issue with the seat belt and had them run additional diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues (at no cost to me). The gentleman in financing did great job with my loan and was able to provide me with terms I was comfortable with. So far, I love the car!

I was looking throughout the Maryland/DC/VA area for a 2020 Mazda 6 Touring Sedan in White. During COVID-19 this is no easy task due to limited supply and change of the model year. I had contacted several dealers who wanted me to come in even though they did not have the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I contacted Rick Morton Mazda via the internet and began working with Richard Wade - Sales Representative. I was a pleased to work with Richard and they had the exact car that I was looking for. We went on a test drive and they got down to the business at hand. In the end is all comes down to making the numbers work and after working with Richard and the Sales Manager we came to a fair and equitable deal on the car. Next I had to work with the Finance Manager to finalize the deal and I drove home in the exact car that I was looking for! Don’t waste your time with this dealership. I called up this dealership and spoke with a lovely sales rep named Josh, told him what car I was looking to buy, and if there was time for me to stop by today; He agreed that coming over was fine, and I was excited to speak with him. My issues with this location began after I arrived, and was promptly ignored by ever single employee that walked by to the tune of 15 minutes. In fact, I had so much time on my hands being actively ignored by every sales rep while they instead welcomed every family that entered after me, roughly 4 families, that I had time to read every award they had on their lobby wall. Could this tactic of ignoring potential buyers who already know which car they wanted to purchase explain why they hadn’t been received a “Gold Cup” award since 2009? Possibly! All I know is that they haven’t hung a new award on their wall outside the 2005-2009 era. Once I got tired of doing my impromptu impersonation of the invisible man, and I started heading for the exit was I then greeted and asked if I had been helped, by the same gentleman who had JUST greeted yet another family. Bottom line, if you don’t bring your wife and children to this location please be advised that you can and most likely will be ignored for a good chunk of time. I only wish they had lobby furniture so I didn’t have to stand the entire time.

Buyer beware. Recently had the misfortune of trusting this dealership. Big mistake. The manager added $2,500. To the selling price for what they claimed is a ( reconditioning fee.). Also, we took a vehicle for a short test drive and did not notice any significant issues.They do not offer a take home test. However, during the ride home, in heavier traffic, my wife noticed that her forward line of vision was limited. We returned to the dealership early the next day and expressed our displeasure with these two issues. The manager and general manager adamantly refused to void this transaction. The general manager stated that their signed contract was final. They did offer a swap out for any of their other inventory. So we were forced to take a vehicle as a consolation. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The general manager was only interested in the bottom line, not customer satisfaction.

I am not usually one to write reviews for a car dealership, but Rich Morton really came through for me. I was having an issue with another dealership, and we had come to bad terms. I reached out to Rich Morton, and KEITH B. came through for me big time. He had his service department check my issue, and confirm that the OTHER dealership (which I wont directly name, but they are big chain of dealerships in NE Baltimore Co) had been forking me. With their help, I had my car appropriately fixed. They helped me the right way when another dealership had let me down. That was a big deal, and deserves significant recognition. Keith really helped me too - that was a big part of my satisfaction with Rich Morton, to be sure.

Stopped in to look at a car and was greeted by Mike who showed us the model we were interested in and explained all the functions and features. Absolutely no pressure to buy, none of the normal pressure questions, just offered us as much information on the model of interest he could possibly give and welcomed us to return if we determined a Mazda was the right fit.We returned the next day and Mike again went over every feature of the car before we took our test drive. The folks of Rich Morton Mazda helped make my DREAM into a REALITY! I feel like I need to give context to let you know how much this means to me. I have a nightly routine of checking online for my dream car, which is a GTR. I have been doing this almost every day for the past 11 years. I see brand new ad for a GTR pop up at Rich Morton. I was very excited and nervous because I wanted to check the car out ASAP. I had my reservations though, because believe it or not, this would be the SECOND time I would be checking out a GTR. The first time was a sad experience with a dealership an hour away from me. I contacted that dealership and they agreed to let me come check out their GTR. I am not a flashy dresser by any means, so I felt like as soon as I got there I was dismissed pretty fast. The salesmen never gave me a chance to check out the car, or discuss how I wanted to move forward. They seemed like they just wanted to go home. It was more of a we will call you tomorrow to work this out situation, and they never called back. Sure I could have called them but why? I have worked extremely hard for the past decade to afford a GTR, and they made me feel unwanted or unworthy. Fast forward to this week. I got a text from Ray McLaughlin welcoming me to check out a GTR. I told him I can come in as soon as I finish up my last work meeting, which was 4pm. He was totally cool with that, and arranged to have the GTR in the front for me. To give perspective, I came in with a t-shirt, ripped jeans, dirty shoes, hat, and a mask of course. The moment I met Ray, there was a radiant energy about him! He was just as excited about the car as I was! He found out how much I loved GTRs and he was very knowledgeable! They actually let me do a test drive unlike the previous dealer!! After the drive, we sat down to converse. He wasnt pushing me to make a sale, instead we got to know each other. We legit became friends. It took some time to process documents etc (not the dealers fault, but the fault of the bank website interfaces, bank customer service etc). We talked about what I would feel comfortable money wise. I told him my strict budget, because well...Im saving money to get married some day haha. So Ray brought in the sales manager, Emad Khanlarbig. EMAD IS ALSO A ROCKSTAR!!! We were approaching 9pm and that was the time Ray was supposed to be getting off. Instead of rushing me off he and Emad stayed dedicated to help my cause. Emad stayed on the phone with the banks and they pushed through as much as they could. The banks were closing so we agreed to call it a night, I was getting tired after a long day of work. Ray told me that he would get things worked out and would call me in the morning. As much as I appreciate those words, I was a bit apprehensive because of my experience with the previous dealer. I thought I was just going to be dismissed again, and I will have to continue the search for my dream car. Little did I know, after I left...Ray and Emad continued working!! They knew how important this was to me and they made it their own goal to put the keys in my hands. I got a call in the morning from Ray, Bro, we got it!. If you can imagine the excitement I had!!!! Emad went full send and was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted! Ray told me that Emad was a man of the people, and he proved it. So yesterday I was able to purchase my DREAM CAR and I am still in shock. Ray and I ran out to the parking lot so that I can get pics with my new beast, and as you can see, I couldnt keep my feet on the ground! Ladies and gentleman, I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you HAVE to meet Ray McLaughlin and Emad Khanlarbig, because not only will you get a great vehicle...you will be getting 2 great friends.

I purchased my 2016 Mazda 6 in 2016 from Rich Morton Mazda. I refuse to take my car anywhere else because the service I receive is ALWAYS great! Keith Brewis is my service advisor. He is absolutely the best! Never tries to make me get things done that aren’t necessary and he just saved my daughter from buying a used car, from a friend, that could have ended in disaster. My mother took her car in today and I went with her just so she wouldn’t have to wait alone. She went in first and was talking to Keith by the time I went in. I was totally amazed at how Keith took his time to actually listen to what mom was saying. He treated her with the upmost respect and did not try to take advantage of an elderly lady as most dealerships do. Service was quick and everything explained to us. Finally bit the bullet and updated my wifes car. Drew was super helpful and down to earth when it came to our car shopping. He wasnt really pushy, which is my major walkaway point in any sales experience.The whole process moved quickly, and the car is phenominal! Drew was even able to help me track down an audio CD my wife left in the player, which was super great.The lot doesnt have a whole lot of variety, but Drew did stress that anything can be ordered.It was a great experience with the Mazda crew, and I recommend checking with them for a future car. Shan Marfani was incredibly helpful with the entire process, from showing me key features of each car during the test driving phase to getting me in & out quickly during the actual buying process for me to get back to my wfh meetings. After my daughter totaled her old Mazda 3 car Bill was very helpful. He located the new car my daughter wanted, had it ready for her 2 days later along with all the paper work so we were in and out super quick.Ive always been a Toyota or jeep owner but I have to say Mazda has stepped it up with the Mazda 3. When my daughter hit a pole and took out a fire hydrant the car did what it was supposed to do and saved her life. This has opened my eyes up and now I have faith in Mazda car making. She is now a proud owner of a 2018 Mazda 3 and it is sweet.

Today I received a phone call from my sales rep at work. I immediately placed the call on speaker phone to let my co-workers hear what was being said. After being told several times that they multiple employees at this establishment, couldnt help me I looked into the Arbitration Clause in my sales contract and planned to proceed with this course of action to have obvious errors addressed and corrected. I went a step further and consulted an attorney who advised me to take several steps before proceeding, which involved writing an accurate review, contacting their corporate office, filing a complaint with the BBB, in addition to several other things.It was only after the BBB contacted the general manager that the matter was resolved. (not to my liking or standard, but resolved nonetheless). I was suppose to meet with the general manager, but during our appointment time, he had a last minute meeting. My sales rep informed me that he would be in the entire day, I left for a little while and came back and he still wasnt there. The finance department called him and put him on speaker phone for me to speak with him, he went on about how he was at home with his family, (during a time frame I was told he would be in) he said he wanted to resolve the issue, but wouldnt give me the time of day to speak. In professional settings a customer with a concern speaks with the general manager and feels respected and heard even if they dont get the resolution they were looking for (this was NOT my experience).My intention wasnt to write another long review, but this company is offensive. As I mentioned earlier, my sales person called me at work. He said he didnt know how everything was resolved. He said his manager wanted to know why I had written a review after the issue was resolved. I informed him that all of my reviews were written after the last meeting with the sales manager prior to any resolution, IN FACT, it was because of my complaint through the BBB that the general manager contacted me in the first place. He mentioned that his manager was going to consult an attorney about my review as he thought it was written before any resolution of the errors THEY made to the contract which affected my monthly payments.My contracts, text messages, cellphone call-records, family members present during the many many visits to this location, and my co-worker present during the most recent call can attest to interaction between these employees and I. I am appalled this company thinks they could infringe upon my 1st Amendment and constitutional right. Everything Ive written is 100% true, if anything Ive been careful not to mention names in my review since they still have to work there. I want them to learn from their mistakes without being singled out or penalized. To those it concerns shame on you.

I brought my car in about a week and half ago because i had been through 4 batteries in a short period of time. I met and talked with Amber and she said that they could run a diagnostic test on my current battery and that would be $135. I was a little shocked as i assumed it would be cheaper but oh well i told her to go ahead. When that was finished Amber told me that my battery was tested as low. We continued to talk and i asked her if she felt that my alarm on the car could have been causing it and she stated most definitely. I then asked her how long and how much that would be she quickly stated 3 hrs. I asked her to please put that in writing so i would have the info and at my first opportunity i would schedule an appt, i was still in shock about it taking 3 hrs to disconnect an alarm. When i went to check out my bill was $153 not $135 as was quoted. Why? Also after i paid there was no mention at all about the time and cost of disconnecting the alarm. as i was promised. Being a female, even though i was dealing with a female, she was very unprofessional in how she talked to me and i feel that she took advantage of me with the cost of the diagnostic test. Rich Morton Mazda this is poor customer service and i will not be returning to your dealership.

A 2015 Lexus GS 350. Beautiful car but for real for real... The overall experience. 🙄 Update!I hate to throw people (Richard Wade)the bus but I have too. So we agreed that the battery, wheel locks and the brakes were a issue. Buy the car (handshake) well take care of you. So I order the wheel lock key ✔ The battery goes completely dead. I get it charge and Advance Auto shows and tells me it had a dead cell. So what am I to do. I BUY THE BATTERY 🤨 and I text Richard Wade about. No reply. Im sorry ... nothing! ✔ Now he did get service to call me... They put me in a loaner, cool. The service advisor tells me the brakes are jacked. They replaced the them. Good! My only complaint... they could have washed after three days. I used to work at a dealership. I know this. I feel as though once you sell a car you can at least reach out to see if youre happy. Now I was standing in service and I know salesman Richard Wade saw me. Nothing. Not hey Im working on reimbursing you. I shouldnt have to chase no one. Ill say this Mark in service kept me informed about my car. Will I come back. No! Unless its for the money I put up. Sooooo if you shake a hand, it dont mean as much as your credit report 🤨P.S. I googled safest cars and saw that the Mazda CX-9 had the highest possibly safety rating - I got in touch with Shan and he made what was a daunting process not only easy, but also pleasant. He was a pleasure to work with all around - knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, patiently answered all of my questions.
